UPDATE: MORE PUBLIC RECORDS CONFIRMING THAT CRYSTAL HILL AND JOHN E. PENNINGTON CONSPIRED VIA PUBLIC RECORDS WITH DUVALL POLICE OFFICER LORI BATIOT TO VIOLATE CIVIL RIGHTS OF GOLD BAR REPORTERS
CONGRATULATIONS CITY OF DUVALL, WE HAVE A CLEAR RICO AND CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINT AND LORI BATIOT WILL BE SUED WITH OTHER RICO ENTERPRISE MEMBERS JOHN AND CRYSTAL PENNINGTON
Whether it’s a pedophile from Snohomish County named John E. Pennington, and a former Mayor from Gold Bar named Crystal Berg (nee Hill) writing fraudulent bank checks, the Gold Bar Reporters are dedicated to exposing corrupt public officials like Lori Batiot.
We proudly cheer that the Gold Bar Reporters broke five of Snohomish County’s top stories by engaging in the gathering, interviewing, collection, dissemination, and reporting as defined in RCW 5.68.010 ( Media).
One story resulted in the resignation of Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon, a political figure from Snohomish County who was running for Governor until the Gold Bar Reporters started investigating and reporting on him.
Aaron Reardon is now enjoying an early retirement on tribal land in Southern California.
The Gold Bar Reporters have been investigating John E. Pennington for corruption for seven years. In late 2013, we learned that John E. Pennington often brags that he has a little RICO gang, other public officials inside police departments to ensure that he is never charged with a crime.
What we discovered in April 2015, we affirmatively state Duvall Police Officer Lori Batiot is a member of John Pennington’s “little RICO gang.”
Lori Batiot was actually given the job in Duvall at John Pennington’s request an insider said.
Bigger question for those of us engaged in news reporting is whether Batiot is involved in covering Pennington’s pedophilia behavior too.
FACTS ABOUT JOHN E. PENNINGTON
In late 1989, during a church sponsored camping trip two boys made sexually abuse allegations against Pennington;
Pennington hospitalized his ex-finance in Oregon;
Pennington pushed his wife Valerie down a flight of stairs as she was holding their infant daughter;
Pennington was charged with criminal assault after he kicked and punched his wife Anne in her ureteral area just three weeks before delivery of her daughter;
Pennington was using taxpayer monies to run his for profit company JOHN E. PENNINGTON using county resources and monies to facilitate his company including fax machines, computers, telephones, and staff;
Pennington was off performing his personal FEMA EMI ( classes Batiot took many times) contracts on the east coast – while being paid by Snohomish County – while 43 people suffocated to death in the Oso mudslides; and according to former a County employee,
Pennington misused county resources and staff going after Gold Bar Reporter Anne Block.
In early March 2015, we learned that John E. Pennington, who is also a prime suspect in a child rape case from Cowlitz County, managed to gain access to children inside a children’s community theatre located in Duvall Washington. Fearing for the lives and safety of minor children from a pedophile, I made a decision to contact the Duvall Theatre Board informing them about what we knew to be true based on our forty year investigative file on John E. Pennington
Duvall Police Officer Lori Batiot, a very very close and personal friend to John E. Pennington alleges that on March 13, 2015, John Pennington and Crystal Hill (nee Berg) filed a criminal complaint against Gold Bar Reporters.
However, Batiot admits that she waited to investigate Pennington’s criminal complaint until April 12, 2014 or 30 days later; and on a Sunday after-noon after we posted another story on the Gold Bar Reporter including Pennington’s criminal conviction records.
On Sunday April 12, 2014, at approximately 1:30 PM, corrupt Duvall officer Batiot left a threatening voice message on my partner’s business phone stating that if a news reporter did not call her back she would come over to her house.
One problem for corrupt Batiot, she is a City of Duvall police officer and has no jurisdiction in another county. Wire threats, we believe equate to RICO and 42 USC 1983 violations.
*Lori Batiot will be sued under RICO joining her very dear and close friend John E. Pennington. It will give us great pleasure to shine much needed sunlight on another cockroach connected to John E. Pennington’s little gang.
Batiot recently filed a false statement that she was “indigent” but then hired a $500 per hour attorney named Tom Miller to represent her in a RICO suit once informed that she was named as a defendant. We hired our own expert and will seek damages.
But Lori Batiot is no stranger to the criminal justice system; she has past criminal history for drunk driving from Whatcom County, and she sued her previous employer, the City of Brier. See below minutes from City of Brier as it relates to the suit Batiot brought against her previous employer.
Lori Batiot, and her corrupt self, make all Washington taxpayers proud that we’re funding a criminal enterprise right from the City of Duvall’s Sheriff’s Office.
