In February 2017, Duvall Washington police officer Lori Batiot was terminated for lying during an formal police investigation. From this story, and sources that follow as a result of our investigation, there were other victims of Lori Batiot’s fabricating evidence to ensure convictions.

 

 

 

 

 

Our readers should wonder, or tear up, when you think about how many criminal cases Ms. Batiot lied in and/or fabricated evidence in to ensure criminal convictions.

So why did the Duvall Police Department hire and keep a woman who should be in prison on its payroll?  Well it’s simple, John Pennington, former Director of Emergency Management of Snohomish County, had a plan get back at his soon to be ex-wife, Anne for filing criminal assault charges against him and starting divorce proceedings against him.

At the time John Pennington criminally assaulted his soon to be ex-wife Anne, Anne was three weeks away from delivering her first child.  A child John Pennington abandoned  for the first 15 months of the child’s life, until he realized that he’d have to pay child support.

Duvall’s Mayor Will Ibsheroff  works as a Public Sector Manager for a national environmental services company on the east side of Seattle.  For those of my readers who don’t know this from past Mafia stories, trash is a lucrative business, hence why Duvall’s Mayor made a deal with Snohomish County Director John E. Pennington.

The deal was you ( Mayor Will Ibsheroff) help me quash the criminal assault charges that Special Prosecutor Sandra Meadowcraft, Kenyon Disend PLLC ( Issaquah) brought against me ( John E. Pennington), conspire to force my soon to be ex-wife ( # 3 ) Anne off the Duvall City Council, and you will receive lucrative Snohomish County contracts for trash and recycle.

It worked, Mayor Will Ibsheroff contacted attorney Michael Kenyon seeking his assistance with having attorney Sandra Meadowcraft throw the criminal assault charges against John E. Pennington.  Not only did Mayor Will Ibsheroff obstruct justice in the criminal prosecution of John E. Pennington, he and Pennington used one of former Executive Aaron Reardon’s political hacks from the Seattle Times to go after John Pennington’s soon to be ex-wife Anne.

Instead of the Seattle Times reporting ” Duvall City Council Member flees for her life after Snohomish County Director of Emergency Management violently assaulted her” the Seattle Times former reporter and now press secretary for Executive Aaron Reardon Christopher Schwarzen ran a hit piece as a political favor.

Just two months before John E. Pennington’s criminal trial was to begin, Anne ( Pennington’s victim) called Duvall Special Prosecutor Sandra Meadowcraft asking when she intended to interview her for the upcoming criminal trial of John E Pennington.  Ms Meadowfcroft’s response was ” oh that, the state dropped the charges. Not enough evidence.”

This was a lie. How we know is simple, King County District Court Redmond Division turned over the audio file from John E Pennington’s criminal hearing, and it’s clear that Sandra Meadowcroft failed to appear, throwing the criminal cases, and the court noted she was the Special Prosecutor the day of John Pennington’s criminal assault trial.

 

In the past, I published an article about Duvall’s Mayor Will Ibsheroff’s little racketeering scam with John E. Pennington, but since that time, because of Brady Cop Lori Batiot, we’re learned a lot more about her involvement and why Will Ibsheroff and John Pennington placed Lori Batiot inside the Duvall police department.

It’s simple, to stop any criminal complaint to be pursued against John E. Pennington, a Duvall Washington resident.

After all, Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe’s little racketeering gang had already assisted John E Pennington with quashing criminal charges against Gold Bar’s Mayor Crystal Hill for violently assaulting a six year child in her care.

Mark Roe’s racketeering conduct was captured quite nicely inside Snohomish County public records.  RCW 42.56 is a powerful tool in exposing the cockroaches where they roam, inside our government offices.

Unfortunately for Crystal Hill, Mark Roe wasn’t the Snohmish County Prosecutor in 2005 when Crystal Hill was charged with and plead guilty to bank fraud using an alias of Crystal Berg.

In April 2016,  Duvall police officer Lori Batiot called the Gold Bar Reporter making threats to arrest us for reporting on John Pennington and Crystal Hill’s little racketeering scheme of using public officials, mainly police officers like Lori Batiot, to trump up criminal charges on John Pennington and Mark Roe’s political critics.

At the point Lori Batiot made a threatening phone call, I had no idea who Lori Batiot was, other than anytime there was on almost all criminal complaints filed against John E. Pennington\.  Ms. Batiot always said there’s not enough evidence.

In one case, John Pennington’s newest mistress, Crystal Hill, threw a Blackberry device at a Duvall police officer after he responded to a domestic violence call at the Pennington home. Batiot was present and witness Ms. Hill Pennington threatening a public officer.

Were charges ever brought against Crystal Hill for threatening a police officer? No, you guessed it, Lori Batiot on the scene to help out the racketeering Enterprise cover up their criminal conduct.

In April 2016, Lori Batiot’s extortionist and threatening phone call me amounted to a light bulb going off in my brain.  A theory. “What if John Pennington knew Lori Batiot for sometime and managed to get her a job inside Duvall to protect him. After all,  Pennington bragged to his ex-mother-in-law that he had placed people inside government offices to make sure he’s protected if anyone dares to file criminal charges against him.”

Immediately following Lori Batiot’s extortionist, wire threatening phone call to charge me with a crime for reporting on John Pennington’s criminal Enterprise conduct, I would have never believed just how big this little racketeering group.

Yesterday a source called me stating ” the Washington State Bar Association is desperately trying to get someone to charge you with a crime because WSBA hearing officer Lin O’Dell and WSBA President Robyn Haynes are in big trouble with the IRS for tax evasion in D.C. Tax Courts.”

For those of you who may not know this, WSBA Hearing Officer Lin O’Dell was found guilty of trust embezzlement in Stevens County, 2013. As a reward, Lin O’Dell was assigned hear a case against the Gold Bar Reporter.

In March 2014, the WSBA Office of Disciplinary Counsel Chief Hearing Officer Joseph Nappi Jr. assigns thief and attorney Lin O’Dell .  who we later learned was involved with Joseph Nappi Jr in Washington State’s largest racketeering scam of stealing from elderly clients inside Spokane nursing homes. Lin O’Dell would refer elderly clients to Nappi Jr and had palced her convicted kiler husband Mark Plivilech inside nursing homes. Purpose, Mark Plivilech as a case manager inside nursing homes who sift the elderly clients files and learn how money they had or did not have. Lin O’Dell would then use Spokane County Commissioner Grovdhal and/or Spokane County Superior Court Judge Annette Plese to gain guardianship over the elderly victim and when a family member would complain, O’Dell and Plese would place a restraining order on the family members to limit access. Limiting access also limits the ability of the loved one to learn what was really happening, elderly abuse by Lin O’Dell, stealing and depleting the elderly person’s life savings. Once Lin O’Dell and her racketeering gang from Spokane County would deplete the elderly person’s accounts, they would place them on SSA and Medicaid.

UPDATE 2018: Since this article was first posted, Snohomish County turned over Crystal Hill Pennington ( nee Berg) criminal history records illegally withheld from Snohomish County Prosecutor Sean Reay.

On April 23, 2017, Crystal Hill Pennington ( nee Berg) committed perjury in Pierce County District in Penningtons v Block claiming falsely that she has never been arrested for fraud.  Not sure about our readers, but we dont know too many people who are not arrested who were stripped searched and photographed as the NCIC ACCESS records released under RCW 42.56 document.

On March 22, 2014, 43 people were killed in the Oso mudslide.  For years Snohomish County public officials were warned by professional engineers and geologists not to build homes on the slide area, but received permission from the County’s political appointee John E. Pennington who told then executive Aaron Reardon in an email when he asked if it was safe to build there ” It’s good to build boss!”

Geological reports dating back as far as the 1960s documented that the area was unsafe and even FEMA recommended buying out property owners on the slide areas.  However, only one man stood in the way to FEMA efforts to buy out landowners, John E. Pennington.

The only way to make sure our County never does this again is to make sure cockroaches like John E. Pennington are exposed with as much sunshine as Washington State’s open government laws permit.

“Oso, a completely unforeseen event” John E. Pennington  

On March 24, 2014, two days after the slide, John Pennington, Director of Snohomish County’s Department of Emergency Management, finally arrived back from D.C. Public records from FEMA Emergency Management Institute documented that Pennington was moonlighting on the east coast in violation of Snohomish County Ordinance which prohibits salaried employees from other employment.

On March 24, 2014, while at a news conference, John Pennington said  “This was a completely unforeseen slide. This came out of nowhere.”  However,  the Seattle Times article noted previous slides at the same location and years of predictions that more slides were likely at the same location.  Public records retrieved by the Gold Bar Reporter from Snohomish County ( under RCW 42.56) confirmed that although John Pennington publically stated that the County spent millions on mudslide mitigation, public records reveal that John Pennington never discussed nor understood mudslides.

One former Snohomish County DEM employee was asked: Did John Pennington ever discuss mudslides? the employee said ” No, never.”

On March 27, 2014, the Seattle Times  published a 2010 study, commissioned by the county, warned the hillside above Steelhead Drive was one of the most dangerous in the county. According to Rob Flaner, one of the authors of the 2010 report, “For someone to say that this plan did not warn that this was a risk is a falsity.”

In the days following the slide, criticism of Snohomish County officials received national attention in a New York Times, Seattle Times, Time Magazine, Hartford Courant, Washington Post,  and CNN,  reported that in 2004, county officials became concerned about the possibility of a dangerous landslide in the Steelhead Haven area, and considered buying out the homes of that area’s residents.  The idea was rejected with the county building a new wall in an attempt to stabilize the slope. Some disaster experts criticized this decision as a serious mistake.

A week after the Oso mudslide, and only after John Pennington realized that 43 people, many children, were more than likely dead, Pennington was asked again about what residents knew and what they did not, he said ” Every one knew the dangers of Oso!”

Whopper!  Knowing that John Pennington killed 43 people and was allowed to walk away outside of being inside prison lead to a decision to investigate his last 35 years on this planet. Sadly, here’s what we learned since March 22, 2014.

We counted ” I was just the Director” 19 times, and ” Stanford Act” 34 times.  What is clear from John Pennington’s deposition is that he was unqualified for Emergency Management Director, and that he was nothing more than a political appointee.

MEET JOHN ‘ THEODORE TED BUNDY” PENNINGTON

John Pennington was a troubled youth who, according to one source “had a major drug problem by the age of 16.”  So it’s no surprise that in the late 1980’s, after being kicked out of Vanderbilt College in Tennessee after raping a female college student, John Pennington moved to a small suburban city just outside of San Diego California.

While in the San Diego area,  John Pennington meets his new victim, who believe he legally married, so are calling her ex-wife # 1, Carla M.

Two years later, John Pennington fled from Southern California, again heading home to Nashville, only after two small boys made allegations of sexual abuse against him while on a church camping trip.

While in Tennessee, John Pennington made an unsuccessful run for an open State Rep. seat.  After a landslide loss for Pennington, he again headed west. This time to Oregon where Pennington meets his next victim.

Mr. Pennington plead guilty to criminal assault 1 and harassment  ( Washington County Case # D911027SC documents property penalties as a result of his assault) after he hospitalized his fiancé in Oregon. A felony that has somehow vanished, partly, except for the property judgment. **

As a result, John Pennington fled from Oregon to Vancouver Washington. While in Vancouver Washington, John Pennington meets his next victim. Sadly, they soon married.

While working in a coffee delivery business, John Pennington stole coffee grinding equipment from his previous employer and used this equipment to start-up a coffee shop in Kelso. Purpose was to make it look like he was an entrepreneur ( but he is really a sociopath) as to grab an uncontested Republican seat in Cowlitz County.

It worked, the uneducated college dropout John Pennington managed to get elected to an uncontested WA House of Representatives seat. Unfortunately for residents in New Orleans and Oso Washington, he met a powerful Washington State Republican leader, Jennifer Dunn.

In 1992, a 5-year-old girl was kidnapped, raped, and then tossed along a Cowlitz County road like a piece of trash.  We sent our private investigators to Cowlitz County to talk with the lead Detective who confirmed the following facts:

John Pennington became one of two prime suspects for the following reasons:

(1) Pennington operated a coffee delivery route within six blocks of where the child was dumped after being raped; (2) he drove the same car; (3) he was in the area at the time of the child rape and could not explain his whereabouts; (4)  his picture from 1992 is a complete match to the child and witness sketch drawing of the pedophile; (5) he relentlessly convinced his ex-wife to call the police attempting to divert attention away from himself and onto another man; and ( 6) He has continuous and countless charges of child and spousal abuse, a man who cannot keep his hands to himself.

Unfortunately for the 5 year child, John Pennington meets a Kelso Washington city attorney named Michael Kenyon.

According to John Pennington’s divorce files he is also an abuser of prescription pills, and was detained at the US Mexico  for having narcotics ( non-prescription pain pills) on his person while coming back into the US. Pennington has never denied this allegation.

In 1995, John Pennington was also a member of the Washington State Militia, a group dedicated to over throwing the United States government. ” John sat around for years obsessed about getting even with the Longview Washington news reporter for reporting that John was a member of the State militia.”

From 1992 to 2005, John Pennington’s violence grew with his ex-wife. # 2, Valerie. From pushing her down a flight of stairs as well as constant physical harassment,  John Pennington never learned to keep his hands to himself.

But the case that raised our eyebrows is Mr. Pennington’s abuse on his ex-wife # 2 ( who is really ex-wife # 3) Anne Laughlin. Ms. Laughlin was a City of Duvall city council member at the time of Pennington’s assault of Anne. Anne was three weeks away from giving birth to her daughter when Pennington violently assaulted, kicked and punched Anne in the stomach and uterus. A real salt of the earth kind of man.

Since Ms. Laughlin was a Duvall city council member at the time, the City of Duvall sought a Special Prosecutor. The prosecutor assigned to prosecute wife beater John Pennington came from the law firm where Pennington’s buddy Michael Kenyon was employed.

In 2009 when Pennington assaulted Laughlin, this was his third domestic violence charge. This should have amounted to jail time for Pennington.

A close review of John Pennington’s Snohomish County travel records warrant a closer look into missing children in Washington, Alaska, Maryland.  Public monies allowed us to review his credit card receipts, telephone records, etc. information that another blogger turned over to authorities.

Any grown man that takes a shower with a six year old little girl is a pedophile.

In 2011, Kenyon Disend’s junior attorney, Ann Marie Soto, received an email from John Pennington via Snohomish County computers demanding that Kenyon Disend redact police reports involving John Pennington criminal harassment and assault that we requested under RCW 42.56.   There’s only one problem, at the time Pennington was communicating with Kenyon Disend’s attorney, he was not a City of Duvall employee thus no attorney client relationship existed.

We sought the advice of an expert in records issues who is of the opinion that Kenyon Disend’s redaction of police reports was not permissible under the Public Records Act.

Then a source close to ex # 2 ( or # 3 depending on what public records you believe as it relates to Pennington’s aliases) provided us with thousands of records relating to John Pennington, and those records included Pennington’s email communication with Duvall’s Mayor about how to get Pennington’s soon to be ex-wife Anne Laughlin off the City Council.

In 2009, Pennington then used Aaron Reardon’s connection to the Seattle Times reporter ( who then became Reardon’s aide) to post a story about Anne Laughlin, pretty much the same way he did to Gold Bar Reporters in February 2012. Former Seattle Times reporter Emily Heffner was contacted for comment but all she would say is ” you need to move because they are coming after you.” She never did state who “they” were, but as we stated to Ms. Heffner before, “We have only one live to give and it shall be for the betterment of our society as a whole.”

As of today, Attorney Michael Kenyon and Ann Marie Soto have bilked the taxpayers of Gold Bar over $1,350,000.00 hidng former Mayor Crystal Hill’s public records ( emails) documenting that she was practicing law without a license, and had lied on her F 1 form stating that she had never pled guilty to fraud when in fact she had plead guilty twice, one in 2000 in North Carolina and a second time in Snohomish County Washington; and John Pennington making racist comments about President Obama and running illegal ACCESS background checks in violation of RCW 10.97.

 

Both Penningtons are being sued for gross 1983 and RICO charges with depositions expected to start early next year.

The bigger question that Michael Kenyon refused to answer was what he gained for quashing John Pennington’s criminal charges for beating up his pregnant wife Anne, hiding John Pennington’s racist comments and his illegal background checks.

According to former Mayor Joe Beavers, John Pennington and Aaron Reardon “fixed” cases in Snohomish County Superior Court.

As a result of our six-year investigation, we are confident to report that attorney Michael Kenyon assisted John Pennington is committing felonies. Attorney Michael Kenyon and John Pennington will be sharing a prison cell together and we intend to make that happen even it takes me another 30 years, and I will continue to request access to public records and file suits against any agency that renders assistance to a pedophile and wife beater.

Our request for access to public records regarding this issue has already started.  The public, especially Pierce College students, have a legal right to know why Pierce College Board of Trustees would hire a child molester ( and according to lead Cowlitz County detective the man who raped a 5 year old girl in 1992) and wife beater.

What John Pennington was trying to hide for so many years, his prior conviction for criminal harassment ( assault of an ex-fiancé in Oregon) as noted in the following public records as “ prior conviction”

In 2000, John Pennington was George Bush Jr’s campaign manager here in Washington State.  Soon after George Bush Jr. was elected ( or stole the election with his brother’s assistance depending what you believe), George Jr. appointed John E Pennington and Michael Browne to positions inside FEMA. Sadly for America, not one FEMA Director was qualified for such positions.

As a result of Michael Browne and John Pennington’s inability to read, write and think effectively caused thousands of minority deaths in Hurricane Katrina.

Hurricane Katrina was an eye opener for those of us who actually earned accredited degrees and whose parents taught us to think critically. George W Bush Jr.’s decision to appoint friends instead of educated and skilled people resulted in massive human loss of life In New Orleans.

Had this story ended in New Orleans, we wouldn’t be exposing John E.Pennington today. But it didn’t, why is simple, because Washington State Senator Jennifer Dunn decided to use her political clout to appoint an uneducated bum to FEMA Region 10 ( Pacific Northwest).

What is even crazier is that George W Bush made an executive appointment without ever running a single background check on John Pennington prior to appointing him.

All that changed when America started calling for Michael Brownie’s head for causing  so many deaths in New Orleans. Perhaps Michael Browne might have survived press scrutiny had he not put in his email that was heading to Nordstroms to purchase new clothes for the cameras, while at the same time thousands of African Americans were floating down the street or in lock down inside an unsafe convention center.

African Americans were drowning in the streets of New Orleans, because FEMA Directors lacked basic college skills to handle such a disaster. In the case of Michael Browne, an unaccredited undergraduate degree as well as unaccredited law school diploma. In the case of John Pennington, an online diploma mill degree from an online school the U.S. Dept of Education said sold online diplomas at a flat rate, California Coastal College.

Hurricane Katrina, good bye Brownie, Hello Penny

After Michael Browne and Bernard Kerik made a laughing stock out of the George W and America, George Jr was quoted as saying ‘ Penny will make a great director of FEMA.” This was November 2005. But this time, the feds actually ran an extensive background on John Pennington, and discovered what we learned through years of sifting through public records.  John Pennington is a dangerous sociopath with real anger management issues; anger he often takes out on women and children.

I never really thought much of George W Bush Jr. other than he’s a spolied little rich kid who never worked for a living. For the same reason, I couldn’t vote for Al Gore in 2000. Thus, I became one of Ralph Nader’s Raiders in 2000.

Fact is that I probably ran into John Pennington at the Republican National Convention that year in Philadelphia. I, and 1,000,000. Americans blocked the entrance to the Republican National Convention Center preventing many of George Jr’s delegates from accessing the convention center that year.

I was a proud member of Massachusettes ACT UP from UMASS, and had traveled all over the U.S. protesting what I believed to be unequal treatment of economically disadvantaged Americans in favor of corporations. I’m a strong believer that America should place “ people over profits.”

Strangely, I always had respect for George Bush Sr. Why is simple: George Sr is a well educated savey free thinker who listens to his opponents. Unlike his son, George Jr. , who was given a little too much growing up without working for it.  Hard work goes along way in molding one’s self esteem.

In 2005, Michael Browne was blamed for the deaths of thousands, because he was appointed to a position that he wasn’t qualified for.  So when George Jr. had to make a new appointment to FEMA Director, he looked to a devil wrapping himself with pages of the Bible, while at the same time molesting children and violently assaulting a pregnant woman in her third trimester, John E. Pennington.

About two weeks ago ( March 2017) we learned from public record that John Pennington was also autistic. That information was silently withheld from the Oso mudslide plaintiffs’ attorneys ( more on that topic soon).

For those reporting the news in Washington D.C just after George Bush Jr’s FEMA Directors caused so much misery to so many residents and their survivors in New Orleans, Bush Jr. was quoted as saying ” Penny would make a great Director.”

Because the feds didn’t want George Jr. to go through yet another scathing news story like he did when he chose Kerik to head Homeland Security (who ended up being prime suspect in a murder case and had direct ties to organized crime) and Michael Browne and his fake degrees with extensive skills in horse breeding debacles, any appointment would go through extensive background checks prior to Congressional Hearings.

As a result of the feds extensive background check on John Pennington, he was forced to resign from FEMA or be exposed in a very public way. John Pennington lied about his termination from FEMA stating that he and Tamara Doherty were caught misusing the FEMA credit cards.

This was simply a smoke screen to cover up what we just learned from a federal source over Labor Day Weekend.

John Pennington was terminated from FEMA because the feds learned what we reported on over the last seven years; pedophilia deviant uneducated child abuser who has sick fetish for kids, John Pennington. A sociopath who reminds me of Ted Bundy.

Unfortunately for Oso Washington residents,  George W Bush Jr.’s  administration thought it was ok to set him loose on Snohomish County residents just so George Jr didn’t have to suffer public press embarassment again.

I believe John Pennington should be charged with negligent homicide for the 43 people he killed in the Oso mudslides.

Pennington killed 43 Oso residents in the mudslides, we have searched his travel records and beleive he is responsible for missing children in four different states, and have ample evidence to state John Pennington is the man responsbile for the rape of that five year old child from Colwitz County Washington.

Sadly, John Pennington remains on the loose up here in Snohomis County. So long as John Pennington remains on the loose, I will continue to investigate and report on his criminal sexual deviant conduct.

Protecting Our children from a sociopath like John Pennington is worth every sacrifice we’ve made as a result  of shinning much needed sunshine on cockroaches who harm molest and abuse our kids. In March 2016, John E Pennington was deposed after victims of the Oso mudslide disaster sued the County and State.  Under oath John E. Pennington admitted that FEMA and the County had a plan four years prior to Oso, but when asked if he implemented it, Pennington answered ” No.”  What attorney Phillips asked where Pennington obtained his college degrees he said ” online.”

Imagine, Snohomish County hires an incompetent diploma mill graduate, and later learns he suffers from mental health issues, was in fact labeled by King County Dr. Hedricks as a “sociopath with no empathy for human life” and is autistic.

Now before my readers send me letters about how autistic and persons with mental health issues can function if treated, I don’t disagree in totality, with one exception, public safety and health is a compelling state interest that outweighs John E Pennington’s rights.  In other words, John Pennington’s disability rights stop when they endanger the lives of others.

For those of us who investigate government criminals like John E Pennington, this new revelation was no surprise as what we were about to uncover about John E Pennington made him unfit  for any position inside public safety.

Our countless attempts over the last eight years fell on deaf ears, why, because Pennington created millions of dollars in liability for not only Snohomish County, but also for the City of Gold Bar and Duvall, Washington.

It took us years to link together how and why the City of Duvall got involved in the largest RICO scandal in Washington State history. After spending thousands of research hours, and hundreds of working hours sifting through over 500,000 public emails, we are now confident to report ” The Stoning of Anne Laughlin” and ” Thwarting any Criminal Prosecution of John E. Pennington, a wife beater from Duvall Washington.”

My only regret is that my hard work attempting to warn the public of just how dangerous and incompetent John E. Pennington was fell on deaf ears. Keeping in mind that I handed a hell of a lot of documents over to every single major media in the Seattle area, but no one seemed interested in exposing John Pennington for the wife/child abuser he is.

Well its time, and my hope is that his victims will be able to heal the wounds of losing children, parents, sisters, fathers, husbands, and wives because Snohomish County refused to take action against a violent corrupt political bum.  Why? Because he had several close political friends connected to Washington State’s Legislature, including but not limited to, Senator Steve Hobbs, John Lovick, Aaron Reardon, Senator Tracey Eide, and Senator Holmquist.

Those who assisted John E. Pennington in trying to SLAPP down my message have blood on their hands for the pain and suffering he caused so many residents in the Oso mudslide debacle, for the harm he has caused four small minor children, and for the countless women he abused. Those responsible for the harm include the Washington State Bar’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel Linda Eide, Doug Ende, and Joseph Nappi Jr, and thief and Washington State Bar Hearing Officer Lin O’Dell.

Stevens County Court in December 2014, Judge Monasmith cited O’Dell for stealing from a vulnerable adult.  The Washington State Bar Office of Disciplinary counsel, specifically Laura Cantrell, gave Lin O’Dell a pass to steal by refusing to start an investigation on O’Dell.

Simply put, if you are a member of the Washington State Bar Hearing Officers panel you get a license to steal from our elderly. Sadly, our investigation confirms that five other attorneys associated with the Office are also stealing from our elderly, and in the case of Lin O’Dell she stole horses from several of her clients and transported them across state lines to her ranch in New Mexico.   Complaints have been filed against O’Dell with the proper authorities.

Washington State’s Public Records Act, RCW 42.56, a very powerful tool in exposing corruption inside government

For those of you who know me well, you know that I love America more than any other place on this planet. I feel very lucky, as a female to be an American. Most important to me is the First Amendment to the US Constitution, which allowed me to write, investigate and report on corruption with little government interference.

Unfortunately reporting didn’t come without a price. I lost seven years of my life because a government officer was given unlimited power to harass me right from Snohomish County DEM office, during county time, and after I made countless police reports against his criminal conduct. Every single police report I filed remains ignored.

The county’s blatant disregard for my civil rights left me with no other alternative but to investigate and report the story myself; and I filed suit under RICO and 42 USC 1983.

I write this story after two great investigators from PSI Investigations agreed to help when no one else would. They were personally attacked on John Pennington’s Sky Valley Chronicle for assisting me in finding out who was posting threats to harm me and partner on a anonymous website. Today, because of PSI Investigations, I am confident to report that the Sky Valley Chronicle is operated by John and Crystal Pennington as well as Gold Bar’s former Mayor Joe Beavers. Three criminals who obstructed justice, covered up Pennington’s crimes as stated herein, and turned their criminal RICO activities on those who sought to expose John E. Pennington for the criminal he is.

I want to thank all supporters of Washington Coalition for Open Government, if it were not for open government, people like Pennington’s and Beavers would have stayed under the radar. Now, with Lori Batoit’s personal cell phone and private emails mandated to be searched under Washington State’s Public Records Act, perhaps John E. Pennington’s victims will see justice. Unfortunately, because the Washington State Bar’s political machine attacked my message instead of investigating John E. Pennington, 44 people are dead in Oso Washington. I rightfully blame the Washington State Bar Office of Disciplinary Counsel for spitting on my 1^st Amendment rights in an effort to SLAPP down the messenger.

From public records, we have reason to believe that John E. Pennington was bribing Washington State Hearing Officer Lin O’Dell via a USPS Post Office box O’Dell’s convicted killer boyfriend Mark Plivilech set up just three blocks from the Penningtons’ home in Duvall.  O’Dell and Plivilech live four hours away in Spokane, but soon after O’ Dell was assigned to investigate Pennington’s witness statement filed against  Gold Bar Reporter Anne Block attempting to SLAPP down her message, O’Dell and Plivilech all of the sudden chose the little city of  Duvall for their new post office box.

John E. Pennington and his couterparts, mainly connected to Executive Aaron Reardon’s gang, are the most dangerous people that I’ve ever had the displeasure of reporting about.  The threats to my life, property and liberties because I simply wanted to live in a clean and open government should be in every law school ethics class in the United States. Reardon’s gangs conduct threatens our democracy, undermines voters confidence in our judicial system and brought Snohomish County government to a stand still.

After this story, I am going to take a break from investigative blogging diverting my attention toward rebuilding what Reardon’s gang stole from me over the last seven years sitting along the banks of Sebago Lake in Maine writing the final chapter in my book,  “No sunshine where the cockroaches roam.”    My final chapter will be titled  “Reforming the Washington State Bar, taking politics out of the practice of law. ” The final chapter to be written over the next year.

What happened to me for simply requesting access to public records, a statutory right,  should never happen to another journalist lawyer, and those who assisted John E. Pennington’s corrupt political attack against my bar license for simply reporting on corruption are the greatest threats to our democracy. As such, I am calling for the criminal prosecution of Washington State Bar’s lead counsel Linda Eide, Joseph Nappi Jr., and hearing officer Lin O’Dell.

 

JOHN PENNINGTON’S DIVORCE RECORDS FROM ANNE LAUGHLIN

When our stellar Department of Emergency Management Director (DEM) John E. Pennington beat the shit out of his ex-wife Anne Laughlin three weeks before she gave birth to her daughter, Ms. Laughlin was an elected sitting City of Duvall city council member.

Our good friends from Snohomish County’s Executive Office, also referred by us as Reardon’s gang, went after John Pennington’s ex-wife Anne Laughlin’s career in a very public way. The Seattle Times, a friend to Aaron Reardon’s  executive’s Executive publicist Chris Schwarzten, was eager to assist ( see link above). Mr. Schwarzten is a former Seattle Times reporter who gave Johnny a helping hand writing and publishing the article we titled ” The Stoning of Anne Laughlin.”

But the Seattle Times wasn’t the only able bodied person to assist dear ole Johnny boy. According to John Pennington divorce files, John Pennington had a little help from Duvall’s Mayor.  In Laughlin’s divorce files, emails between Duvall’s Mayor and John Pennington document collusion immediately following Anne Laughlin fleeing for her life from John Pennington’s sociopathic violent abuse. Both Pennington and Mayor Will Isholf were discussing how to oust Laughlin from the city council so they could implant one of Reardon’s gang members, Amy Ockerlander.

According to Ms. Ockerlander’s Linked In page brags that she was a member of Reardon’s gang from July 2007 to January 2011.  She oversaw state and federal legislative affairs for the Executive Office and its departments, including managing state and federal contract lobbyists, working with departments and County Council to develop annual legislative agenda, monitoring priority legislation, securing committee testimony and working with state association.

There’s only one problem for Ms. Okelander’s Linked In page, using public resources for political lobbying violates Washington State’s Public Disclosure laws.

Ms. Ockerlander’s allegiance to protect Reardon’s gang members is the sole reason why John Pennington and Duvall’s Mayor handpicked Ms. Ockerlander once they managed to thwart the democratic rights of the voters. Our counsel states that this conduct is a predicate act under RICO.

When John Pennington beat up his pregnant wife Anne Laughlin, he was engaged in an extramarital affair with Gold Bar’s Mayor Crystal Hill.  From Gold Bar’s public emails from July 2007, we know that John Pennington and Crystal Hill started their affair at a little cabin inside the Alpine Lakes District.   Pennington married Anne Laughlin in September 2007.

In May 2009, then Gold Bar Mayor Crystal Hill acting as John Pennington’s legal counsel wrote, filed, and served John Pennington’s divorce pleadings on Anne Laughlin. Crystal Hill was not a lawyer, but a paralegal for the Law Firm of Mark Weiss in Seattle.  A job she was fired from after Mark Weiss was contacted by another Gold Bar Reporter asking him to preserve our public records involving Hill’s unlawful practice of law pursuant to Washington State’s Public Records Act.

As a result Crystal Hill’s unlawful practice of law, Mark Weiss fired her.  Unfortunately for my city, Crystal Hill disseminated her unlawful practice of law into Gold Bar and Snohomish County’s public records.

When I learned about Crystal Hill’s unlawful practice of law costing John Pennington’s ex-wives over $150,000.00, I contacted Gold Bar’s new Mayor Joe Beavers seeking access to our records. Had Mr. Beavers simply complied with the Public Records Act, the City of Gold Bar would not be facing major financial issues today. Instead Beavers stole from our city’s water and street funds to fund the cover up Hill and Pennington’s crimes, another predicate act under RICO. As of today, the cost to the City of Gold Bar has exceeded over $1,000,000.00 with no end in sight.

Complaints were filed with the Washington State Bar, specifically lead counsel Linda Eide, who refused to take any criminal action against Crystal Hill for the unlawful practice of law. Why, well that took us a few months, but we soon learned that Ms. Linda Eide is a personal friend to John E. Pennington, and a close relative to Senator Tracy Eide. Senator Eide is a personal friend to Senator Steve Hobbs and John E. Pennington. Linda Eide should have recused herself if she were an ethical honest person, but after reading Robert Grunstein’s book  ” Vendetta” I believe Linda Eide should be in jail for fraud; Ms. Eide will also be subject for deep discussion in my book as this is not the first time she’s committed RICO offenses against WSBA members.

Once I started requesting copies of John E. Pennington’s emails in early 2009, Pennington began a six year campaign to harass , defame, and discredit me.  One former Gold Bar council member said ” the City’s strategy was to out money you, then defame and harass, and when that didn’t work they went to discredit you.”  A clear RICO.

Snohomish County Superior Court’s judicial assistance to a wife/child abuser

In 2007, after constant physical and emotional abuse, John E. Pennington’s first wife, Valerie, filed for divorce from John E. Pennington.

According to our legal counsel, John Pennington’s divorce files are public records, unless you live in Snohomish County. In February 2008, then Executive Aaron Reardon’s personal friend Judge Eric Lucas sealed John Pennington’s divorce records,  Case Number: 05-2-00096-0. 

A couple of years ago I remember thinking ” Wow, Snohomish County Superior Court Judge Lucas sealed a political friend’s divorce records? Is that even legal?  What ever is behind the curtain it must be good!

Since I am no open government expert, I called my then legal counsel seeking an opinion on whether or not Judge Lucas can lawfully seal court records.

My counsel said ” no” there’s actually a court case on point as it relates to sealing court files. My counsel even suggested that I write to Judge Lucas asking him to voluntarily unseal Pennington’s divorce files citing a new case from Our Court. So I did, and the response I got back was less than responsive, and by memory it went something like this, Ms. Block you know the law, bring the proper motion. I remember thinking WOW!  I quote a new law to a Superior Court Judge who is sworn in to uphold the law and he tells me to file a motion to unseal public records. What the hell is going on inside Snohomish County Superior Court?

From our sources, we understand that its John E. Pennington’s mental health issues. Normally, we could care less about a person’s mental health history, but after Mr. Pennington failed to mitigate a single death in the Oso mudslide debacle resulting in the deaths of 44 people, I believe it’s time to start that process. I cant stop seeing the images of a small infant being pulled from the mud, dead, lifeless, not breathing, suffocating in mud, and because a uneducated wife/child abuser criminally harassed me instead of mitigating.

Thus I will be bringing a motion to unseal John Pennington’s divorce records, records that Judge Eric Lucas should be unsealing to comply with our Court’s rulings, just as Judge Wynne did. And for those of you who know me personally, I think Judge Wynne is part of the problem up here in Snohomish County, but I do commend him for complying with our court’s holding.

I’d like my readers to know that it took me a long time to put this story together because Snohomish County DEM tampered with so many of our public records that my counsel and I believe its a felony.  This resulted in a lawsuit seeking access to our records filed in Skagit County Court.

Former DEM public records officer Diana Rose admitted under oath that she removed public records from the County and brought them to the City of Gold Bar, specifcally into the hands of Gold Bar’s then Mayor Joe Beavers. In our opinion both are guilty of felonies.

And then comes Judge Richard Okrent, a political bum for Executive Aaron Reardon. Okrent was subject of a past article after I learned what his function is ” To make criminals out of non-criminals, just like the Nazis did to the Jews”

I must admit it took me some time to figure out why another blogger and I are so closely connected, not just in spirit but also in experiences. Well it’s because of one corrupt Snohomish County Judge named Richard Okrent.

In 2009, Gold Bar’s appointed Mayor Joe Beavers called unopposed city council member Chuck Lie asking for a one on one meeting. Both met at the Dutch Cup, a little grease pit owned by Sultan Mayor Carolyn Eslick. At this meeting, Joe Beavers Mayor Joe Beavers was bragging about how he had Snohomish County Judges in his pocket, implying that the fix was already in.  Years later we soon learned that Judge Richard Okrent was not a random preassignment, he was intentionally placed on Block v. Gold Bar, just as he was on City of Everett v. Tammu.

In Block’s case it was because several Snohomish County employees disseminated Gold Bar Reporter’s Bar application file ( amounting to theft) and John Pennington ran illegal background checks on Block and her family members. In Tammu, Okrent was brought in to SLAPP down a fantastic reporter because City of Everett attorney Michael Fisher didn’t like her anti-corruption message. Today, Ms. Tammu operates http://www.snocoreporter.com and receives thousands of clicks a day.  A job well done Mr. Fisher.

John E. Pennington’s domestic spying games has proven costly to both the City of Gold Bar and Snohomish County; and I am now focusing in on the City of Duvall, specifically one corrupt police officer named Lori Batoit.

Late yesterday, we did learn that Lori Batoit is a personal friend of John and Crystal  Pennington, and very close friend to a former fire chief convicted of pedophilia in Brier. The former Brier employee was convicted for pedophilia, and with no surprise he also a dear friend to John E. Pennington.

For this reason, we intend to shine a hell of a lot of sunlight on Duvall Officer Lori Batoit. Ms. Batoit left an extortionist voice message last week, threatened to criminally prosecute our investigators for investigating her involvement with John E. Pennington, and we intend to expose her involvement in obstructing the many criminal complaints filed against John E. Pennington. We smell a dirty cop. More on Lori Batoit’s involvement in all of this soon.

Some readers asked me if it was fair to blame John Lovick, we answer that question. John Lovick was the Snohomish County Sheriff who refused to investigate my criminal complaints, and refused to run a criminal background check on on John E. Pennington.  John Lovick, just as Aaron Reardon’s career is over thanks to his refusal to listen to his constituents.

A source inside Snohomish County called me to let me know that John Lovick terminated John E. Pennington yesterday. As of today, the County has refused to make an official statement.  We sure hope that the mounds of evidence we collected and turned over to his victims had some part in exposing John E. Pennington as the wife/child abuser he is.

I make no distinction between my daughter and my neighbors child. We must do everything in our power to expose abusive people like John E. Pennington. I agree with Hillary Clinton on this issue ” it takes a village to raise children.”

John Pennington, visits Livonia Michigan, in search of dirt on the Gold Bar Reporter, but instead he finds a convicted spousal abuser and drug addict

Somethings are better left in the past, such is the City of Livonia Michigan.

In 2001, I moved to Lansing Michigan to attend graduate studies. I can’t say I hated Michigan but it wasn’t home. The summers were short and humid and the winters were rough and bone chillin cold.

Born and raised in New England, I was no stranger to bone chillin cold winters, and the summers on the east coast were hot and humid, so Michigan wasnt much different, with one exception, Noel.

During my first year of college, I put in for a transfer to Quinpiacc Law School hoping to be closer to home. I was accepted,  but then I met a fantastic like minded free thinker who was as liberal as I if not more so.

When I first met Noel, I was disappointed to learn that he had custody of his daughter, Rachel. She was 12, a self centered me child. Something she learned from her mother because her dad is a complete opposite.

Further,  I had raised my one and only daughter, and really wasn’t interested in raising another.  Kids are quirky, especially teenagers. Teenagers tend to play the blame game, but Rachel was different as it was clear from her life surroundings that she was being abused by her mother, Laura.

Teenagers are quirky enough without having to deal with a mentally ill parent like Laura who spent little time trying to raise a happy healthy child, but instead sucked on a bottle of Vicodin and suffered from Muchhausan bi proxy.  Laura’s main goal was getting even with Noel for having the courage to say ” I will not live my life with a drug addict and allow my daughter to be raised by an abusive drug addict either ”  as he was the first to file for divorce but only after countless failed attempts by Laura at detox.

Most women in our society are the favored parent by our courts, a preconditioning that woman are the more nuturing ones.  I find this assumption to be absurbed, and an insult to my father.  I loved both my parents, and had more in common with my father as he taught me that the power really is in the pen.

Unfortunately for Rachel, Her mother was abusive, both verbally and physically. For me, my daughter’s happiness was and still is evidence of job well done. For Laura, Rachel was and still is piece of property to manipulate to fill Laura’s own unhappy void in life.

In 1998, Laura was arrested and convicted of stabbing Noel, as a result she lost custody of Rachel.  A conviction that as an Oakland County nurse she was obligated to tell her employer but somehow forgot that “morals clause” in her county contract.  A fact I could have disclosed, which would have resulted in her immediate termination, but decided not to because of Rachel.  A decision I regret knowing Laura is still addicted to prescription pills, holding a nursing license. Scary stuff.

When I first met Noel I remember thinking well how bad can this woman be, after all she’s able to maintain a nursing job. What I didn’t know, but later learned, is that Laura was fired from a hospital in Cincinatti for stealing narcotics, thus triggering her move to Livonia Michigan.  But only after Noel graduated with an MS in Engineering and obtained lucrative employment designing aircrafts.

After moving to Livonia, Laura’s drug addiction became too much for Noel, he decided to divorce when his daughter was just seven.  According to several sources, Rachel went from a happy child to a severally depressed withdrawn child. Sadly, she never recovered and lives today ( age 27), just as her mother does, isolated and clingy, looking for others approval.

But who can blame her; children who are abused often live their life trying to fix the abuser.

I remember often questioning Rachel about bruises on her arms after she’d return home from Oakland County court ordered biweekly visits with her mom. I’d questioned Rachel about who bruised her arms, and she’d always make up excuses like my arm got caught in the door.

Frankly speaking, I hate child abusers. Laura was no exception.  I called Rachel’s therapist who later told her dad, children often blame themselves for their parent’s abuse and inability to love. Sadly for Rachel, Laura wasn’t capable of nurturing a trash bag, only her Vicodin bottle. A Vicodin bottle she often spent weekend days hospital shopping to find.

In 2004, after graduate schoool I decided to move to New Hampshire. After all, it’s the live free or die state.  A place that as a young adult I found peace and solitude; Swimming in Lake Winniepasaukee’s pristine clear waters is like taking a cold bath while gazing up at the first highest mountain peak I ever climbed, Mt Washington. It’s peace on earth and far away from the ” Looney World of Laura F.”

Laura stalked me at home, college, and on vacations, bi proxy, through Rachel. I wasnt alone as she did this to Noel too. I spent five years in Michigan and I can’t remember a single vacation without Laura calling Rachel claiming to be dying, extremely sick, etc just so she could ruin Rachel’s vacations to soak in her own drug induced sorrow.

In 2004, after spending the whole summer traveling the western US, and watching the Michigan economy collapse, Noel and I decided it was time to move.  I wanted to move to New Hamshire, while Noel wanted to move to Bozeman Monatana.  But after spending much time backpacking Washington’s national parks, and after climbing to the top of Mount Rainer, Noel turned to me and said ” let’s move here. ” He threw his arms up looked out over Mount Rainer and said ” for me this is paradise.”  I said ok.

Looking backwards from today, I know Washington is where my activism is needed the most. But I shall retire on the most beautiful lake in the U.S. , Sebago.

In December 2009, a Snohomish County  political appointee name John E Pennington wrote me an unsolicited letter that seemed more like it was written by a 10-year-old child than that of a director. I remember thinking to myself? Why would this man, an employee of the county, write an unsolicited letter to a citizen that absolutely made no sense whatsoever.

Since 2008, I have been investigating political appointee John E Pennington. My readers know that I have spent countless resources time and energy trying to warn the public of just how dangerous John E Pennington is to the safety and health of our children. Unfortunately, my warnings fell on deaf ears and he killed 43 people in the Oso mudslides.

Sadly for Washingtonians, Snohomish county government officials, including but not limited to Mark Roe  , Sean Reay, Miqual Tempski, and John Lovick covered up that John E Pennington was labeled by King County Dr. Hendricks as being mentally defective ” a sociopath with no empathy for human life” a fact that he plead to to avoid jail time after he violently assaulted a 3rd trimester pregnant woman just weeks before the deliverly of her daughter.

And if the strange couldn’t have gotten stranger, in November 2016 I deposed Joe Beavers Gold Bar’s mayor who has bankrupted the city of Gold Bar hiding his computer crimes, admitted that he had reached out to a government official in Oakland County Michigan seeking information on Noel. Information Beavers obtained from Laura.

We have ample reason to believe from family members that Laura F continues to live a drug induced life, and still searching for vindication of the harm that she caused so many especially the abuse she perpetrated upon her daughter.

In Joe Beavers deposition, he also admitted that he was anonymously cyberstalking  the Gold Bar Reporter while he was a public official for Gold Bar on a blogspot operated by John Pennington and Crystal Hill Pennington.

Joe Beavers , John Pennington and Crystal Hill Pennington are being sued for racketeering with depositions expected to begin later this year.   John Pennington was recently caught on camera forging court records in Pierce County successfully sued as a result and found to be a abusing the process.

So with no surprise, a friend from Michigan had called me telling me that Laura F has found some new friends, a sociopath, John Pennington and Joe Beavers. Pennington on camera today meeting up with Laura trying to dig up trash on the Gold Bar Reporter in Livonia Michigan.

I have some advice for John Pennington, next time you’d like to dig up trash on the Gold Bar Reporter you might not use a drug addict, who was convicted of stabbing her ex husband and who lost custody of daughter as a result of her criminal conduct.

I hope you enjoyed the weather Johnny, because you met with the second largest pile of trash I ever had the displeasure of meeting besides You. Perhaps next time you’ll do things a little bit different and visit your co-conspirator during the summer as the summers are much more pleasant in Michigan than the winters.

Looks like I have a new defendant to add to my racketeering suit and since predicate acts took place in Michigan, my thought is I should file my next suit in Michigan.

King County Washington, maliciously prosecuting hundreds of innocent citizens

Those of you who know me know that I value the First Amendment as the greatest gift Thomas Jefferson brought back with him from Europe – more valuable than a Bar license.  Once we lose sight of the only difference between the rest of the World and America-free speech – we are no better.

From my past articles, my readers can assume that I blame the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), because instead of regulating unethical lawyers who steal money from their clients, as evidenced by convicted frauder and attorneys Geoffrey Gibbs, Lin O’Dell (who was actually caught accepting bribes from former Snohomish County political appointee John Pennington and his convicted bank frauding wife Crystal Hill Berg Pennington – convicted of bank fraud in 2005 using an alias of Berg) Linda Eide (who destroyed evidence in my case, Allan Hall and Bob Grundstein’s cases), the WSBA is nothing more than a racketeering association making criminals out of non-criminals and us reporters must do everything in our power to expose the cockroaches where they hide.  Unfortunately for the taxpayers, they hid all too often inside government agencies.

About six months ago, I met a few like-minded open government supporters who have been investigating what I refer to as the “King County animal abuse scam.”

This story took me over six months of sifting through mounds of public emails before I felt comfortable enough to publish it.  King County has refused comment as did Brady cop Jenee Westberg (former King County animal control officer fired for fraud).

If Washington State is ever to become a place where companies and honest people want to live, both King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg and Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe must go.

 Why is Dan Satterberg prosecuting innocent people for animal abuse then failing to prosecute those having sex with animals?

Neither King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg nor Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe have prosecuted one single case of having sex with animals.

Yes that question is basically shocking isn’t it?  Did anyone even know Washington State has serious problem with people having sex with animals?

It is not something new in our human society.  Certainly distasteful to many,  enough so, that the man who died having sex with a horse at a well-known animal sex brothel in Enumclaw in July of 2005, spurned a very quick independent legislative action to further the unanimous legislation Satterberg and Susan Michaels (Pasado’s Safe Haven) worked so hard to get into law the year before. So the Satterberg and Michael 2005 animal cruelty law morphed into the 2006 anti- bestiality legislation real quick.

With the inception of his 2005 lobbying, Dan Satterberg and his animal rights extremist friends at Pasado’s Safe Haven, Susan Michaels (and company), had just spent 11 years together, as a team, getting animal cruelty into a prosecutable class C felony under a legal term called “criminal negligence.”

Satterberg did all this as Norm Maleng’s chief of staff, (a government attorney) two years before Norm Maleng died suddenly of a heart attack while in his seventh term of office in May of 2007.

Satterberg would then assume Maleng’s position of elected prosecutor through appointment by the King County Council until there could be a special election in November of 2007.  He subsequently was elected to the remaining three years of Maleng’s term.  He then ran for the position in 2010 and won.

Dan Satterberg now, as the elected prosecutor for King County, could easily be in one of the most powerful positions in the State of Washington if not the highest position among municipal mountains in the nation.  He certainly has the power to decide the fate of virtually any warm body in King County.

With a cache of some 210 attorneys protecting the ass-ets of King County and running a $7.2 billion dollar taxpayer funded judicial system representing over 72% of the county budget; it has to be tempting to not let it all go to your head… or to your tail… depending on what one might glean from the research exposed here.

The bigger question arises then – at what point would one consider actually employing a prosecutor’s special duties to protect the public from criminals – and – when does it begin to blur when protecting the criminal?  This then becomes a constitutional issue.  And let’s not forget the question of who is the real criminal – the prosecutor or the defendant they accuse?

This is a troubling conundrum playing out all over our nation.

In King County it appears to play out with Mr. Satterberg making the claim that he played an active role in lobbying for stiffer laws to protect animals from abuse making animal cruelty for “any person with criminal neglect who starves and dehydrates an animal a class C felony.  (He rarely mentions the “with criminal neglect” part in the same sentence though the law is written that way).

What is “with criminal neglect” anyway?  It is a legal term.  It is a standardized legal term – but –  in Washington State it is defined by RCW 9A.08.010 with a few additional embellishments (underlined).  http://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9A.08.010:

“CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE. A person is criminally negligent or acts with criminal negligence when he or she fails to be aware of a substantial risk that a wrongful act may occur and his or her failure to be aware of such substantial risk constitutes a gross deviation from the standard of care that a reasonable person would exercise in the same situation.”

 This RCW is just legal blasphemy.  It is also a 1975 constitutional violation written right into the legislation of the State of Washington.

There is a legal adage, “You don’t know what you don’t know.”  No one person can know what they don’t know.  It is a fact of life.  Every human on the planet is plagued by this.

It is appalling it has not been corrected by now.  It is further appalling that an elected official, an attorney no-less, who is tasked with protecting the public, surely knowing the standardized legal adage above, would employ it.

But then how would prosecutors have a reason for their existence if they were not able to make criminals out of ordinary honest taxpaying citizens who don’t know what they don’t know?

While Mr. Satterberg was Chief of Staff for former seven (7)-term prosecutor Norm Maleng, on March 10, 2005, Satterberg testified to the Washington State Senate Law and Justice committee to make starvation and dehydration with criminal neglect a class C felony.  Now the constitutional violation is built right into another law (once removed – definition is in another law).

Maleng died suddenly two years later and Satterberg took the throne.

According to press at the time, http://www.seattlepi.com/local/article/Legislation-makes-animal-neglect-a-felony-1171992.php  Satterberg actively joined forces with the infamous Pasado’s Safe Haven director Susan Michaels (and her self-appointed “Snohomish County Humane Investigator” husband Mark Steinway).  Pasado’s is a well-known animal rights extremist backed group located in Monroe, WA. In 2005 Pasado’s had not yet been charged for misuse of donated monies fraud in 2010 by the Attorney General but they were certainly involved at the time in implementing the fraud they eventually got caught for.

This isn’t the first time Susan Michaels, Pasado’s and Dan Satterberg worked together.  The former version of the animal cruelty law was lobbied by the two of them in 1994 making their relationship definably long-term.   (Note – Pasado’s are desperately trying to re-color their tarnished history currently.  But corrupt is what corrupt does – one can never overcome acts of dishonesty).

Here is the detail according to public records:

The record shows when Satterberg was some 28 years old (and a fresh deputy prosecutor) he lobbied as representative of the King County Prosecutor’s office with (the future to-be-caught fraud artist from Pasado’s) Susan Michaels at his side in 1994 on house bill 1652.

This was the bill that was labeled Pasado’s Law as a result of the donkey named Pasado who was brutally beaten to death in 1992.

This is also when the “criminal negligence” language first got traction at Satterberg’s hand.   There was no outcry at the time because animal abuse cases were few under Norm Maleng (3 – 4 a year).  No one noticed.

The “Satterberg” bill of 1994 was then enhanced in 2005 while Susan Michaels was misrepresenting Pasado’s money purposes that they would later be charged for by the AG in 2010.

The bill was testified to by Satterberg (he had been promoted to chief of staff by then), Susan Michaels, her husband Mark Steinway (Pasado’s) and other animal rights extremists who have succinct conflicts of interest to the bill.  It was then neatly passed unanimously into RCW 16.52.205 and put into law in May of 2005.

In Satterberg’s March 10, 2005 testimony – standing with him was:

• Dana Bridges a veterinarian known since to capitalize her services on animal abuse cases,
• Matthew Rusnak, WA Federation of Animal Control Officers a group whose existence depends on animal prosecutions,
• Glen Bui, American Canine Foundation (formerly Washington Animal Foundation) another lobbyist specifically formed to stop canine abuse.

Satterberg had really stepped it up. The 2005, legislative reports note it was all about the “with criminal negligent starvation and dehydration” clause while also making that a class C felony.

March 10, 2005, Satterberg and his animal rights friends at Pasado’s testified in front of the Senate Law and Justice Committee that starvation and dehydration with criminal negligence should be in the legislation and therefore it should be made a class C felony so that “prosecutors and police can give it more attention.”

The legislative record states they all argued For:

“People that, with criminal negligence, starve or suffocate an animal worthy of serious attention and, in the criminal system, the way to get attention is to elevate a crime from the misdemeanor category to the felony category.  By making it a felony, the prosecutors and police can give it more attention.  This bill is the next step in modernizing our animal cruelty statute.  It is disheartening to see starvation and dehydration cases that aren’t dealt with seriously by the authorities and these people often repeat these offenses.”

(Well so far, NONE of the 23 falsified animal cruelty cases were repeat offenders nor were they guilty of the allegations.)

And so it was, with that little legal undefined clause combined with the “criminal negligence” definition that then King County Chief of Staff Dan Satterberg (and his animal rights extremist terrorists “buddies”) enabled himself to prosecute and persecute innocent taxpaying citizens on his watch instead of going after animal sex brothels (an underground practice that has apparently gotten completely out of hand).

And Satterberg got in the saddle and whipped that horse within moments of Maleng’s death May 24, 2007 spiking the animal cruelty prosecution numbers from 3-4 a year to 12 in 2007 – a triple/quadruple jump from each year for the six (6) years prior.  It would appear that Norm Maleng’s presence had kept the numbers down and Satterberg wasn’t wasting any time changing it.

Hanging out with fraud artists and domestic terrorists– Shades of Animal Rights Extremists (ARE) Terrorists as defined by Homeland security – the ends justify the means.

After a 16-month investigation by the Washington State Attorney General, Rob McKenna’s office in 2010, Pasado’s charged with a summons for misrepresentation of their use of donated funds (fraud).

The AG’s October 28, 2010 summons alleged four causes of action under numerous statutes of consumer protection.

Among them was that Pasado’s “misrepresented (fraud) specific uses or purposes for donated funds from approximately September 1, 2005 through approximately December 1, 2009.”   They also misrepresented their disaster relief qualification and roles.  This would have been around the time of Hurricane Katrina debacle.  There were many complaints about how Pasado’s didn’t act during disasters while keeping FEMA monies.  https://www.sos.wa.gov/_assets/charities/SummonsComplaintPacket20101102.pdf

The political appointee to FEMA Region X in 2005 was disgraced/terminated former director of Snohomish County, John E. Penningon.  Pennington assisted Pasado’s Safe Haven with stealing taxpayer FEMA monies.

Pasado’s Safe Haven ended their attempts at defense by agreeing to a Consent Decree that ordered Pasado’s into mandatory audits and a $70,000 fine for misuse of funds (fraud).

One thing is certain; a leopard doesn’t change its spots.   Susan Michaels, a former KING TV reporter, was apparently in the throes of Pasado’s misrepresentations to the public consumer while at the same time lobbying right next to Dan Satterberg to “enhance” the law she and he would directly benefit from.

It appears with Pasado’s the end justifies the means consistently even now.  Laws are for everyone else not them and it appears that Satterberg is making sure his old lobbying buddies are never charged for their crimes against humanity.  He is, after all, in the position to make that so.

Pasado minions continually thumb their nose at the law as if they know they will never be prosecuted for their actions.  And it looks like they have good reason to be arrogant and free in their lawlessness.

Once in Pasado’s crosshairs there is little that can be done to disentangle oneself of any ARE campaign be it over-the-top misrepresentations of animal abuse on innocent people, shouting profanities at their prey, using money donated to help disaster victims diverted to build a resident mansion on their property or their self-appointed animal cruelty investigator Kim Koon openly admitting breaking and entering to videotape Chihuahuas and calling that “evidence.”

Breaking and entering is Class B felony (worse than a Class C felony).   Pasado’s Kim Koon openly did this in the King County prosecution in order to stimulate a seizure of appx. 100 Chihuahuas and other breeds- $2,500/a dog – from the well-known AKC breeders and judges James and Margie Hamilton.

That’s a cash value of about a quarter million that King County doesn’t seem to have any accounting for except for an email where King County Deputy Prosecutor Gretchen Holmgren was trying to give $15,000 to another “nonprofit” for “helping” them distribute the dogs after the seizure.

Apparently the recipient failed to mention to Holmgren she wasn’t on the board anymore while two members of the board told Holmgren they would be content with $10,000.  (Margie Hamilton was ordered to pay $35,000 in restitution later reduced to $22,000.   King County has been unable to produce any records of this payment).

In the Hamilton case, one of the Regional Animal Services of King County Animal Control Officers, Shelby Russell took one of the poor, abused, starved, “emaciated” Hamilton Chihuahuas to a four-day dog show the day after the seizure.  No one talks about that.

James Hamilton died three weeks into their arraignment but King County didn’t have anything to do with that or so the court documents claim.

Surprise! That wasn’t the end of it… oops.

But just after the end of that 2005 legislative session and Satterberg had just put the animal cruelty legislation all nicely put to bed, the Enumclaw man Kenneth Pinyan managed to get killed having sex with a horse.  This exposed an animal sex brothel trade and a practice that had largely – successfully –  been kept underground away from us regular folk.

Apparently it is big money business.  Primarily it is mini horses.  Some are just regular mini horses.  Some are very high end Arabian-like mini horses bred for sale for those boutique-types in an affluent demographic.  Some prefer goats, sheep and pit bulls.

The demographic is primarily the affluent who can afford it as the experience demands 5 figures; ownership and/or pimping (quite like drug use).   All of which, the last time I checked, are criminal acts.

Neither Satterberg nor Michaels brought animal prostitution up during their lobbying and thus no one had considered it a problem in the earlier “Satterberg” legislation in 2005.

Pinyan’s death was certainly an event that exposed a compelling argument for animal cruelty.  Gosh, not only do we have the child sex trade, we now have the animal sex trade – all are prostitution and predatory on those who have no voice.

In the next legislative session in 2006, Senator Pam Roach came in like a winter storm alert with SB 6417 and added “anti-bestiality” legislation to RCW 16.52.205 banning bestiality in Washington State.  Roach’s bill was voted through unanimously then added to RCW 16.52.205 in June of 2006.

The bill passed unanimously.  There does not appear to be any record of anyone testifying on this second round involving bestiality.

Satterberg didn’t show up.  His buddy Susan Michaels didn’t show up.  Her husband Mark Steinway did not show up but then they are divorced now.  Not even the self-anointed Pasado animal cruelty “investigator” Kim Koon showed up.  Aren’t they all about saving all those animals from cruelty? Not rape?

With Pam Roach’s unintentional help, the former “Satterberg” legislation then became the “anti-bestiality” law that Senator Pam Roach introduced in 2006.

One thing is certain.  Satterberg couldn’t have missed the bestiality legislation.

So the bigger question is –

Why is Satterberg promoting and prosecuting innocent people with an unconstitutional law and NOT prosecuting those in the animal sex prostitution business?

Well the answer to that must be that they all draw the line when calling THAT kind of “loving” – “animal cruelty.”

Satterberg doesn’t change his spots either. What the records show –

Just as Satterberg used the Susan Michaels of Pasado’s entourage, he continues this behavior to use Pasado’s minions in his phony prosecutions for animal cruelty against innocent people.

Consistently employed by King County – without any apparent procurement required (procedures put in law to keep just this very thing from happening), are service providers without any required RFQ (requests for qualifications) calls.  They are Pasado’s minions while engaged in many conflicts of interest.

At the head of list – has been veterinarian Hannah Mueller Evergreen and Jenny Edwards of Hope for Horses (HFH – now replaced by Jamie Taft/Bonnie Hammond of Save a Forgotten Equine).

Satterberg then brings up the rear (forgive the pun) with, it appears, any Brady cop he can find as witness to the fabricated crime.  (Brady cops are officers who cannot be trusted to tell the truth under oath).

Satterberg’s office consistently fails to disclose to the innocent people he is prosecuting, that these witnesses have a criminal history and no credibility as required by law (and special duties of a prosecutor) to guarantee the constitutional rights of the defendant.

How the Pinyan death affected the legislators

When Kenneth Pinyan died in July of 2005 having sex with a horse at a well-known animal sex brothel in Enumclaw, it was two months after Satterberg and Pasado’s got SB 5253 neatly put in place.  The shocking event served as a stark realization to legislators that animal sex abuse problems needed to be addressed more explicitly.   There was no stopping this damage.

Then curiously came the movie about Pinyan.  One wouldn’t really know it without watching it but it was an advocacy argument for sex with animals from the “handler’s” (the male madam) point of view.  It is likened to being in the closet like homosexuality was in the 1950’s.  It feels like a marketed “justification” that having sex with animals really isn’t so bad.

In fact, the film producers magically managed to have the actual – (the very same) ”handler” (pimp) who was running the Enumclaw animal sex brothel where Pinyan died – to help narrate the documentary about mid production.  (I guess he couldn’t be prosecuted for animal cruelty – or so they said – or maybe the King County Prosecutor’s Office just didn’t want to prosecute him and draw anymore attention to Satterberg’s overt protection of the animal sex prostitution trade.  After all Satterberg hadn’t shown any interest it).

In the movie, sex with animals was depicted as just an expression of “loving” an animal the same way as one would “love” their human lovers.  AND that the animals liked it.  They were born to like it.

The movie was professionally produced and went to Sundance where it won some unknown awards in the face of nearly 100% abject recoil by the press.  A personal favorite was Danny Westneat’s “The spawn of horse sex” article.

Through the production of the documentary “ZOO” Pam Roach was clearly given credit for the entire legislation.  Nothing was mentioned about the starvation and dehydration with criminal negligence that Dan Satterberg led the charge on over the previous 13 years.

Whether intentional or not, this film served as a passive marketing device that cloaked Satterberg’s involvement with the animal cruelty with “criminal negligence” and spotlighted Pam Roach with the animal cruelty/bestiality legislation.  It appears to be an attempt to quell the public’s natural recoil.  He could then control the message any way he pleased later – and he does.

And curiously, Satterberg’s favorite animal cruelty witnesses, veterinarian Hannah Mueller Evergreen and Jenny Edwards from Hope for Horses were both featured in this film.  They must have thought they both would gain more business for it – except the public didn’t really see it that way.

The film also minimized the idea that the gathering of men who were involved in this were “johns” and depicted the groups as just a bunch of guys getting together like for a sports event.  This is far from the case.  This is a business model and a version of the prostitution trade using animals.  It is that simple.

It is doubtful if Satterberg would want the world to know that his prosecutions all employ animal rights extremist terrorists (and/or other associated individuals to them) who were involved in a documentary that advocated having sex with animals.  (Mainly Hannah Mueller Evergreen and Jenny Edwards of Hope for Horses – (who was later replaced by Jamie Taft/Bonnie Hammond of Save a Forgotten Equine)).

And although Satterberg mentions his involvement with lobbying for stricter animal abuse laws occasionally, he keeps his zero record on prosecuting bestiality invisible and even this message under the radar while the animal abuse talking point is the fourth prong of his campaign goals.

One has to really look for it – study the legislative notes – to find his true involvement with the animal rights extremist group, Pasado’s (who were committing fraud at the time, even then, with their claims to aid animal victims of the disasters like Hurricane Katrina).

How did the film happen?

When in 2007 Charles Mudede https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Mudede an associate editor of the weekly “The Stranger” suddenly came up with the idea to produce an animal sex advocacy film based on Pinyan’s death having sex with a horse at the animal sex brothel, the timing was surely serendipitous.

Given the messages within the film to soften the view of sex with animals to the public to “loving” the animal, the movie served to make Pam Roach the poster child of the bestiality animal cruelty legislation thus concealing Satterberg’s involvement in the base animal cruelty unconstitutional legislation he drove previously.

They called the movie “ZOO” and coined another name for bestiality – “zoophile.”  Then they took the film to Sundance – which anyone can do with $150 entry fee.

Much of the abject recoil in the press reviews was suppressed. It actually won some awards though not well received by the public.  Let’s just say it wasn’t a best seller except to a very specialized demographic.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoo_(film)

The movie documented that the 2005 death and the subsequent 2006 bestiality legislation was fueled with daily commentaries by pundits Bill O’Reily and Rush Limbaugh fueling a media circus until it was passed unanimously in both the senate and the house.  No one dared to vote against it and no one did.  [And it would pay to remember that O’Reily and Limbaugh don’t do anything like that for free.]

Satterberg has consistently used his lobbying on animal cruelty legislation as a campaign platform but his position on bestiality message is under the radar and remains blurred.

He also consistently leaves out, or rather “distances,”  his well documented long-term relationship with the defrocked Susan Michaels former director of Pasado’s Safe Haven while clearly they have been a team since at least 1994 – 22 years.

Susan Michaels was the founder and director of the “rescue” Pasado’s Safe Haven that would be charged in 2010 by the Attorney General’s office for fraud and misuse of donated funds.  No amount of recapitulation of that event located on Pasado’s website is going to change the fact that as a nonprofit, they fraudulently misdirected funds for their personal use.

Our “watershed moment” came when we got phone records that showed Snohomish County Emergency Director John Pennington (now terminated) pedophile who is responsible for 43 people dying in the Oso mudslide due to his spectacular incompetence – that moment exposed that Pennington, Jenny Edwards (Hope for Horses) and Charles Mudede (Editor for the Stranger) had each other on speed dial.  At least in August of 2015 they did and THAT is an interesting connection to Snohomish County and their band of unlawful prosecutions and illegal horse rustling following in Satterberg’s footsteps.

This all suggests that the film about Pinyan’s demise (as being an accidental unplanned event) was to serve as damage control for so as to not get people in the public too upset that there is a thriving market of animal sex brothels going on right under their noses – some within a 1,000 feet of some of their children’s schools.

“I took a leadership role in successfully lobbying the State Legislature to pass laws making animal cruelty a felony, punishable by up to five years in prison.  In 2005 I also support legislation that made it a crime to dehydrate or starve an animal to death.”

That is only part of what he did.  He fails to mention the part about “with criminal negligence,” (nor his lack of prosecuting animal sex prostitution).

The actual language of the RCW states:

Apparently Satterberg should have added to that claim, “I intend to persecute innocent good honest taxpaying citizens with no criminal record INSTEAD of pursuing the prosecutions of the people running the prostitutions involving animal sex brothels in the area.”

The numbers tell the tale, there is only one prosecution for animal sex in the entire state (that we could find) and it failed.  And it wasn’t Satterberg’s case.  He has zero.

What is that saying?   It would certainly appear he is protecting the animal sex trade.

 What has happened since?

According this 2005 article Satterberg’s watershed moment came with a Bellevue case through the crime scene photos.  http://www.seattlepi.com/local/article/Legislation-makes-animal-neglect-a-felony-1171992.php   But obviously it was much-much earlier.

“Satterberg said King County prosecutors try about 10 animal-cruelty cases a year.”

[Court records reveal that at that time, the King County Prosecutor’s office was consistently trying 3 – 4 cases a year.]

Satterberg also states that “Neglect cases are not expected to add an unmanageable burden.”

In hindsight, since Satterberg took the reins to replace Norm Maleng after Maleng’s untimely and sudden death May 4, 2007, the King County Prosecutor’s Office has accumulated well over 130 cases between 2007 and 2013.

That is triple/quadruple what Maleng prosecuted and an astronomical spike in prosecutions for animal cruelty.

Of those cases reviewed, it appears at least 23 cases were fraudulently prosecuted against completely innocent people with no criminal history using fabricated evidence.  [They were all, property owners.]

In addition, those cases were rife (nearly exclusively) with corrupted State experts from Satterberg’s lobbying efforts, and the law enforcement who testify are undisclosed criminals themselves.  (Brady officers, someone who can’t be trusted to tell the truth under oath).

Hannah Mueller and Jenny Edwards led that charge.

Satterberg has one of his chiefs, Dan Clark in charge of the “Brady Committee” where – apparently – Mr. Clark suppresses criminal employees from getting on the Brady list along with the assistance of his former personal assistant Ann Westberg, mother to the infamous Brady Officer, RASKC Animal Control Officer Jenee Westberg the career criminal herself.

What is Satterberg’s motivation here?  Empire building?  Having an excuse to employ more people?  Justify his existence?  Cover up incompetence of what it would take to go after the epidemic of real criminals who are sexually abusing animals?  Drugs?  Money?   Protecting the practice of bestiality in WA State?  More money?

One thing it isn’t – is advocacy for animal well-being.

We may never know the whole answer to that question but facts are facts.  The numbers don’t lie.  Just these 23 cases alone have cost King County many millions of tax dollars, it has cost those wrongly accused their reputations, their livelihoods, in some cases, their lives.  And these cases only serve as a diversionary cloak from the real thriving criminal money-making problem – having sex with animals instead of people.

In contrast to those non-criminals Satterberg has chosen to prosecute, State witnesses employed in these cases are individuals with criminal backgrounds, corrupted veterinarians and “rescues” who are gouging, embezzling and committing perjuries en masse and undisclosed “Brady Officers (those who cannot be trusted to tell the truth under oath).”  They are providing falsified evidence and perjury for the appearance of an easy win through cheating.  The “fix is in” or so they  say.

Only those vulnerable with NO criminal record who own property are chosen for prosecution.

Egregiously altered transcripts appear when a defendant has the audacity to seek justice in a higher court.  A leopard doesn’t change his spots… er… rather a snake doesn’t stop slithering.

This campaign is an animal rights extremist’s dream and keeps all the animal sex violations out of view through obfuscation.

There are definitively 23 innocent people in King County that Satterberg has wrongfully made criminals of who were law abiding, taxpaying citizens before him with no criminal history.  These are people who believed in the justice of the judicial system who do no longer.

Many people have reached out to Satterberg begging him to correct and vacate these cases. This would include the wrongfully accused, their lawyers and other elected officials.  He is certainly aware of it yet he has refused to do anything.  It would appear he has painted himself into the proverbial corner when he could have done the right thing years ago.

But if he is protecting a massive deviate sex prostitution organization with lots of revenue, why would he care?  He has the power to prosecute whoever he wants.

This is what Dan Satterberg is REALLY doing besides:

1. funding his friends at Pasados,
2. protecting Hannah Mueller Evergreen (whose credentials at the Dept. of Health Licensing leaves me to believe she should be investigated for fraud),
3. protecting Jenny Edwards (whose self-dealing with King County Animal Control leaves me to believe she’s running quite the little racket getting people charged with animal abuse and them collecting taxpayers money from government agencies to care for the animal bilking for hundreds of thousands),
4. protecting Ms. Michaels at  Pasado’s using taxpayer’s monies through the animal abuse scam to grab headlines news a hell of a lot of public and private donations between her and Save a Forgotten Equine’s  Jamie Taft and Bonnie Hammond.

Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe is playing the same animal abuse scam. More on those two cockroaches soon.

Snohomish County’s terminated political appointee, John E. Pennington, claims to have a log book of high ranking political officials, including judges, lawyers, and politicians writing down their “feelings” inside a log book after having sex with animals at Echo Lake.  For now, I’m going to hold off publishing their names but Pennington’s little extortion scheme is coming to end.  And if anyone is wondering, there are copies.

Snohomish County employee who killed 43 in Oso mudslides deposed

It was a beautiful day in Olympia today, sunny, and in the high 70s. I love Olympia, and always find the city quite calming, and disturbing all in the same emotion . I woke up around 5 am and started the two hour  drive to Olympia. My purpose was to retrieve public records from the Washington Attorney General’s Office  (AG) and Department of Natural Resources (DNR), two agencies that probably wish they never heard of John E. Pennington.

After a friend suggested that I sue Ron Fejfar and the Sky Valley Chronicle for “deceptive trade practices” the first step was to understand why and how he set up the Sky Valley Chronicle with the Secretary of State.

I’ve never been so eager to retrieve records of any other people on this planet. It’s been a long time coming for  John Pennington to be brought to justice not only for killing 43 people in the Oso mudslides, but also to face justice, and perhaps criminal charges for perjury ( WA Court Rules allows citizens to file criminal charges aside from our corrupt Sheriff’s Office), and for his crimes against humans. Humans a doctor in John Pennington’s King County divorce case ( Laughlin v Pennington) deemed  to be a   “sociopath with no empathy for humans.”

I drove my VW beetle, a light blue powder puffy looking dune buggy, just as powder blue as the sky lingering over the Port of Olympia today. Most days here are rainy, cold and dreary just like the politicians who allowed a sociopathic child molester and wife beater to harm so many before one honest politician named Dave Somers finally said  “You’re fired! ”

Most of the morning, we spent searching and sifting through Washington State records trying to understand why a man from Sultan Washington named Ron Fejfar would start an   “advertising sales” company, then commit deceptive trade violations and allow several Snohomish County employees, John Pennington, Crystal Hill Pennington, Joe Beavers, Aaron Reardon, Kevin Thomas Hulten to post attack pieces amounting to defamation and violations of Washington deceptive trade laws.

The way Ron Fejfar set up the Sky Valley Chronicle will allow us to sue him for defamation and deceptive trade practices and a complaint will be filed soon. But from Ron Fefjar’s filings in Olympia, its clear that he made false statements and loss any claim he may have thought he had for media shield.  Stupid is as stupid does.

The bigger news story came two weeks ago. A source inside the AG’s office called and said   “Pennington was deposed and Kathy Bodnar is chuckling that you had just asked for his deposition from AG’s Office and she claimed that’s she under no obligation to provide an update to you that he was deposed. So go ask for that record.”

Prior to John E. Pennington killing so many people here in Washington, I have spent ten years of my life trying to warn the public of just how dangerous John E. Pennington is, but only after my investigation unearthed  Pennington’s past criminal history, including molesting children, rape of a five year old Cowlitz County child, and consistent and continuous criminal harassment likened to Theodore Ted Bundy. A killer, a women hater, and a sociopath not worth housing.

For those of you who live inside the “Killing Fields of Highway 2″ know Ted Bundy well, since Baker National Forest was Bundy’s favorite dumping site for women he deemed  valueless. Bundy’s victims were not valueless, they were someone’s children, some were someone’s mother, and not put on this planet so a sociopath can masturbate over his sick fetish of harming women.

Next, I decided why not go see AG public records officer Ms. Bodnar and DNR records officer in person. Nothing like a little face to face conversation about big news stories up here in Snohomish County.

As I approached the DNR offices, I was shocked to see public offices ( offices paid for our tax monies) in “lock down” as though it was prison, not a government agency.  What’s happen to my America; a government agency whose primary purpose should be to serve “we the people” is operating more like a prison.

Badge check, first stop. Second stop, badge check on the elevator. Third stop, badge reader to the public door to reach the public desk. Forth stop, a helpful public servant who managed  to find someone who answers public records request. Finally, a public officer named Ann who looked stone cold and shaking like a tree during a hurricane.

The public records officer from DNR admitted that the AG’s had taken John Pennington’s deposition in March 2016, and did in fact have a copy of his deposition.  Since the DNR offices are right next door to the AG’s Office, I thought I’d pay a visit to our favorite agency public records officer, Kathy Bodnar.

Ms. Bodnar’s behavior is likened to a close Third Reich Officer’s allegiance to Adolf Hitler than that of a Washington State public servant. Her demeanor and arrogance of her position as a person entrusted to apply our sunshine laws was quite disgraceful.  A topic for another day.

On March 2, 2016, I requested a copy of any record relating to John E. Pennington’s deposition, which I hear also includes a video.   The public has a right to know that instead of doing his job ( mitigation),  John Pennington sat around hacking into others computer systems, spent many hours blogging defamatory stories about his opponents, criminal assaulting women and children, using county resources to advance his fraudulent online degrees from an online diploma mill Senator Harkin called fraud, and illegally used our resources to advance his private for profit company “Education Services” located in Duvall Washington ( a company Pennington made at least $175,000.00 from but has yet to pay a single cent of Washington Business tax on), the sole person responsible for the deaths of  43 people in the Oso mudslides, and illegally using his Homeland Security Clearance to criminally rape and harass citizens he didn’t like. Unfortunately for the DNR it ignored my records request for over one month.

Rule number one: when an agency refuses to provide a response to a very simple records request, you know the records they’re withholding must be worth seeing.  From what I hear the video deposition is worth a million bucks.

But its not for sale, its a public record, and I intend to post and disseminate far and wide, making sure this man never harms another woman or child without notice to the public.

John Pennington’s days of staying under the radar are gone, but sadly he killed 43 people before being tossed to the curb as the piece of trash he is.  RCW 42.56 ensures that the public are the checks and balances to a clean and honest government.

Investigating mortgage fraud

Recently a family member suggested mortgage fraud might be involved, so I decided to either prove or disprove her theory. First, I started by looking at each RICO members mortgage history on their personal homes.  My first thought to my family member was  “no mortgage fraud isn’t the issue, its racketeering, committed on behalf of political bums who couldn’t get a job if there life depended on it except if appointed as a political favor.”

However, another news reporter and I started researching just the small players involved in my case and in the malicious prosecution of Lori Shavlik, and what uncovered leaves us to believe there are a hell of a lot of people involved in this RICO scandal, including bankers, appraisers, real estate agents, dirty cops, prosecutors, lawyers, and a former political appointee John E. Pennington.

John E. Pennington is responsible for the rape of a five year child from Cowlitz County Washington, molesting a ten year old girl in Duvall, Washington, linked to several missing children in at least four states, and the sole person responsible for causing the deaths of forty three residents in the Oso mudslide disaster.

It’s important for my readers to understand why  John E. Pennington is in this story because he too is connected to the mortgage fraud scheme, RICO offense punishable by thirty years in federal prison.  Prison walls John E. Pennington will see before I take my last breath on this planet.

Unfortunately for the taxpayers, my family member was right on target about how deep the mortgage fraud RICO scheme extends.

What is mortgage fraud? 

According to Wikipedia, mortgage fraud is defined “as a crime in which the intent is to materially misrepresent or omit information on a mortgage loan application to obtain a loan or to obtain a larger loan than would have not been obtained had the lender or borrower known the truth.

In United States federal courts, mortgage fraud is prosecuted as wire fraud, bank fraud, mail fraud and money laundering, with penalties of up to thirty years imprisonment.^[1] As the incidence of mortgage fraud has risen over the past few years,^[2] states have also begun to enact their own penalties for mortgage fraud.^“

After looking at Snohomish County’s Brady cop David Fontenot, Snohomish County Prosecutor Adam Cornell, and terminated and former Snohomish County political appointee John E. Pennington’s mortgage scams, we believe the banks that loaned each money on their homes should be investigated for mortgage fraud.

Early on John Pennington wrote to the Gold Bar Reporter stating ” don’t expect any help from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, Washington State Patrol, or the Seattle FBI … hahahaha” as John Pennington inferred in his email, the Seattle FBI is assisting the criminals inside Snohomish County.

In 2012, we confirmed via a public records requested John Pennington’s brags are right on target; FBI agent Don Metcalfe was assisting Snohomish County with illegal searches on citizens in violation of the 4th Amendment. We learned this from the Washington State Patrol.

We researched each Snohomish County Prosecutor involved in malicious prosecution of Ms. Shavlik and what we learned Snohomish County Prosecutor Adam Cornell signed a probable cause statement in her case left this doubting tom with little doubt that each should be in prison for mortgage fraud.

I had the privilege of reviewing the evidence in the Shavlik arson case and it became clear that several government officials tampered with the alleged crime scene, photo-shopped pictures, lied under oath, and framed Lori Shavlik to assist Judge Robert Leach, who with no surprise is a RICO enterprise member associated with the Law Firm of Anderson Hunter ( Geoffrey Gibbs as a partner).

Linking mortgage fraud, using RCWE 42.56 ( Public Records Act) 

We here in Washington State are lucky because we have the legal right to access public records under RCW 42.56, and according to the Honorable Justice Debra Stephens there is no limit on how many public records requests a person can ask for, and requesting access to public records can never be criminal harassment.

Although I didn’t vote for Supreme Court Justice Debra Stephens, I honor her  with a job well done in the Zink v Mesa case.

Adam Cornell came under my radar because when I and another reporter decided to exercise our First Amendment rights to inform the Duvall Washington Community Theatre that John E. Pennington is a pedophile, and his wife Crystal Hill Pennington ( convicted of bank fraud in 2005) was responsible for violently assaulting a six year girl with the assistance of Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe ( he actually sent an email demanding the Child Protective Services not prosecute Crystal Hill for assaulting a child), Mark Roe ” cc’d” Adam Cornell in on emails attempting to trump up criminal charges on you guessed it ” cyber-stalking” ( John Pennington and Crystal Hill Pennington’s favorite post on his Sky Valley Chronicle page alleging that somehow informing the public of his criminal conduct is cyber-stalking) for exercising my First Amendment rights to inform the public of John E. Pennington’s extensive crimes against women and children.

Anyone at this point affiliated with Mark Roe, or who Mark Roe feels confident to ” cc” in on an email about trying to trump up criminal charges based solely on First Amendment protected activity of an award winning journalist such as myself, has to be as least as dirty as Mark Roe.

Since Adam Cornell signed the probable cause document against Lori Shavlik and in April 2016, Mark Roe and he tried to get me charged with ” cyber-stalking” for reporting on their criminal conduct.

Cornell’s involvement with assisting in at least two attempts to maliciously prosecutions and as well his involvement in playing a shuffle game on behalf of an agency employee who Shavlik had managed to oust from the Monroe School District,  I am now confident to post that Adam Cornell is a member of the RICO Enterprise.

Mortgage Fraud 

Adam Cornell is punk kid prosecutor who spent most of his life in foster care.

The State of Washington, with the assistance of attorneys’ Charles Wiggens and Kenneth Masters assisted the former governor Christine Gregoire in covering up the  ” Ok Boys Home” sex abuse scandal costing the taxpayers millions.

Christine Gregoire  said there were still many questions unanswered, but failed to tell the Seattle Times that questions remain unanswered because attorney Charles Wiggens and Kenneth Masters assisted Christine Gregoire in withholding access to public records.

For his criminal assistance in helping Washington State avoid liability by hiding public reocrds, Charlie Wiggens received a political endorsement to the Washington State Supreme Court, and Kenneth Masters an appointment as the head of the Trial Lawyers Association and leader inside the center of the rotten onion, the Washington State Bar Association.

Strangely, Adam Cornell lands a political appointment to the Department of Justice and Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office right after graduating from law school with no prior experience in practicing law.

Since Adam Cornell was involved in signing off for Robert Leech in the malicious prosecution of Lori Shavlik, and was a trustee of Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe, we started investing what loans he had against his home in Edmonds.  Keep in mind I really doubted we’d find much, but a simple public records searched yielded that Adam Cornwell,  who makes about $120,000.00 per year purchased a home in Edmonds Washington for $279,000.00 about ten years ago, and now has a mortgage loan for $659,000.00.

According to a loan expert, for a person to qualify for a home mortgage of $659,000.00 against a home now valued at $379,000.00 family income combined must total over $409,000.00 per year.

Adam Cornell makes around $120,000.00 per year. So either he has some great secondary income or someone is assisting him with mortgage fraud. We believe the latter.

Snohomish County Brady Cop David Fontenot had a similar shady mortgage loan against his previous home in Monroe.  Remember, David Fontenot was the Brady ( dirty) cop involved in tampering with the crime scene on behalf of helping Judge Robert Leach trump up criminal charges on Lori Shavlik after he had just beat him in the Monroe School District case.  Case that was brought on after a football jock, and drug addict, had criminal harassed/ assaulted her daughter.

David Fontenot home in downtown Monroe was valued at $186,000.00, but recently mortgaged at $529,000.00.

This type of loan would require a family income of $249,000.00 per year to justify a mortgage of this magnitude.

Google Earth shows that Fontenot previous home had a very large dwelling attached to the back of his home, which according to an investigator, is at least an eight car garage.  These small facts lead us to believe that David Fontenot was using the garage for illegal means.  His silence is golden, but he responds to our requests for comment, we will post his comments without edits so long as he stays within our Supreme Court’s holdings on First Amendment free speech ( no threats).

Now comes John E. Pennington. For almost ten years I have been investigating criminal pedophile John E. Pennington for the rape and molestation of small children in at least four different states after the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Pennington is the man responsible for the rape of the five year old girl in 1992. However, what I never investigated was his mortgage loans. Well I now have and I am now confident to state John E. Pennington’s criminal conduct is now connected to yet another RICO crime, mortgage fraud.

My investigators retrieved copies of his divorce files. Inside those files we learned that John E. Pennington is broke. So broke that John E. Pennington forged his mother-in-law’s signature on a credit card application making himself an authorized user on her credit card.  Then he illegally charged thousands of dollars refusing to pay back what he stole. Evidence retrieved via his deposition in Laughlin v. Pennington ( King County, and there is much more we have on Pennington that will not be released until he’s deposed.

We also learned from his divorce files and further investigation that John E Pennington molested two boys on a church camping trip the late 80s in San Diego.  Soon after being caught, he fled the state of California.

On a side note, I’d like to note that when the story of John Pennington molesting children was carried by another news reporter here in Snohomish County, Seattle Times reporter Mike Carter wrote to her bashing her story that somehow alleging that Pennington was guilty of molesting both boys and girls is not permissible.  I’d like our readers to know that John E. Pennington has never denied a single news story we published in this regards, even though he was contacted for comment over and over again; and John Pennington has never sued anyone of us for defamation.

Further, I’d like to educate Seattle Times reporter Mike Carter about pedophiles, it’s not about sexual preference, it’s about control and desire to harm children in the most vulnerable stage of their lives. With no surprise, pedophiles often hide in religious institutions, and again with no surprise Pennington loves church ( easy access to prey on our kids).

We recently learned that Mike Carter, just like Herald news reporter Scott North’s main source for diversion stories ( also known as wag the dog stories) was John E. Pennington.

John Pennington’s Snohomish County welfare check yielded around $139,000.00 per year. Yet Pennington managed to obtain a loan, with grave financial obligations ( he owed his criminal defense attorney $60,000.00 in 2009; and his family attorney $80,000.00 in 2009 making over $1600.00 in monthly payments, had four children by four different women thus owing thousands a month in child support, credit card debt beyond repair, etc.), totaling over $400,000.00.

Now were not sure about our readers, but just the fact that John Pennington’s credit score was so bad that he couldn’t ever obtain a credit card in his own name, more likely than not, made him ineligible for any home mortgage loan post 2009 ( the year when George Bush’s fraudulent home mortgage scheme’s bubble burst). Unless of course, a bank officer assisted him.  Since we here in Washington State have a legal right to access public records, this question will be answered shortly.

But we do know from public records that John Pennington took out a loan from Washington Mutual Bank in 2006 for $419,000.00 to purchase his home in Duvall Washington.  In 2009 Washington Mutual, a Seattle based company, collapsed for mortgage fraud. Then, strangely, Chase Manhattan Bank gives John Pennington another loan for $349,000.00 for that same house in Duvall.

But wait, there’s no evidence that John Pennington ever paid back the first Washington Mutual loan of $419,000.00 from 2006.  I believe that Washington Mutual illegally cleared the debt to John Pennington, making it look to Chase Bank that Pennington actually owned his home in Duvall Washington by simply hitting the delete button clearing his debt and the title to his Duvall home.

As for attorney Mike Kenyon’s involvement in this mortgage fraud scam, one can look to Suncadia Resort in Cle Elm Washington and his home located on Beaver Lake in Sammamish for evidence of what his involvement in all of this is.

City of Duvall Brady cop Lori Batiot is also a real estate agent with similar mortgage scams… and she always the person assigned to monitor drug sniffing police dogs. Batiot met John Pennington while she worked as basically as a stripper (also known in Washington State as a coffee barista) inside a coffee stand in Bellingham, and we have ample reason to believe that John Pennington used his coffee delivery business to transport drugs up the I 5 corridor. A story we’ll get back to after Pennington’s deposition.
