Attorney General Bob Fergusson’s criminal racketeering group never ceases to amaze me with their crimes committed against Washingtonians. This group includes US Federal Judges Richard Jones, Ronald Leighton, and Ricardo Martinez, and Special Assistant Attorney Generals Sara Divittorio, Jennifer Boharski, Stewart A. Estes, Amanda Butler, and Shannon Ragonesi from Keating Bucklin and McCormack ( a law firm created by the AG’s Office) and Pacifica Law Group ( sent to Gold Bar by the WA AG to continue covering up the crimes committed against the Gold Bar Reporter by the AG’s Office who now know is running the private Association of the Washington State Bar… more to come soon).
Last year, Mayor Bill Clem and the Gold Bar Reporter came to an agreement to settle all the public records issues with Gold Bar. As many of my readers know, verbal agreements are treated the same in Washington State as are written agreements.
So here’s what we agreed to. First and foremost, the Gold Bar Reporter would withdraw most of the public records requests ( but not the litigation hold which has been in place for over 10 years ) so long as the City of Gold Bar took four actions: ( 1) complied with RCW 42.56 and stopped tampering with and obstructing citizens rights to access public records, ( 2) fired Gold Bar’s public records officer, Bonnie Jones ( a twice convicted felon who is also a drug addict), (3) fired Gold Bar’s law firms of Keating, Bucklin and McCormack (Special Attorney Generals SAAGs) and Kenyon Disend (4) and paid a same nominal fine. This happen just before the Gold Bar Reporter leaving for a special meeting on the east coast.
At the time Mayor Clem wouldn’t say who he hired as the new law firm, but today we learned that he hired a known participant in the racketeering scam coming from the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, Pacifica Law Group.
Pacifica Law Group came under our radar after another comrade, Attorney Steve Eugster sued the private association of the Washington State Bar Association. Many of our readers may not know that the WSBA has successfully alleged that its a private assocation under the direct control of the Washington State Supreme Court. Or at least that’s what the public is told.
Simply put, a lie perpetrated by the Washington State Supreme Court to further the elicit racketeering efforts of the Washington State Attorney Generals Office.
In December 2018, a WSBA employee named Kara Ralph sued the WSBA claiming sexual harassment. Ms. Ralph is a employee of the WSBA, and is not a state employee but filed a tort claim with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office (WA AG). When we saw that Ms. Ralph filed a state tort claim, this triggered a few thoughts ” What the hell is the WA AG involved in anything to do with the WSBA, a private association, and why is an employee of a private association like the WSBA filing a state tort claim with the WA AG?”
For over a year, we sifted through thousands of public records obtained from the WA AG’s Office under RCW 42.56 ( the Public Records Act) directed and targeted to the WA AG’s Office itself. From these records, we now know why Judges are case fixing at the bequest of the WA AG’s Office, and why the Washington State Bar Association members are committing countless racketeering offenses against citizens who attempt to expose the racketeering gang.
In our next article, we are going to list the names of several government officers, including United States Federal Court Judges from Washington State, law firms like Pacifica Law Group and Keating Bucklin McCormack (Special WA AG’s who rely solely on public monies for its survival), Washington Judicial Ethics Commission, Supreme Court Judges, prosecutors working inside various govenrment agencies in direct violation of Washington State laws, public defenders ( throwing cases for public money contracts), etc. All who were and/or are receiving a pecuniary interest ($$$) by way of special contracts the WA AG to fix cases against those who seek to expose corruption.
In two cases, two Western Washington State Federal Court Judges received million dollar properties and millions of public monies to assist the WA AG’s Office with case fixing; and several prosecutors from all of Washington State, including Seth Fine, G. Geffrey Gibbs, and Sara DiVittorio, are illegally funneled public monies to assist the WA State AG’s Office with case fixing against anyone the racketeering members target.
Stay tuned… taxpayers will finally understand why the State of Washington is stealing children, protecting pedophiles like John Edward Pennington and Marlin Applewick, and convicted felons like Gold Bar’s former Mayors Joe Carson Beavers and Crystal Hill ( nee Berg) Pennington, and why Judges like Marybeth Dingledy, Janice Ellis, and Marlin Applewick are dismissing cases violating years and years of well settled case law to fill their pockets with public monies with no penality.
