Lloyds of London Running a State Assisted Monopoly

Lloyds of London’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) is a house of cards. “It’s a very old story. Greed. Power. Arrogance. It never lasts”, semi-retired journalist Robert Greenwald said.

In Washington State, Lloyds of London RICO is collectively managed by Washington State Attorney General (WA AG) Bob Ferguson and Association of Washington Cities/Counties (AWC). It’s Chief Executive Officer is attorney Deanna Dawson. The Attorney General and AWC are also an arm of the State Executive’s Office, also known as the Governor’s Cabinet.  

WA AG Bob Ferguson started his career as an attorney protecting the Catholic Church from sex abuse claims in Guadalupe Arizona. The Catholic Chruch is insured by Lloyds.  WA AG Bob Ferguson and King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg decided the best way to help their client, Lloyds, was to allege that the statute of limitations had lapsed against Lloyds of London and its syndicates, thus denying victims of sex abuse their day in court.   

It’s important to note for readers that WA AG Bob Ferguson is an arm of the Washington State’s Executive Office. Governor Jay Inslee is the Executive in Washington State. In the United States, citizens have two ways of picking state court judges, either by election or by appointment of the state governor. Open Judicial seats are always filled by political appointment of the Governor, but at the bequest, collectively, of WA AG Bob Ferguson and Association of Washington Cities/Counties (AWC). AWC is a syndicate of Lloyds of London.

In 2020, the Gold Bar Reporter was first to report that Washington State Attorney General (WA AG) Bob Ferguson entered into an illegal contract to provide a legal defense to the City of Gold Bar, Snohomish County, Washington State Supreme Court and the Washington State Bar Association.

This criminal racketeering conduct not only violates the Separation of Powers Doctrine, it also creates a monopoly in violation of Sherman Anti-Trust. John Scannell, a public interest attorney also argues that its “dishonest services” or case fixing and amounts to RICO.

Under the Separation of Powers Doctrine, the Judiciary cannot make agreement with the Executive Office or the Legislature. The Executive Officer cannot make contracts with the Judiciary or the Legislature. The Legislature cannot make contracts with the Judiciary or the Executive Office. The intention behind a system of separated powers is to prevent the concentration of power by providing for checks and balances. But here in Washington, such violations of basic principles of separation of powers has and continues to be violated by Washington State Attorney General (WA AG) Bob Ferguson, and the Washington State Supreme Court entering into illegal contracts with each branch spitting on the Constitution.

Those not familiar with AWC’s CEO attorney Deanna Dawson might recall that Ms. Dawson was engaged in “ get ahead by sleeping with Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon scandal” which exposed Ms. Dawson for misappropriating Snohomish County public money for pleasure travel in Europe with disgraced former Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon.  When the Snohomish County Daily Herald published this “wag the dog” article on disgraced Executive Aaron Reardon, he was not only sleeping with a county employee from the public health division, he was sleeping with and traveling Europe on the taxpayer’s dime with Snohomish County Executive employee attorney Deanna Dawson.  

The Gold Bar Reporter was first to report on this scandal in July 2010. As result of the Gold Bar Reporter’s articles, attorney Deanna Dawson and Aaron Reardon were forced to resign, and Dawson disappeared for years but was later hired by Lloyds of London’s syndicate AWC as its Chief Executive Officer.  

Bob Ferguson also worked for Special Assistant Attorney General (SAAG) and Special Assistant Prosecutor (SAP) law firm Preston Ellis & Gates. While employed at Preston, Bob Ferguson hired Jack Abramoff to gain privileges with President George W Bush’s administration. Jack Abramoff was arranging sex with children for politicians in Olympia in exchange for lobbying contracts with Preston, Ellis & Gates.  But Abramoff got greedy and decided to represent government interests while at the same time pushing Native American interests. As a result, Jack Abramoff was charged with RICO, and those charges were brought under George W. Bush Jr.’s Administration. Because Jack Abramoff knew too much about government officials sex with children scandal involving several Washington State Representatives and Washington State Bar members, such as Marlin Applewick, Attorney G. Geoffrey Gibbs, WA State Senator John Lovick, Rep. John Edward Pennington Jr ( aka as Seattle’s Epstein), and WSBA counsel Doug Ende, Jack Abramoff received a sweetheart deal for 5 years in prison in exchange for his silence. The Bush Administration wanted to bury the human trafficking charges that should have been brought against high-ranking members of Bush Administration. That included Fairbanks resident (who also claims, illegally, residence in Duvall Washington but is registered to vote in Alaska), John Edward Pennington Jr.

Although Bush fired John Edward Pennington Jr  as FEMA Region X Director after the FBI discovered that Pennington raped of a child in 1992 in Cowlitz County Washington and tried to murder a woman named Loraina in Oswego Oregon in 1990, Bush Administration failed to warn the public of Pennington’s crimes against women and children. Instead, Bush fired Pennington allowing him to commit more crimes in Snohomish County Washington.

In 2011, John Edward Pennington Jr. sexually assaulted a Department of Emergency Management (DEM) public records officer named Diana. Pennington’s sexual assault of Diana occurred inside Snohomish County DEM. After a friend of Diana’s reported Pennington’s sexual assault to county executive, Diana was paid off ($75,000 from Snohomish County) and received a promotion to head the City of Marysville Emergency Management Office in exchange for her silence of Pennington’s sexual assault. Today, Diana receives an annual salary of $145,000.00 year, quite a boost from her $42,500.00 salary she received as a mere public records officer prior to reporting Pennington for sexual assault and attempted rape.

Under RICO, sadly, the US District Attorney decides whether or not to indict someone. The US Attorney is the public’s last line of defense against public corruption in a specific geological area of the United States. In Western Washington, Special Assistant Attorney General, Nick Brown, was appointed by the United States President, at the bequest of Governor Jay Inslee and WA AG Bob Ferguson.  Mr. Brown worked for SAAG law firm, Pacific Law Group. Pacific Law Group’s main client is Lloyds of London’s syndicate AON.

AON also provides insurance for Snohomish County’s risk pool. Snohomish County’s risk pool includes every city in Snohomish County, including Gold Bar and City of Sultan.  AON is a syndicate of Lloyds of London. Pacifica Law Group is Lloyds Washington State’s Level 3 insurer, and WA AG Bob Ferguson has created a monopoly by labeling all county prosecutors’ as SAAGs. 

In Washington State, the AG is hand picking judges and US Attorneys in an effort to fix cases to insure convictions and favorable civil decisions on behalf of its insurer, Lloyds of London, and its syndicates.  Sole purpose of Lloyd’s of London’s “case fixing scam” is “risk management”  or profits over people. Profits that only affect a small few, also known as WA State’s RICO members.  RICO members include both state and federal judges, county employees, prosecutors, public defenders, and private law firms also known as WA SAAGs and Special Deputy Prosecuting attorneys such as Keating, Buckling and McCormick, Madrona Law Group, Ogden Murphy and Wallace, Pacific Law Group, Law, Lyman, Daniel, Kamerrer & Bogdanovich, and Smith Goodfriend.

Over the last fifteen years our research has proven that WA AG Bob Ferguson is fixing cases in every area of law in Washington State by making political appointments who have a financial benefits to the AG. Lloyds of London and its syndicates insure judges, Washington State Attorney General, legislators, prosecutors, public defenders, public university employees (strangely includes University of Washington’s Innocence Project), city officials, county employees, the private Washington State Bar employees, private law firms and its’ attorneys, police officers, etc.  WA AG Bob Ferguson even runs non-profit groups like Victim Support Services, Dawson Place, and the private Washington State Bar Association.  Lloyds, along with the help of WA AG Bob Ferguson are ensuring all of the above in a “pooled insurance” otherwise known as a Sherman Antitrust monopoly.  A game everyone knows is controlled by one person.  In WA State, WA AG Bob Ferguson is head of the monopoly.

Attorney Jeffrey S. Myers from SAAG law firm of , Law, Lyman, Daniel, Kamerrer & Bogdanovich said “they will not let her win.” Jeffrey Myers slip of the lip referring to “ they” was referring to Lloyds of London’s Sherman Anti-Trust scam assisted by Washington State’s AG who pooled insurance to further his  monopoly otherwise known as “case fixing.”

Over the last twenty years, we have researched every judiciary in Washington State, from Thurston County to Spokane County, and here’s what we know to be true. Ninety percent ( 90 %) of the judges are handpicked by WA AG Bob Ferguson is or was a Washington State Attorney General at some point in their career.

The list of Judges handpicked by WA AG Bob Ferguson’s RICO is too lengthy to list, but for sake of this argument, we are outing several judges in different counties in Washington State who were directly appointed by WA AG Bob Ferguson to fix cases on behalf of the state.  

In Thurston County Superior Court, Carol Murphy ( former head of the WA State’s AG Torts Division) and Allyson Zypp, former WA AGs, and employees of Washington State Attorney General’s torts division. King County Superior Court Judges, Jim E. Rogers, Marshall Ferguson, Ken Shubert, Michael Segal, and Michael Scott, all former Special Assistant Attorney Generals (SAAGs) and Special Assistant Deputy Prosecutors for Thurston, Spokane, King and Snohomish Counties (SAPs). All are good friends to WA AG Bob Ferguson.  

In Snohomish County, SAAGs George Appel, Bruce Weiss, Marybeth Dingledy, Millie Judge, Cindy Larsen, Edirin Okoloko, and Janice Ellis, are SAPs and SAAGs for WA AG Bob Ferguson at some point and time in their careers.   

Spokane County Judges Annette Please, Rachelle E. Anderson, Michael Price.

In Clark County, Judges Gregory M. Gonzales, Camara L. J. Banfield , John P. Fairgrieve,  Jennifer K. Snider, Suzan L. Clark,  and Emily A. Sheldrick.  The foregoing judges were all former SAAGs and SAPs working for the Washington State’s Attorney General’s Office prior to WA AG Bob Ferguson making their political appointments.

After researching several of the above judge’s criminal history records, we discovered that several judges have been convicted of or charged with crimes. In King County, Judge Jim E. Rogers and Michael Scott were accused of molesting children. In Snohomish County, Marybeth Dingledy, was convicted of drunk driving and was on methamphetamine while driving drunk.  Marybeth Dingledy is still hearing and deciding cases while using methamphetamine and often drunk.  A process server went to her house with a subpoena and said “ she was high as a kite when she answered the door.”

Judge Annette Please from Spokane County has a drug addiction to cocaine and is using a convicted felon named Charles Fleck to provide cocaine to several Spokane County Superior Court Judges. 

In each of the above cases, Lloyds of London and its syndicates, which includes Association of Washington Cities, Cities Insurance of Washington, Washington Association of Counties, and Washington Association of Judges, cover up public officers’ criminal conduct as “risk management.”  The best example of Lloyd’s of London’s covering liability as risk management was evidenced by the murder of George Floyd.  George Floyd was murdered by a Minneapolis police officer who had eighteen excessive force complaint filed against him before he murdered George Floyd. In each excessive force complaint, Lloyds and its syndicates dismissed complaints as “risk management.” If they had no committed RICO offenses against George Floyd, he would still be alive today.

As for non-profits like Victim Support Services, Dawson Place, and the private Washington State Bar Association, Lloyds of London and its syndicates insure its members. Not only does Lloyds of London insure its members, the Washington State Attorney General’s Office is illegally gifting employees of these private organizations a Washington State taxpayer funded retirement (PERs).  As examples, Washington State Bar Association, who the Washington State Supreme Court labeled a “private association” in the Lincoln Beauregard decision, and its employees are solely paid by the taxpayers of Washington State, yet the Washington State Supreme Court held in the Lincoln Beauregard decision, fraudulently, that it does not receive any public monies.

Crystal D. Hill’s Sexually Transmitted Disease Records Became Public Record

In 2008, John Edward Pennington Jr., and his convicted bank frauding wife, Crystal Hill Pennington ( nee Berg), were passing sexually transmitted diseases (STD) to several government officers in Washington State. Crystal Hill ( aka Crystal D Hill) Pennington infected Snohomish County Judge Joseph Wilson, former Gold Bar Chief of Police (2008-2010), Snohomish County Sheriff’s Officer Jeff Ross ( who is married to Snohomish County Superior Court Judge Cindy Larsen), former Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon, former Washington Senator, now Washington State Auditor, Steve Hobbs (Lake Stevens), and Prosecutors Mark Roe and Sean Reay with STD.   

When the Washington State Department of Health (WA DH) learned that Crystal Hill Pennington and John Edward Pennington Jr. were passing STD to various people, they were sent a letter by the WA DH ordering them to get treated, notify any sexual partner each had, and cease and desist all sexual activity until a doctor certifies that they were clear of infections. Unfortunately for Crystal Berg Hill Pennington, she used the City of Gold Bar’s mailing address because her home was being foreclosed on for non-payment of her mortgage.

According to former clerk Laura Kelly, “Crystal left her door open at City Hall, and Karl Majerle, would come in early and read her mail.  Karl used her STD and notification list to STD infected county employees, as leverage for raises, to steal from the city of Gold Bar, and for money pays outs. Karl also knew that Crystal Hill had been twice convicted of bank fraud spent time in jail and had been convicted three times for fraud. He used that information to extort Snohomish County Prosecutors, Gold Bar City Council members, and Crystal Hill into not following through with criminal charges against him.” 

In 2008, Gold Bar’s water employee, Karl Majerle was not only caught stealing from the City of Gold Bar, by former council member Dorothy Croshaw, he also sabotaged the City of Gold Bars water system. Majerle was not only guilty of theft of more than $1500, but he was also guilty of Domestic Terrorism under the Patriot Act.

Knowing that Crystal Hill Pennington had infected Snohomish County police officer Jeff Ross, Snohomish County Judge Joseph Wilson, and Prosecutors Sean Reay and Mark Roe with STD, Marjerle used that information to extort Snohomish County Prosecutors Sean Reay and Mark Roe into not reporting Karl Marjerle’s acts of Domestic Terrorism of sabotaging the City’s water system to the Homeland Security.

What the taxpayers of Gold Bar did not know is that Sean Reay and Mark Roe were tampering with the FBI’s National Information Center (NCIC) records as political favors.  According to a former Snohomish County Prosecutor “Sean Reay thought Executive Aaron Reardon was going to the Governor’s Mansion. Reay and Roe even had plans to be the next Washington State Attorney General, until the Gold Bar Reporter exposed their RICO conduct. Ironic how Mark Roe was forced to resign from the Washington State Bar Association after the he sexually harassed women and gays inside his office, and Sean Reay was demoted to a handle low level pro se litigants in Snohomish County’s civil unit because of gang banging Crystal Hill” a former Prosecutor said.

Because one of Gold Bar’s council members, Lonn Turner, was also a Monroe Department of Corrections Officer, agreed to commit RICO offenses on behalf of protecting a whore from Gold Bar, WA AG Bob Ferguson stepped in to protect Lloyds of London RICO members from liability.  Gold Bar’s former Mayor Joe Beavers, a convicted felon himself, called Crystal D. Hill a whore three times in executive meetings.

We later learned that Joe Beavers had been arrested for and convicted of twice, once for sexually assaulting a woman in a bar in Arlington Texas, and another for passing bad checks in the State of Ohio.

In the Western District of Washington State federal court, Judge Ricardo Martinez, and Richard Jones, who were also a SAAGs for WA AG Bob Ferguson, and who both are still on the Washington State’s payroll, have continuously thwarted any attempt by citizens to hold anyone of the RICO members accountable for their criminal racketeering conduct. Both were appointed under the Direction of Washington’s Governor and Attorney General.  

Moving the Pedophile from Parish to Parish  

John Edward Pennington Jr. kidnapped, raped, and tried to murder a 5-year-old girl in Cowlitz County Washington in 1992. In 2010, he sexually assaulted a public officer named Diana, inside Snohomish County’s Department of Emergency Management (DEM).   He spent hours trying to hack into the Gold Bar Reporter news site while being paid $145,000.00 a year by Snohomish County.  He killed 43 people in the Oso mudslides because he was operating a small business, in violation of Snohomish County’s Ordinance that prohibited county salaried employees from holding any other job, instead of mitigating damages in a slide area that Seattle Times reported was major risk to human life since 1968. He was labeled a sociopath “with no empathy for human life whatsoever’ by a King County Superior Court appointed medical doctor Dr. Hedricks, and was diagnosed with Autism. In 2021, he was fired from Overlake Hospital for stalking a mother while on duty as Overlake, and was fired from Pierce College in Tacoma Washington after he sexually and verbally  assaulted a student.  Then in 2022, he was fired from University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) for assaulting a professor.  Somehow, he was allowed to enter a Ph.D. program at the University of Alaska Fairbanks with false academic credentials. But when we sent a complaint to the OIG Department of Education citing UAF and Pennington’s fraudulent academic credentials, UAF decided to flunk him from UAF Ph.D. program, and he was terminated from teaching classes at UAF because of our news reports.  

One less pedophile like John Edward Pennington Jr. collecting a welfare check on the state or federal welfare system is a good day.

The Gold Bar Reporter has written extensively since 2009 about government misconduct. Lloyds of London and its syndicates have been sued before for RICO, and many more are coming against Lloyds syndicates.

Bank forecloses on Gold Bar Mayor Linda Loen and council member Thomas O. Palmer’s home

Gold Bar Washington has quite the extensive history of criminals running City government.

Gold Bar’s police chief caught dealing drugs from Gold Bar City Hall in 2003.

Gold Bar’s former Mayor Crystal Hill Pennington, twice convicted for fraud; she served time in jail in North Carolina 2000, and plead guilty in Snohomish County Evergreen District Court 2005 to bank fraud.  Crystal D Pennington uses several aliases aka Crystal Berg, Crystal D Pennington, Crystal Hill, Chris Hill, and Crystal Hill Pennington.

 

Gold Bar’s former council member Christopher Michael Wright plead guilty to assault, and had the audacity to register to run for City Council while he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.  Wright was serving probation at the same time he was a sitting city council member. Gold Bar’s former council member Bob Strom said ” Donna hates Chris Wright after witnessing him violently assaulting his wife in the front yard of his home.”

Gold Bar’s Public Records Office Bonnie  Dierkson Scruggs Jones, a twice convicted felon, found guilty of rendering criminal assistance to a murderer in Hawaii, and plead to theft of her employer’s computer from Silicon Valley California.

Gold Bar’s former Mayor Joe Beavers, a convicted felon from Arlington Texas, plead guilty to assaulting a man during a bar room brawl and was denied an Engineering license as a result.

Gold Bar’s former water employee Karl Marjerle committed acts of Domestic Terrorism, sabotaged the city’s water system in 2008 and was fired from Gold Bar and Dept of Health revoked his water operator’s license.

Gold Bar’s council member Brian Diaz arrested for viewing and downloading child pornography and possession of meth in 2019.

Gold Bar’s current city attorney Shannon Ragonesi, resigned in lieu of disbarment ( equates to a technical disbarment) from New York State for lying and forging court documents.

Gold Bar computer service provider Michael Meyers, from Eastside Computers, is a Seattle Police Officer, who worked with Gold Bar’s City Attorneys Shannon Ragonesi and Ann Marie Soto to illegally remove Crystal Hill and Brandia Taamu’s criminal history records from the FBI National Crime Information Center’s database.

Now, Gold Bar’s former Mayor Linda Loen and Thomas O Palmer home foreclosure here in Gold Bar, illustrates just what kind of people are running the City of Gold Bar.

 

The Honorable Supreme Court Justice Antonio Scalia said “… running a democracy takes a certain amount of civic courage. And the First Amendment does not protect you from criticism or even nasty phone calls when you exercise your political rights to legislate, or to take part in the legislative process.” 

Justice Scalia was a true defender of the First Amendment.

Association of Washington Cities threatens City of Gold Bar, since 2009

Association of Washington Cities  ( AWC) threatens Gold Bar ” if the City releases the emails, we will cancel the City’s insurance policy.” Based on the totality of the evidence as of today, we believe AWC is guilty of racketeering.

Under the law, the meaning of racketeering activity is set out at 18 U.S.C. § 1961, such predicate acts include but are not limited to obstruction of justice is the crime of obstruction of justice, in United States jurisdictions, refers to the crime of obstructing prosecutors or other (usually government) officials.

Common law jurisdictions other than the United States tend to use the wider offense of perverting the course of justice. Washington State claims to be a common law state.

In September 2009, Gold Bar’s City Council Meets, Agrees Not to Report Tampering of Gold Bar’s Water System, perverting the course of justice  ( First Predicate Act)  

42 U.S. Code § 300i–1 – Tampering with public water systems carries a 20 year sentence.

(a) Tampering

Any person who tampers with a public water system shall be imprisoned for not more than 20 years, or fined in accordance with title 18, or both.

(b) Attempt or threat

Any person who attempts to tamper, or makes a threat to tamper, with a public drinking water system be imprisoned for not more than 10 years, or fined in accordance with title 18, or both.

(c) Civil penalty 

 The Administrator may bring a civil action in the appropriate United States district court (as determined under the provisions of title 28) against any person who tampers, attempts to tamper, or makes a threat to tamper with a public water system. The court may impose on such person a civil penalty of not more than $1,000,000 for such tampering or not more than $100,000 for such attempt or threat.

(d) “Tamper” defined

For purposes of this section, the term “tamper” means—

(1) to introduce a contaminant into a public water system with the intention of harming persons; or

(2) to otherwise interfere with the operation of a public water system with the intention of harming persons.

Snohomish County Executive Dave Somers one time said ” if you do the right thing, things tend to work out.”  I believe he is right, but this also means that when you do the wrong thing, like obstructing justice, things will not work out.

And that’s exactly what’s going on in Gold Bar Washington; hiding crimes with taxpayer monies equating to racketeering.

It’s been over eight years, with no end in sight, since the City of Gold Bar collectively decided not to report a federal crime, perverting justice, to cover up the fact that Gold Bar’s former Mayor Crystal Hill Pennington was stealing from the City to feather her own nest.

Truth is the new hate speech, certainly speech that Gold Bar’s insurance company, Association of Washington Cities has misappropriated public funds totaling over $1,350,000.00 attempting to SLAPP down my anti-corruption message.

Sadly, they have failed, and failures seldom admit wrong doing; and criminals never do, until someone blows the whistle.

Two weeks ago,  Crystal Hill and John Pennington knowingly forged a court record and knowingly filed it with Pierce County District Court. Charges were filed.

Gold Bar’s 2009 Governing Body Perverts Justice, equating to Racketeering

In July 2008, Gold Bar’s then water employee Karl Marjerle (Marjerle) opened up Well # 4 tossed a bucket of gravel into the well, and intentionally shut down Gold Bar’s water supply.

 Marjerle did this after Gold Bar’s finance committee caught him illegally using the City’s gas card for his own personal use, canceling continuing education classes the Cty paid for and then receiving a “reimbursement” check from the class originator.

The only problem for Gold Bar was it’s Mayor Crystal Hill and its clerk treasurer Laura Kelly were engaged in the same criminal racket. Mayor Crystal Hill, an Everett Community College drop out, would sign up for continuing legal education classes using Gold Bar monies, then cancel them, and have Gold Bar’s clerk treasurer Laura Kelly cash the refund checks and give Crystal Hill Pennington cash.

In late 2013, Washington State Auditor’s Office issued findings against the City stating ” there’s $200,000.00 missing from the city’s funds and not one employee can explain where is went.”

Unfortunately for Marjerle, he got caught committing crimes against my city. As a result, Mayor Crystal Hill was forced to place him on administrative leave in June 2008. In July 2008, Marjerle returned to the City of Gold Bar for a Loudermill Hearing. He was fired after his Loudermill Hearing.

The term stems from Loudermill v. Cleveland Board of Education, in which the United States Supreme Court held that non-probationary civil servants had a property right to continued employment and such employment could not be denied to employees unless they were given an opportunity to hear and respond to the charges against them prior to being deprived of continued employment.

The underlying principle in Loudermill is that because dismissals often involve factual disputes, a hearing provides the employee an opportunity to explain and refute any conclusions the employer reached which caused the employee’s discharge.^[1]

According to Gold Bar’s internal reports, on July 8, 2008,  Marjerle left his Loudermill Hearing pissed off, angry, and went straight to the City’s water supply, Wells # 3 and 4, and sabotaged the City’s water system.  The city withheld these public reports, partially, documenting that Gold Bar council member Richard Norris help get the City’s wells operating again, but was mainly unsuccessful. So the City hired another company to get the Wells up and running. This company filed a detailed report documenting Marjerle’s sabotaging of the City’s wells.

In September 2008, Gold Bar’s council members Dorothy Croshaw, Lonn Turner, Richard Norris, Joe Beavers, and Jay Prueher and Mayor Crystal Hill meet at a secret place ( firehouse instead of City Hall), on a not previously scheduled council meeting date, and voted “secretly’ to pay Karl Majerle off to remain silent.

Silent about what he knew about Crystal Hill also stealing from the City. Gold Bar’s Governing Body, with the exception of Jay Prueher, voted to approve Crystal Hill’s extortion, wire, fraud scandal, and misappropriate public monies to hide Karl Majerle’s sabotaging the City’s water supply.

Perverting Justice, Gold Bar Washington Style

In November 2008, the Gold Bar Reporter requested access to public records after Dorothy Croshaw called a Gold Bar Reporter stating ” we voted in a secret meeting to pay off Karl Majerle to remain silent about Crystal Hill.”  Croshaw sounded panicked and disgusted that she allowed Crystal Hill to dupe her into agreeing to pay off an employee to remain silent after he stole from our City and sabotaged the City’s wells.

In 2009 Gold Bar’s Mayor Joe Beavers ( Beavers) screamed three times in a council meeting ” Crystal Hill is a whore.”   Beavers also told the council ” Association of Washington Cities threatened the City that we release these records, our insurance policy will be canceled. At this time, no other insurance company will write the City a policy.”  Simply a lie; insurance companies are only liable for the actions occurred while the policy was in effect.  This means AWC is on the hook.

 

Gold Bar council member Jay Prueher also told a friend that ” Lonn Turner put something stupid in his emails that if the City releases these records, we will be sued again.”  Prueher also said ” Crystal Hill was stealing from the City too.”

For years our background checks on Crystal Hill showed negative results, at least until she started applying for state and federal contracts and employment.  When a person submits a job application for state and federal contracts, the government runs pretty good background checks.  So once Crystal Hill applied for state and federal jobs, the government caught Crystal Hill’s  criminal history records,  yielding two results, one bank fraud conviction in Snohomish County, which the late Ken Berger represented her on, and one in 2000 for the same.  In both cases, Crystal Hill used aliases, Crystal Berg and Chris Hill.

According to a federal attorney, Crystal Hill Pennington’s bank fraud makes her ineligible for federal and state employment and contracts. As of today, Crystal Hill Pennington has frauded the federal government out of $95,000.00, claiming that she is qualified to teach Fema emergency Managemnt classes, claiming falsely that she has a degree and falsely affirming on her federal contractor application that she never plead guilty to fraud.

Crystal Hill’s Immorally Bankrupt Behavior Cost Gold Bar

In 2007, Gold Bar’s then Mayor Crystal Hill was engaged in four extra marital affairs at the same time.  For this argument, only the public officials will be named.

Email communication from the City, as well as Gold Bar’s Mayor said  ” the police chief from Gold Bar was constantly at Crystal’s home.”  From email communication we received, it’s clear that our Mayor is correct, Crystal Hill was engaged in an extra-marital affair with Gold Bar’s then police chief, 2008.

One local resident said ” When my husband was threatened with bodily harm by Gold Bar council Lonn Turner that if he didn’t shut up, stop questioning the City, he would punch him in the head.  The chief basically said I didn’t see anything.”  Why is simple: Mayor Crystal Hill, his mistress at the time, is a good friend to Lonn Turner.

For those of my readers who are new to the Gold Bar corruption scandal, Lonn Turner is a former Gold Bar council member and Department of Corrections employee ( Monroe), and a very close and personal friend to Crystal Hill.  Lonn Turner is a racist and bigot.

Public emails from Gold Bar also confirm that Crystal Hill was also engaged in an extra-marital affair with a political appointee from Snohomish County, John E. Pennington, since July 2007.

Sadly for Gold Bar residents, John Pennington’s involvement in the racketeering scandal is why the City of Gold Bar is going broke hiding public records.

Emails and records that contain medical files, illegal background checks, IRS records, HIPPA violations, illegally disseminated by Gold Bar’s Mayor Crystal Hill to many people using electronic email communication.

In 2009, John E Pennington had Homeland Security Clearance, and along with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Officers Kevin Prentiss, Matt Trafford, and Rodney Rochan, he gained access into a spider of personal information and then disseminated to the City of Gold Bar.

A source claims Homeland Security suspended John Pennington’s security clearance after he illegally gained accessed into his soon to be ex-wife’s boyfriend’s sealed criminally history record, faxed it to a King County court ordered doctor, using Snohomish County fax machines.

In July 2012, Snohomish County’s Public Records Officer Diana Rose admitted under oath at a deposition that she removed a CD of personal health records and delivered a copy to Gold Bar’s Mayor Beavers.

Two weeks ago the Gold Bar Reporter deposed Gold Bar’s former Mayor Beavers who admitted under oath the City is hiding records at the law office of Kenyon Disend’s, 11 Front St S, Issaquah, Washington.

Under oath, Mayor Beavers also admitted that he violated my civil rights, edited Washington State Bar complaints, and is authoring and publishing articles on the Sky Valley Chronicle.

Mayor Beavers also admitted he was a state actor at the time, assisting the City of Gold Bar with answering public records requests.  This link made Beavers and Sky Valley Chronicle’s registered owner/agent, Ron Fejfar, a state actor under current 9th Circuit case law.

Piecing John E Pennington’s Racketeering Crimes Together, RCW 42.56, proves essential

In November 2016, the Gold Bar Reporter posted an article documenting  John E. Pennington’s countless fraud and forgery discovered in court files.

However, today, we learned from Redmond District Court that in May 2009, the clerk failed to upload one court record, which according to the clerk documents that John Pennington plead to mental defect defense.    

In 2009, when John E. Pennington filed a template motion dismissing his criminal assault of a 3rd trimester pregnant woman, we felt that to do so, he would have had the assistance of a Redmond District Court Prosecutor , clerk inside Redmond District Court and the Law Firm of Kenyon Disend.

Based on the fact that we have a copy of John Pennington’s false filing closing out his case in Redmond District Court, and the fact that two weeks ago the Gold Bar Reporter caught John Pennington filing a forged document in Pierce County  (which now faces charges for), we have reason to believe that he also filed a false instrument in his criminal case.

Today Redmond District Court stated John Pennington’s case was dismissed because of a mental defect, May 2009.

Redmond clerk said John Pennington claimed he was mentally unfit, thus was confined. Court records do not support that Pennington ever entered treatment, but Redmond Court records document that a template motion to dismiss was filed in Redmond closing out his criminal case.

Imagine, a Director in charge of human safety and health is violently beating a pregnant woman and claims that he is mentally unfit to stand trial, and he keeps his job and causes 43 people in the Oso mudslides to suffocate to death.  Instead of terminating John Pennington for conduct unbecoming of any public officer ( beating pregnant woman), he keeps his job.  Then he causes 43 people to suffocate to death because instead of doing his job, he was criminally harassing people on a website he ran  ‘ The Sky Valley Chronicle.”

This is also during a time, where King County Deputy Prosecutor Maggie Nave ( “The Fixer”) was the Chair of District Court Criminal Unit for King County District system. Ms. Nave was reprimanded in 2011, by King County Deputy Prosecutor, Mark Larsen, Chief of the Criminal Unit,  who seized 117 case files backing back as far as 1999 from her office. Mr. Larsen stated Ms. Nave’s was guilty of legal malpractice- an understatement for those maliciously prosecuted as a result. Once the Gold Bar Reporter started reporting on Ms. Nave, she resigned.

This story just keeps getting bigger and bigger . . .worse part of this whole story is, Snohomish County Executive John Lovick signed John Pennington’s concealed weapons permit.   A man with a mental defect has possession of a concealed weapon.

There’s only one problem for John Lovick’s fraud, concealed weapons permits are only allowed to be issued in the county where the applicant resides. John Pennington resides in King County.

RCW 9.41.075 – Concealed pistol license—Revocation.

(b) Conviction of the licensee, or the licensee being found not guilty by reason of insanity, of an offense, or commitment of the licensee for mental health treatment, that makes a person ineligible under RCW 9.41.040 to possess a firearm.

 

Besides John and Crystal Hill Pennington and Gold Bar’s Mayor Joe Beavers authoring and publishers on the Sky Valley Chronicle, they all share one common element, mental defect.  Hence why each has been so desperate to SLAPP down out message with countless frivolous motions.

In the case of John and Crystal Hill Pennington, both knowingly filed a false instrument with Pierce County Court, and did knowingly forge a court record attempting to halt our investigation of his crimes against women and children.

City of Gold Bar’s governing body stealing water monies to hide crimes inside public records

Update: The City of Gold Bar’s Mayor Lee Hodo urged the Gold Bar council to misappropriate public monies to pay two more attorneys, making the grand total number of attorneys representing the City of Gold Bar to five (5).

According to Gold Bar’s Mayor Lee Hodo, Shannon Ragonesi and Amanda Butler are  “trial” attorneys. Public records confirm that the two lawyers are being paid $585 per hour ( two lawyers) and the City’s current law firm Kenyon Disend gets paid $750 per hour.

In total, the City of Gold Bar is paying $1235.00 per hour, making September 2016 ‘ s warrant pay out at $125,000.00. The total annual budget for the City of Gold Bar is only $550,000.00.

Council member Ken Ware asked why isn’t Kenyon Disend representing the City, and Mayor Lee Hodo lied stating ” Kenyon Disend are too busy.” Ken Ware then suggested that the City hire a new law firm.

What Mayor Hodo didn’t disclose to the public is: the City is hiding public records at the Kenyon Disend’s office in Issaquah Washington. A felony in Washington State to hide conceal or remove public records from the City.  Hence why the City cannot be represented by Kenyon Disend.  Instead Mayor Lee Hodo lied to residents claiming that Kenyon Disend was too busy.

Earlier this year, the City Council voted to increase Gold Bar’s water rates by 271 % because former Mayors Joe Beavers, Crystal Hill Pennington (convicted of bank fraud in 2005, 2000 using two aliases, Berg and Chris Hill) and Linda Loen were stealing from the City’s water fund to fund legal litigation.  A felony in Washington State, amounting to racketeering.

Joe Beavers is being sued for racketeering and gross 1983 violations with trial to start in late 2017.

In August 2012, the City of Gold Bar claimed it was bankrupt and needed residents to pass a new tax levy to fund litigation.  The voters rejected the City’s tax hike, leaving the City to either turn over public records its been hiding or steal from the City’s water fund.

Mayor Lee Hodo, and council members Ken Ware, J Dawson, Davi Martin ( who is also being sued for racketeering after public records confirm she was writing on John and Crystal Hill Pennington’s Sky Valley Chronicle website; a site they set up to criminally harass their opponents), and Brian Diaz chose to continue the stealing Gold Bar residents water funds to hide racketeering crimes.

Joe Beavers said  ” if these records are released the City is gone. I was also threatened by Association of Washington Cities (AWC) that if I turned over the records, AWC would cancel the City’s insurance policy.”

According to the Washington State Auditor, “there’s $200,000.00 missing and not one person can explain where it went.”

In attempt to cover up Mayor Hodo’s misappropriation of public monies,  the City hired disgraced former Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon’s attorneys below.

Not one single Gold Bar council member asked ” why does the city need a trial attorney? Did we commit crimes? Is there someone going to trial, prison, and for what? ”

Mayor Lee Hodo admitted that AWC has rejected the City’s cost in all public records matters, leaving the City to pay $1235.00 per hour to hide criminal racketeering crimes Beavers, Hill, Pennington, Kelly, and Lonn Turner  ( former council member, 2009) disseminated inside email communication.

With more lawsuits expected to be filed by others, Mayor Hodo should hope that the federal government doesn’t find out that the City is stealing public water funds, otherwise the USDA may call in its water tower loan.

With more lawsuits on the way by others, perhaps the City will double the number lawyers in 2017

I generally sway away from writing articles on lawyers ( probably because I feel most are just doing their job), until I have concrete evidence of fraud or gross misconduct. Such is the case with Amanda Butler and Shannon Ragonesi.

Amanda Butler, and Shannon Ragonesi are two lawyers who are not only guilty of fraud and gross legal misconduct, but who are also guilty of fleecing the taxpayers of Gold Bar Washington out of thousands of taxpayer dollars.  Both are employees with Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S ( Seattle Washington).

Amanda Butler and Shannon Ragonesi aren’t stealing from the taxpayers with the assistance of the Washington State Bar. My dedicated readers may remember that the Washington State Bar Association publically voted this summer to drop the word “Association” from its name.

Why, because the Washington State Bar Association has been hijacked by criminals like Everett attorney Geoffrey Gibbs ( convicted of fraud in the 1990s, having his lobbying license permanently revoked for stealing client’s money and is now a high ranking member of the Washington State Bar Association)  in attempt to shift millions of dollars of racketeering liability off on the Washington State taxpayers. This after at least six lawsuits for Sherman Anti-Trust and RICO violations were filed in U.S. Federal District Court against the Bar.

With no surprise, Shannon Ragonesi is a former government official who gets enormous financial contracts with Snohomish County as a result ( totaling over $1 Million dollars last year alone), and Ms. Butler well she claims to be a ” senior” attorney who appears to have failed Ethics or simply believes that since her partner Shannon Ragonesi is a personal and dear friend Snohomish County Prosecutor Seth Fine and a former member of the Washington State Bar Association’s Rules Committee thus not accountable to we the people.

In December 2014, the US Supreme Court held in North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners Case that the Bar Boards can be held personally liable for Sherman Anti-Trust violations. One reason why the Washington State Bar dropped the word Association, her firm, Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S ( Seattle Washington) reaps the benefits of those “free market participants associations.”

Gold Bar Washington has been cited for four years for misappropriation of public funds. In the 2013 Special Audit Washington State Auditor wrote ” there’s $200,000.00 missing and not one city employee can state where it went.”

Those of my readers should note that Snohomish County Washington hired Shannon Ragonesi on behalf of disgraced former Executive Aaron Reardon after our investigation lead to Aaron Reardon’s early retirement on tribal land in Southern California. A house Aaron Reardon paid 1/5 of the fair market price for, and an issue the federal government should have an interest in.  Aaron Reardon is being sued for racketeering in US Federal District Court.

In late December 2015, Gold Bar Reporter filed a racketeering,  and several civil rights complaints in US Federal Court, Seattle. Instead of recusing himself, Judge Ricardo Martinez as mandated the 9th Circuit, He  did what any unethical and corrupt judge would do, he kept himself on the case because several of his friends at the Washington State Bar Association are defendants. Block v WSBA, et al.

Washington State attorneys Amanda Butler and Shannon Ragonesi from the law firm of Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S entered a notice of appearance on behalf of the City of Gold Bar and its former Mayors Linda Loen, Crystal Hill Pennington, and Joe Beavers. 

Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S also entered a notice of appearance for Snohomish County’s public officials, Jon Rudicil and Aaron Reardon after both were caught committing racketeering offenses as outlined by Snohomish County reporters Scott North and Noah Haglund.

 

Washington State Professional Responsibility. As members of a profession and officers of the court, lawyers are obligated to act in a professional manner, obey the law, avoid conflicts of interest, and to put the interests of clients ahead of their own interests. 

So my readers can assume that since Amanda Butler and Shannon Ragonesi entered notices of appearances on behalf of the City of Gold Bar. As a result, the Gold Bar Reporter requested a copy of any contract with the City of Gold Bar, and the City claims that there is none.

In Washington State Bar Association v. Bradley Marshall, the Washington State Supreme Court held that all agreements must be in writing, clearing stating to the clients all potential and actual conflicts of interests that are foreseeable.

So my readers can imagine that one a Washington State lawyer enters a Notice of Appearance, a contract for legal services must exist. But apparently, attorneys Amanda Butler and Shannon Ragonesi seem to be the exception or simply lack common sense.

This gross unethical breach resulted in a public records request sent to the City of Gold Bar for all records sent or received by any employee from Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S and Crystal Hill Pennington, Linda Loen, Joe Beavers and any Gold Bar contractor or employee over the last year.

Because there was no contract that exist, the so called “senior” counsel from Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S records are now public records subject Washington State’s Public Records Act with more lawsuits expected to be filed in King County ( where the records are actually being concealed, a felony in Washington State) without redaction or exemptions.

Stupid is as stupid does.  One thing is clear, our readers can assume that University of Washington is not teaching common sense and Ethics is not a core requirement. Unless both lawyers failed ethics and somehow managed to escape law school requirement of at least a Grade Point Average of at least a 3.0 in every class to obtain a Juris Doctorate.

After the Gold Bar Reporter requested a copy of any contract with the City of Gold Bar from Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S and/or its attorneys Amanda Butler and Shannon Ragonesi, the City of Gold Bar did what its be doing for years, covering up its criminal racketeering conduct by trying to get council approval at the next Gold Bar council meeting.

For the City of Gold Bar taxpayers, this gets even worse since Amanda Butler and Shannon Ragonesi claim to have expended over $100,000.00 without a single contract, and they’ve already filed legal papers falsely certifying to several courts. This conduct amounts to fraud upon the courts.

But wait, the City of Gold Bar claimed in Block v WSBA et al that its had thousands of dollars of legal fees with Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S and Amanda Butler and Shannon Ragonesi. Can legal fees be accessed without a fee agreement or contract?

Sadly, Amanda Butler and Shannon Ragonesi already filed notices in two cases claiming to the attorneys for Gold Bar, and even managed to get fees, falsely certifying that they had a fee agreement, thus a contract.

The Washington State Auditor’s said ” the city cannot engage a law firm without a contact and must place bid notices beforehand.”

A lawsuit against Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc., P.S and Amanda Butler and Shannon Ragonesi will be filed for fraud, Consumer Protection  etc.

Perhaps the University of Washington and Seattle University  Law Schools should have a special legal education class for lawyers titled ” Common Sense, 101″ because at least two of its “senior” lawyers failed or missed common sense and ethics classes.

King County Judge, Snohomish County’s inactions in Oso Mudslides may be negligent, case set for trial

UPDATE: A source from Snohomish County confirmed that John E. Pennington is the true owner of the Sky Valley Chronicle. An online news paper being sued for criminal cyber-stalking, defamation, racketeering, bribery, fraud, 1983 violations, in Block v WSBA, at el.

On Friday October 29, 2016, another reporter contacted the Gold Bar Reporter with “forged,  altered documents, perjury and filing false instruments with the Court”.  John E. Pennington placed into a Pierce County case attempting to SLAPP down our message about his pedophilia and abuse against women. Criminal complaints are being pursued against John Pennington and he will be formally charged in November.

 

Snohomish County’s relationship with the Stillaguamish Tribes is worsening as Prosecutor Mark Roe and Washington State attorney General’s office try to shift financial responsibility away from convicted criminal harasser, former political appointee John E. Pennington.

In 2014 when 43 residents in the Oso mudslide disaster suffocated to death, John Pennington was in charge.

Snohomish County Executive Dave Somers terminated John E. Pennington in January 2016 after the voters overwhelmingly sent John Lovick packing. But not soon enough; 43 people in Washington State’s most preventable loss of life natural disaster suffocated to death because of John Lovick and John Pennington’s gross failures of  catastrophic magnitude.

Oso Mudslide Trial set for September 2016

 

The Gold Bar Reporters will be in the courtroom with video cameras in hand for the upcoming Oso mudslide trial and testimony of John E. Pennington, former Director of Emergency Management.  A political appointee of disgraced former Executive Aaron Reardon.  Reardon resigned soon after the Gold Bar Reporter’s articles exposed Reardon for misappropriation of public funds to fund two affairs with county employees.

Public records reveal that instead of doing his job, John Pennington criminally harassed citizens on the County’s dime operating a blog titled ‘ The Sky Valley Chronicle.”

Additional public records document that Pennington was convicted in Lake Oswego Oregon for violently beating his ex fiancé in 1991.  As a result, John Pennington fled Oregon.

There are thirty nine victims, and their estates suing the state, Snohomish County and logging company Grandy Lake Forest Associates for wrongful death. Instead of resolution, Washington State Attorney General’s Office and Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe try to shift blame to the Stillaguamish Tribe  last month claiming that an agreement shifts liability to the tribes.

“The Tribe’s official records demonstrate that the Tribe’s Board of Directors passed no resolution delegating authority to anyone to sign the Agreement on the Tribe’s behalf,” the complaint says. “There is no evidence of the Board ever considering the Agreement at all. Without a Board resolution approving the Agreement or authorizing anyone to sign it on the Tribe’s behalf … the Tribe could not have waived its inherent sovereign immunity for claims arising out of the Agreement,” a spokesman for the Tribes said.

According to an insider, Pierce College in Tacoma Washington hired John Pennington to  cover up the fact that Pennington remained unemployed, a ploy to fool the jury.  ‘Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe and Attorney General’s Office sat around for hours talking about how Pennington’s being unemployed would look to the average juror. Bob made a few phone calls and managed to get Pennington a temporary political appointment,” the insider told the Gold Bar Reporter yesterday.

John E. Pennington is being sued for racketeering in US Federal Court in Seattle, with a new one in Connecticut State Court. Pennington’s depositions are expected to begin early in 2017.

John Pennington was a troubled youth who, according to one source “had a major drug problem by the age of 16.”  So it’s no surprise that in the late 1980’s, after being kicked out of Vanderbilt College in Tennessee after raping a female college student, John Pennington moved to a small suburban city just outside of San Diego California.

While in the San Diego area,  John Pennington meets his new victim, who believe he legally married, so are calling her ex-wife # 1, Carla M.

Two years later, John Pennington fled from Southern California, again heading home to Nashville, only after two small boys made allegations of sexual abuse against him while on a church camping trip.

While in Tennessee, John Pennington made an unsuccessful run for an open State Rep. seat.  After a landslide loss for Pennington, he again headed west. This time to Oregon where John Pennington meets his next victim.

Mr. Pennington plead guilty to criminal assault 1 and harassment  and his ex-finance sued him to recover damages ( Washington County Case # D911027SC) after he hospitalized her Oregon. A felony record, Senator Dunn helped hide from the public eye.

As a result, John Pennington fled from Oregon to Vancouver Washington. While in Vancouver Washington, John Pennington meets his next victim. Sadly, they soon married.

While working in a coffee delivery business, John Pennington stole coffee grinding equipment from his previous employer and used this equipment to start-up a coffee shop in Kelso. Purpose was to make it look like he was an entrepreneur ( but he is really a sociopath) as to grab an uncontested Republican seat in Cowlitz County.

It worked, the uneducated college dropout John Pennington managed to get elected to an uncontested WA House of Representatives seat. Unfortunately for residents in New Orleans and Oso Washington, he met a powerful Washington State Republican leader, Jennifer Dunn.

In 1992, a 5-year-old girl was kidnapped, raped, and then tossed along a Cowlitz County road like a piece of trash.

John Pennington became one of two prime suspects for the following reasons:

(1) Pennington operated a coffee delivery route within six blocks of where the child was dumped after being raped; (2) he drove the same car; (3) he was in the area at the time of the child rape and could not explain his whereabouts; (4)  his picture from 1992 is a complete match to the child and witness sketch drawing of the pedophile; (5) he relentlessly convinced his ex-wife to call the police attempting to divert attention away from himself and onto another man; and ( 6) He has continuous and countless charges of child and spousal abuse, a man who cannot keep his hands to himself.

Unfortunately for the 5 year child, John Pennington meets a Kelso Washington city attorney named Michael Kenyon.

According to John Pennington’s divorce files he is also an abuser of prescription pills, and was detained at the US Mexico  for having narcotics ( non-prescription pain pills) on his person while coming back into the US. Pennington has never denied this allegation.

In 1995, John Pennington was also a member of the Washington State Militia, a group dedicated to over throwing the United States government. ” John sat around for years obsessed about getting even with the Longview Washington news reporter for reporting that John was a member of the State militia.”

From 1992 to 2005, John Pennington’s violence grew with his ex-wife. # 2, Valerie. From pushing her down a flight of stairs as well as constant physical harassment,  John Pennington never learned to keep his hands to himself.

But the case that raised our eyebrows is Mr. Pennington’s abuse on his ex-wife # 2 ( who is really ex-wife # 3) Anne Laughlin. Ms. Laughlin was a City of Duvall city council member at the time of Pennington’s assault of Anne. Anne was three weeks away from giving birth to her daughter when Pennington violently assaulted, kicked and punched Anne in the stomach and uterus. A real salt of the earth kind of man.

Since Ms. Laughlin was a Duvall city council member at the time, the City of Duvall sought a Special Prosecutor. The prosecutor assigned to prosecute wife beater John Pennington came from the law firm where Pennington’s buddy Michael Kenyon was employed.

In 2009 when Pennington assaulted Laughlin, this was his third domestic violence charge. This should have amounted to jail time for Pennington.

A close review of John Pennington’s Snohomish County travel records warrant a closer look into missing children in Washington, Alaska, Maryland.  Public monies allowed us to review his credit card receipts, telephone records, etc. information that another blogger turned over to authorities.

Any grown man that takes a shower with a six year old little girl is a pedophile.

In 2011, Kenyon Disend’s junior attorney, Ann Marie Soto, received an email from John Pennington via Snohomish County computers demanding that Kenyon Disend redact police reports involving John Pennington criminal harassment and assault that we requested under RCW 42.56.   There’s only one problem, at the time Pennington was communicating with Kenyon Disend’s attorney, he was not a City of Duvall employee thus no attorney client relationship existed.

We sought the advice of an expert in records issues who is of the opinion that Kenyon Disend’s redaction of police reports was not permissible under the Public Records Act.

Then a source close to ex # 2 ( or # 3 depending on what public records you believe as it relates to Pennington’s aliases) provided us with thousands of records relating to John Pennington, and those records included Pennington’s email communication with Duvall’s Mayor about how to get Pennington’s soon to be ex-wife Anne Laughlin off the City Council.

In 2009, Pennington then used Aaron Reardon’s connection to the Seattle Times reporter ( who then became Reardon’s aide) to post a story about Anne Laughlin, pretty much the same way he did to Gold Bar Reporters in February 2012. Former Seattle Times reporter Emily Heffner was contacted for comment but all she would say is ” you need to move because they are coming after you.” She never did state who “they” were, but as we stated to Ms. Heffner before, “We have only one live to give and it shall be for the betterment of our society as a whole.”

As of today, Attorney Michael Kenyon and Ann Marie Soto have bilked the taxpayers of Gold Bar over $1,350,000.00 hidng former Mayor Crystal Hill’s public records ( emails) documenting that she was practicing law without a license, and had lied on her F 1 form stating that she had never pled guilty to fraud when in fact she had plead guilty twice, one in 2000 in North Carolina and a second time in Snohomish County Washington; and John Pennington making racist comments about President Obama and running illegal ACCESS background checks in violation of RCW 10.97.

Both Penningtons are being sued for gross 1983 and RICO charges with depositions expected to start early next year.

The bigger question that Michael Kenyon refused to answer was what he gained for quashing John Pennington’s criminal charges for beating up his pregnant wife Anne, hiding John Pennington’s racist comments and his illegal background checks.

According to former Mayor Joe Beavers, John Pennington and Aaron Reardon “fixed” cases in Snohomish County Superior Court.

As a result of our six-year investigation, we are confident to report that attorney Michael Kenyon assisted John Pennington is committing felonies. Attorney Michael Kenyon and John Pennington will be sharing a prison cell together and we intend to make that happen even it takes me another 30 years, and I will continue to request access to public records and file suits against any agency that renders assistance to a pedophile and wife beater.

Our request for access to public records regarding this issue has already started.  The public, especially Pierce College students, have a legal right to know why Pierce College Board of Trustees would hire a child rapist and wife beater.

Hurricane Katrina was an eye opener for those of us who actually earned accredited degrees and whose parents taught us to think critically. George W Bush Jr.’s decision to appoint friends instead of educated and skilled people resulted in massive human loss of life In New Orleans.

Had this story ended in New Orleans, we wouldn’t be exposing John E.Pennington today. But it didn’t, why is simple, because Washington State Senator Jennifer Dunn decided to use her political clout to appoint an uneducated bum to FEMA Region 10 ( Pacific Northwest).

What is even crazier is that George W Bush made an executive appointment without ever running a single background check on John Pennington prior to appointing him.

All that changed when America started calling for Michael Brownie’s head for causing  so many deaths in New Orleans. Perhaps Michael Browne might have survived press scrutiny had he not put in his email that was heading to Nordstroms to purchase new clothes for the cameras, while at the same time thousands of African Americans were floating down the street or in lock down inside an unsafe convention center.

African Americans were drowning in the streets of New Orleans, because FEMA Directors lacked basic college skills to handle such a disaster. In the case of Michael Browne, an unaccredited undergraduate degree as well as unaccredited law school diploma. Hurricane Katrina, good bye Brownie, Hello Penny

After Michael Browne and Bernard Kerik made a laughing stock out of the George W and America, George Jr was quoted as saying ‘ Penny will make a great director of FEMA.”This was November 2005. But this time, the feds actually ran an extensive background on John Pennington, and discovered what we learned through years of sifting through public records. John Pennington is a dangerous sociopath with real anger management issues; anger he often takes out on women and children.

I never really thought much of George W Bush Jr. other than he’s a spolied little rich kid who never worked for a living. For the same reason, I couldn’t vote for Al Gore in 2000. Thus, I became one of Ralph Nader’s Raiders in 2000.

Fact is that I probably ran into John Pennington at the Republican National Convention that year in Philadelphia. I, and 1,000,000. Americans blocked the entrance to the Republican National Convention Center preventing many of George Jr’s delegates from accessing the convention center that year.

I was a proud member of Massachusettes ACT UP from UMASS, and had traveled all over the U.S. protesting what I believed to be unequal treatment of economically disadvantaged Americans in favor of corporations. I’m a strong believer that America should place “ people over profits.”

Strangely, I always had respect for George Bush Sr. Why is simple: George Sr is a well educated savey free thinker who listens to his opponents. Unlike his son, George Jr. , who was given a little too much growing up without working for it.  Hard work goes along way in molding one’s self esteem.

In 2005, Michael Browne was blamed for the deaths of thousands, because he was appointed to a position that he wasn’t qualified for.  So when George Jr. had to make a new appointment to FEMA Director, he looked to a devil wrapping himself with pages of the Bible, while at the same time molesting children and violently assaulting a pregnant woman in her third trimester, John E. This was simply a smoke screen to cover up what we just learned from a federal source over Labor Day Weekend.

Washington State Bar Racketeering Caught on Camera

 

On October 4, 2015, we posted the following true story about John Pennington’s “fixer” Washington State Bar Hearing Officer attorney Lin O’Dell.  Ms. O’Dell was caught accepting financial bribes from John E. Pennington from April to September 2014.   

Since this story was posted ( late 2015), Lin O’Dell has been charged with fraud for stealing from a client ( over 2M dollars) and removed as a hearing officer.  Ms. O’Dell’s convicted killer boyfriend Mark Plivilech was caught misusing over ten of Lin O’Dell’s elderly clients social security numbers and criminal fraud complaints have been filed.  Mark Plivilech has fled the state of Washington and is now in hiding in the Placentia California area.

Hurricane Katrina was an eye opener for those of us who actually earned accredited degrees and whose parents taught us to think critically. George W Bush Jr.’s decision to appoint friends instead of educated and skilled people resulted in massive human loss of life In New Orleans.

Had this story ended in New Orleans, we wouldn’t be exposing John E.Pennington today. But it didn’t, why is simple, because Washington State Senator Jennifer Dunn decided to use her political clout to appoint an uneducated bum to FEMA Region 10 ( Pacific Northwest).

What is even crazier is that George W Bush made an executive appointment without ever running a single background check on John Pennington prior to appointing him.

All that changed when America started calling for Michael Brownie’s head for causing  so many deaths in New Orleans. Perhaps Michael Browne might have survived press scrutiny had he not put in his email that was heading to Nordstroms to purchase new clothes for the cameras, while at the same time thousands of African Americans were floating down the street or in lock down inside an unsafe convention center.

African Americans were drowning in the streets of New Orleans, because FEMA Directors lacked basic college skills to handle such a disaster. In the case of Michael Browne, an unaccredited undergraduate degree as well as unaccredited law school diploma. In the case of John Pennington, an online diploma mill degree from an online school the U.S. Dept of Education said sold online diplomas at a flat rate, California Coastal College.

After Michael Browne and Bernard Kerik made a laughing stock out of the George W and America, George Jr was quoted as saying ‘ Penny will make a great director of FEMA.”This was November 2005. But this time, the feds actually ran an extensive background on John Pennington, and discovered what we learned through years of sifting through public records. John Pennington is a dangerous sociopath with real anger management issues; anger he often takes out on women and children.

I never really thought much of George W Bush Jr. other than he’s a spolied little rich kid who never worked for a living. For the same reason, I couldn’t vote for Al Gore in 2000. Thus, I became one of Ralph Nader’s Raiders in 2000.

Fact is that I probably ran into John Pennington at the Republican National Convention that year in Philadelphia. I, and 1,000,000. Americans blocked the entrance to the Republican National Convention Center preventing many of George Jr’s delegates from accessing the convention center that year.

I was a proud member of Massachusettes ACT UP from UMASS, and had traveled all over the U.S. protesting what I believed to be unequal treatment of economically disadvantaged Americans in favor of corporations. I’m a strong believer that America should place “ people over profits.”

Strangely, I always had respect for George Bush Sr. Why is simple: George Sr is a well educated savey free thinker who listens to his opponents. Unlike his son, George Jr. , who was given a little too much growing up without working for it.  Hard work goes along way in molding one’s self esteem.

In 2005, Michael Browne was blamed for the deaths of thousands, because he was appointed to a position that he wasn’t qualified for.  So when George Jr. had to make a new appointment to FEMA Director, he looked to a devil wrapping himself with pages of the Bible, while at the same time molesting children and violently assaulting a pregnant woman in her third trimester, John E. Pennington.

For those reporting the news in Washington D.C just after George Bush Jr’s FEMA Directors caused so much misery to so many residents and their survivors in New Orleans, Bush Jr. was quoted as saying ” Penny would make a great Director.”

Because the feds didn’t want George Jr. to go through yet another scathing news story like he did when he chose Kerik to head Homeland Security (who ended up being prime suspect in a murder case and had direct ties to organized crime) and Michael Browne and his fake degrees with extensive skills in horse breeding debacles, any appointment would go through extensive background checks prior to Congressional Hearings.

As a result of the feds extensive background check on John Pennington, he was forced to resign from FEMA or be exposed in a very public way. John Pennington lied about his termination from FEMA stating that he and Tamara Doherty were caught misusing the FEMA credit cards.

This was simply a smoke screen to cover up what we just learned from a federal source over Labor Day Weekend.

John Pennington was terminated from FEMA because the feds learned what we reported on over the last seven years; pedophilia deviant uneducated child abuser who has sick fetish for kids, John Pennington. A sociopath who reminds me of Ted Bundy.

Unfortunately for Oso Washington residents,  George W Bush Jr.’s  administration thought it was ok to set him loose on Snohomish County residents just so George Jr didn’t have to suffer public press embarassment again.

Pennington’s illegal use and dissemination of sealed non-criminal history records and mental health records of his opponents.

Illegal access to non-criminal history and mental health record is a crime under RCW 10.97 and federal laws.

In 2011, John Pennington’s Homeland Security Clearance was stripped as a result of his criminal conduct.

Unfortunately for the Gold Bar City Council ( Richard Norris, Lonn Turner, Dorothy Croshaw, Jay Prueher, Joe Beavers) and former Mayor Crystal Hill Pennington, 42 U.S.C § 300i-1 mandates public officials to report tampering with the public water systems a federal crime:

(c) Civil penalty

The Administrator may bring a civil action in the appropriate United States district court (as determined under the provisions of title 28) against any person who tampers, attempts to tamper, or makes a threat to tamper with a public water system. The court may impose on such person a civil penalty of not more than $1,000,000 for such tampering or not more than $100,000 for such attempt or threat.

(d)“Tamper” defined

For purposes of this section, the term “tamper” means—

(1) to introduce a contaminant into a public water system with the intention of harming persons; or

(2) to otherwise interfere with the operation of a public water system with the intention of harming persons.

Snohomish County Prosecutor’s records show that Mark Roe and Sean Reay assisted Crystal Hill is quashing criminal charges against Karl Marjerle as a political favor to Aaron Reardon.

A close friend Aaron Reardon claims that Crystal Hill was sleeping with Aaron Reardon. This is credible since we’ve read Crystal Hill’s emails and note that she slept with at least five county employees, all of whom were married.

To assist the City of Gold Bar in covering their racketeering crimes of fraud and not reporting the federal crime of tampering with the City’s water system, the Washington State Bar Association’s (WSBA) high ranking member Geoffrey Gibbs ( convicted of fraud in the 1990s and permanently suspended from lobbying by the Attorney General of Washington State can be viewed at https://goldbarreporter.org/2016/01/29/wsba-board-and-snohomish-county-attorney-caught-filking-false-statements-with-state-offices/) stole the Gold Bar Reporter’s WSBA application file, sent it via electronic email to Thomas Gaffstra ( a friend of Geoffrey Gibbs) from the City’s law firm of Weed Gaffstra and Benson ( Snohomish) former employee Barbara Johnson.

Barbara Johnson them disseminated the stolen WSBA files to Gold Bar’s then Mayor Crystal Hill Pennington ( nee Berg, convicted of bank fraud 2005) and then Hill disseminated it to Snohomish County’s Director of Emergency Management political bum John E. Pennington.

John Pennington then misused his Homeland Security Clearance to pull a spider of information as it relates to Gold Bar Reporter’s out of state family members.  Snohomish County public records officer Diana Rose affirmed under oath that she removed public records from Snohomish County and delivered the Gold Bar Reporter’s mental health records to the City of Gold Bar.

When Ms. Rose was asked under oath what was the CD she illegally removed from Snohomish County Dept of Emergency Management, Rose said  “your mental health records.”  The Gold Bar Reporter then said “Ms. Rose would it surprise you to know that I have never been treated for or even suffered from mental health issues of any kind.”  Ms. Rose then started to tear up and Snohomish County Prosecutors Sean Reay and Sara Di Vittorio ( both being sued for racketeering in US Federal Court) started screaming for Rose not to answer questions.

Diana Rose is also being sued for racketeering in US Federal District Court and depositions are expected to begin at the end of 2016.

The City is still illegally withholding the email communication about the stolen WSBA files.  We did get partial release of an email documenting that the stolen files were disseminated via email, but Joe Beavers “stripped’ the attachment from the email in violation of Washington State Supreme Court’s holding in O’Neil v Shoreline.

Washington State is only one of a hand full of states that makes removing, tampering, of destruction of public records a felony crime.

A big break came last month when public records activist Arthur West threatened to sue the City for refusing to produce public records for years.

In March 2016, Snohomish County Superior Court held that the City of Gold Bar violated the Public Records Act when it withheld records relating to a WSBA complaint then Mayor Joe Beavers ordered our City clerk to write for former council member Dorothy Crohsaw.

Once Joe Beavers ordered the clerk to write the WSBA complaints, the complaints became public records.  The City of Gold Bar continues to withhold records relating to the WSBA complaints Joe Beavers ordered Gold Bar clerk Penny Brenton to write and former Gold Bar council member Dorothy Croshaw falsely certified under oath she wrote.

How we know is simple: a private investigator interviewed Penny Brenton, who admitted on recording, that Joe Beavers ORDERED her to write WSBA complaints.

42 USC 1983 makes Joe Beavers misuse of taxpayers monies a clear civil rights charge; and Beavers obstruction of justice in the Karl Marjerle tampering of the City’s water system amounts to racketeering.

As a result, the City of Gold Bar’s most recent public records release we now have a enough overturn every favorable decision issued in any matter involving the county and city officials for racketeering and 1983 gross civil rights violations.

King County Washington, maliciously prosecuting hundreds of innocent citizens

Those of you who know me know that I value the First Amendment as the greatest gift Thomas Jefferson brought back with him from Europe – more valuable than a Bar license.  Once we lose sight of the only difference between the rest of the World and America-free speech – we are no better.

From my past articles, my readers can assume that I blame the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), because instead of regulating unethical lawyers who steal money from their clients, as evidenced by convicted frauder and attorneys Geoffrey Gibbs, Lin O’Dell (who was actually caught accepting bribes from former Snohomish County political appointee John Pennington and his convicted bank frauding wife Crystal Hill Berg Pennington – convicted of bank fraud in 2005 using an alias of Berg) Linda Eide (who destroyed evidence in my case, Allan Hall and Bob Grundstein’s cases), the WSBA is nothing more than a racketeering association making criminals out of non-criminals and us reporters must do everything in our power to expose the cockroaches where they hide.  Unfortunately for the taxpayers, they hid all too often inside government agencies.

About six months ago, I met a few like-minded open government supporters who have been investigating what I refer to as the “King County animal abuse scam.”

This story took me over six months of sifting through mounds of public emails before I felt comfortable enough to publish it.  King County has refused comment as did Brady cop Jenee Westberg (former King County animal control officer fired for fraud).

If Washington State is ever to become a place where companies and honest people want to live, both King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg and Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe must go.

 Why is Dan Satterberg prosecuting innocent people for animal abuse then failing to prosecute those having sex with animals?

Neither King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg nor Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe have prosecuted one single case of having sex with animals.

Yes that question is basically shocking isn’t it?  Did anyone even know Washington State has serious problem with people having sex with animals?

It is not something new in our human society.  Certainly distasteful to many,  enough so, that the man who died having sex with a horse at a well-known animal sex brothel in Enumclaw in July of 2005, spurned a very quick independent legislative action to further the unanimous legislation Satterberg and Susan Michaels (Pasado’s Safe Haven) worked so hard to get into law the year before. So the Satterberg and Michael 2005 animal cruelty law morphed into the 2006 anti- bestiality legislation real quick.

With the inception of his 2005 lobbying, Dan Satterberg and his animal rights extremist friends at Pasado’s Safe Haven, Susan Michaels (and company), had just spent 11 years together, as a team, getting animal cruelty into a prosecutable class C felony under a legal term called “criminal negligence.”

Satterberg did all this as Norm Maleng’s chief of staff, (a government attorney) two years before Norm Maleng died suddenly of a heart attack while in his seventh term of office in May of 2007.

Satterberg would then assume Maleng’s position of elected prosecutor through appointment by the King County Council until there could be a special election in November of 2007.  He subsequently was elected to the remaining three years of Maleng’s term.  He then ran for the position in 2010 and won.

Dan Satterberg now, as the elected prosecutor for King County, could easily be in one of the most powerful positions in the State of Washington if not the highest position among municipal mountains in the nation.  He certainly has the power to decide the fate of virtually any warm body in King County.

With a cache of some 210 attorneys protecting the ass-ets of King County and running a $7.2 billion dollar taxpayer funded judicial system representing over 72% of the county budget; it has to be tempting to not let it all go to your head… or to your tail… depending on what one might glean from the research exposed here.

The bigger question arises then – at what point would one consider actually employing a prosecutor’s special duties to protect the public from criminals – and – when does it begin to blur when protecting the criminal?  This then becomes a constitutional issue.  And let’s not forget the question of who is the real criminal – the prosecutor or the defendant they accuse?

This is a troubling conundrum playing out all over our nation.

In King County it appears to play out with Mr. Satterberg making the claim that he played an active role in lobbying for stiffer laws to protect animals from abuse making animal cruelty for “any person with criminal neglect who starves and dehydrates an animal a class C felony.  (He rarely mentions the “with criminal neglect” part in the same sentence though the law is written that way).

What is “with criminal neglect” anyway?  It is a legal term.  It is a standardized legal term – but –  in Washington State it is defined by RCW 9A.08.010 with a few additional embellishments (underlined).  http://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9A.08.010:

RCW 9A.08.010(1)( d):

“CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE. A person is criminally negligent or acts with criminal negligence when he or she fails to be aware of a substantial risk that a wrongful act may occur and his or her failure to be aware of such substantial risk constitutes a gross deviation from the standard of care that a reasonable person would exercise in the same situation.”

 This RCW is just legal blasphemy.  It is also a 1975 constitutional violation written right into the legislation of the State of Washington.

There is a legal adage, “You don’t know what you don’t know.”  No one person can know what they don’t know.  It is a fact of life.  Every human on the planet is plagued by this.

It is appalling it has not been corrected by now.  It is further appalling that an elected official, an attorney no-less, who is tasked with protecting the public, surely knowing the standardized legal adage above, would employ it.

But then how would prosecutors have a reason for their existence if they were not able to make criminals out of ordinary honest taxpaying citizens who don’t know what they don’t know?

While Mr. Satterberg was Chief of Staff for former seven (7)-term prosecutor Norm Maleng, on March 10, 2005, Satterberg testified to the Washington State Senate Law and Justice committee to make starvation and dehydration with criminal neglect a class C felony.  Now the constitutional violation is built right into another law (once removed – definition is in another law).

Maleng died suddenly two years later and Satterberg took the throne.

In 2005 Pasado’s had not yet been charged for misuse of donated monies fraud in 2010 by the Attorney General but they were certainly involved at the time in implementing the fraud they eventually got caught for.

This isn’t the first time Susan Michaels, Pasado’s and Dan Satterberg worked together.  The former version of the animal cruelty law was lobbied by the two of them in 1994 making their relationship definably long-term.   (Note – Pasado’s are desperately trying to re-color their tarnished history currently.  But corrupt is what corrupt does – one can never overcome acts of dishonesty).

The record shows when Satterberg was some 28 years old (and a fresh deputy prosecutor) he lobbied as representative of the King County Prosecutor’s office with (the future to-be-caught fraud artist from Pasado’s) Susan Michaels at his side in 1994 on house bill 1652.

This was the bill that was labeled Pasado’s Law as a result of the donkey named Pasado who was brutally beaten to death in 1992.

This is also when the “criminal negligence” language first got traction at Satterberg’s hand.   There was no outcry at the time because animal abuse cases were few under Norm Maleng (3 – 4 a year).  No one noticed.

The “Satterberg” bill of 1994 was then enhanced in 2005 while Susan Michaels was misrepresenting Pasado’s money purposes that they would later be charged for by the AG in 2010.

The bill was testified to by Satterberg (he had been promoted to chief of staff by then), Susan Michaels, her husband Mark Steinway (Pasado’s) and other animal rights extremists who have succinct conflicts of interest to the bill.  It was then neatly passed unanimously into RCW 16.52.205 and put into law in May of 2005.

In Satterberg’s March 10, 2005 testimony – standing with him was:

• Dana Bridges a veterinarian known since to capitalize her services on animal abuse cases,
• Matthew Rusnak, WA Federation of Animal Control Officers a group whose existence depends on animal prosecutions,
• Glen Bui, American Canine Foundation (formerly Washington Animal Foundation) another lobbyist specifically formed to stop canine abuse.

Satterberg had really stepped it up. The 2005, legislative reports note it was all about the “with criminal negligent starvation and dehydration” clause while also making that a class C felony.

March 10, 2005, Satterberg and his animal rights friends at Pasado’s testified in front of the Senate Law and Justice Committee that starvation and dehydration with criminal negligence should be in the legislation and therefore it should be made a class C felony so that “prosecutors and police can give it more attention.”

The legislative record states they all argued For:

“People that, with criminal negligence, starve or suffocate an animal worthy of serious attention and, in the criminal system, the way to get attention is to elevate a crime from the misdemeanor category to the felony category.  By making it a felony, the prosecutors and police can give it more attention.  This bill is the next step in modernizing our animal cruelty statute.  It is disheartening to see starvation and dehydration cases that aren’t dealt with seriously by the authorities and these people often repeat these offenses.”

(Well so far, NONE of the 23 falsified animal cruelty cases were repeat offenders nor were they guilty of the allegations.)

And so it was, with that little legal undefined clause combined with the “criminal negligence” definition that then King County Chief of Staff Dan Satterberg (and his animal rights extremist terrorists “buddies”) enabled himself to prosecute and persecute innocent taxpaying citizens on his watch instead of going after animal sex brothels (an underground practice that has apparently gotten completely out of hand).

And Satterberg got in the saddle and whipped that horse within moments of Maleng’s death May 24, 2007 spiking the animal cruelty prosecution numbers from 3-4 a year to 12 in 2007 – a triple/quadruple jump from each year for the six (6) years prior.  It would appear that Norm Maleng’s presence had kept the numbers down and Satterberg wasn’t wasting any time changing it.

Hanging out with fraud artists and domestic terrorists– Shades of Animal Rights Extremists (ARE) Terrorists as defined by Homeland security – the ends justify the means.

After a 16-month investigation by the Washington State Attorney General, Rob McKenna’s office in 2010, Pasado’s charged with a summons for misrepresentation of their use of donated funds (fraud).

The AG’s October 28, 2010 summons alleged four causes of action under numerous statutes of consumer protection.

Among them was that Pasado’s “misrepresented (fraud) specific uses or purposes for donated funds from approximately September 1, 2005 through approximately December 1, 2009.”   They also misrepresented their disaster relief qualification and roles.  This would have been around the time of Hurricane Katrina debacle.  There were many complaints about how Pasado’s didn’t act during disasters while keeping FEMA monies.  https://www.sos.wa.gov/_assets/charities/SummonsComplaintPacket20101102.pdf

The political appointee to FEMA Region X in 2005 was disgraced/terminated former director of Snohomish County, John E. Penningon.  Pennington assisted Pasado’s Safe Haven with stealing taxpayer FEMA monies.

Pasado’s Safe Haven ended their attempts at defense by agreeing to a Consent Decree that ordered Pasado’s into mandatory audits and a $70,000 fine for misuse of funds (fraud).

One thing is certain; a leopard doesn’t change its spots.   Susan Michaels, a former KING TV reporter, was apparently in the throes of Pasado’s misrepresentations to the public consumer while at the same time lobbying right next to Dan Satterberg to “enhance” the law she and he would directly benefit from.

It appears with Pasado’s the end justifies the means consistently even now.  Laws are for everyone else not them and it appears that Satterberg is making sure his old lobbying buddies are never charged for their crimes against humanity.  He is, after all, in the position to make that so.

Pasado minions continually thumb their nose at the law as if they know they will never be prosecuted for their actions.  And it looks like they have good reason to be arrogant and free in their lawlessness.

Once in Pasado’s crosshairs there is little that can be done to disentangle oneself of any ARE campaign be it over-the-top misrepresentations of animal abuse on innocent people, shouting profanities at their prey, using money donated to help disaster victims diverted to build a resident mansion on their property or their self-appointed animal cruelty investigator Kim Koon openly admitting breaking and entering to videotape Chihuahuas and calling that “evidence.”

Breaking and entering is Class B felony (worse than a Class C felony).   Pasado’s Kim Koon openly did this in the King County prosecution in order to stimulate a seizure of appx. 100 Chihuahuas and other breeds- $2,500/a dog – from the well-known AKC breeders and judges James and Margie Hamilton.

That’s a cash value of about a quarter million that King County doesn’t seem to have any accounting for except for an email where King County Deputy Prosecutor Gretchen Holmgren was trying to give $15,000 to another “nonprofit” for “helping” them distribute the dogs after the seizure.

Apparently the recipient failed to mention to Holmgren she wasn’t on the board anymore while two members of the board told Holmgren they would be content with $10,000.  (Margie Hamilton was ordered to pay $35,000 in restitution later reduced to $22,000.   King County has been unable to produce any records of this payment).

In the Hamilton case, one of the Regional Animal Services of King County Animal Control Officers, Shelby Russell took one of the poor, abused, starved, “emaciated” Hamilton Chihuahuas to a four-day dog show the day after the seizure.  No one talks about that.

James Hamilton died three weeks into their arraignment but King County didn’t have anything to do with that or so the court documents claim.

Surprise! That wasn’t the end of it… oops.

But just after the end of that 2005 legislative session and Satterberg had just put the animal cruelty legislation all nicely put to bed, the Enumclaw man Kenneth Pinyan managed to get killed having sex with a horse.  This exposed an animal sex brothel trade and a practice that had largely – successfully –  been kept underground away from us regular folk.

Apparently it is big money business.  Primarily it is mini horses.  Some are just regular mini horses.  Some are very high end Arabian-like mini horses bred for sale for those boutique-types in an affluent demographic.  Some prefer goats, sheep and pit bulls.

The demographic is primarily the affluent who can afford it as the experience demands 5 figures; ownership and/or pimping (quite like drug use).   All of which, the last time I checked, are criminal acts.

Neither Satterberg nor Michaels brought animal prostitution up during their lobbying and thus no one had considered it a problem in the earlier “Satterberg” legislation in 2005.

Pinyan’s death was certainly an event that exposed a compelling argument for animal cruelty.  Gosh, not only do we have the child sex trade, we now have the animal sex trade – all are prostitution and predatory on those who have no voice.

In the next legislative session in 2006, Senator Pam Roach came in like a winter storm alert with SB 6417 and added “anti-bestiality” legislation to RCW 16.52.205 banning bestiality in Washington State.  Roach’s bill was voted through unanimously then added to RCW 16.52.205 in June of 2006.

The bill passed unanimously.  There does not appear to be any record of anyone testifying on this second round involving bestiality.

Satterberg didn’t show up.  His buddy Susan Michaels didn’t show up.  Her husband Mark Steinway did not show up but then they are divorced now.  Not even the self-anointed Pasado animal cruelty “investigator” Kim Koon showed up.  Aren’t they all about saving all those animals from cruelty? Not rape?

With Pam Roach’s unintentional help, the former “Satterberg” legislation then became the “anti-bestiality” law that Senator Pam Roach introduced in 2006.

One thing is certain.  Satterberg couldn’t have missed the bestiality legislation.

So the bigger question is –

Why is Satterberg promoting and prosecuting innocent people with an unconstitutional law and NOT prosecuting those in the animal sex prostitution business?

Well the answer to that must be that they all draw the line when calling THAT kind of “loving” – “animal cruelty.”

Satterberg doesn’t change his spots either. What the records show –

Just as Satterberg used the Susan Michaels of Pasado’s entourage, he continues this behavior to use Pasado’s minions in his phony prosecutions for animal cruelty against innocent people.

Consistently employed by King County – without any apparent procurement required (procedures put in law to keep just this very thing from happening), are service providers without any required RFQ (requests for qualifications) calls.  They are Pasado’s minions while engaged in many conflicts of interest.

At the head of list – has been veterinarian Hannah Mueller Evergreen and Jenny Edwards of Hope for Horses (HFH – now replaced by Jamie Taft/Bonnie Hammond of Save a Forgotten Equine).

Satterberg then brings up the rear (forgive the pun) with, it appears, any Brady cop he can find as witness to the fabricated crime.  (Brady cops are officers who cannot be trusted to tell the truth under oath).

Satterberg’s office consistently fails to disclose to the innocent people he is prosecuting, that these witnesses have a criminal history and no credibility as required by law (and special duties of a prosecutor) to guarantee the constitutional rights of the defendant.

How the Pinyan death affected the legislators

When Kenneth Pinyan died in July of 2005 having sex with a horse at a well-known animal sex brothel in Enumclaw, it was two months after Satterberg and Pasado’s got SB 5253 neatly put in place.  The shocking event served as a stark realization to legislators that animal sex abuse problems needed to be addressed more explicitly.   There was no stopping this damage.

Then curiously came the movie about Pinyan.  One wouldn’t really know it without watching it but it was an advocacy argument for sex with animals from the “handler’s” (the male madam) point of view.  It is likened to being in the closet like homosexuality was in the 1950’s.  It feels like a marketed “justification” that having sex with animals really isn’t so bad.

In fact, the film producers magically managed to have the actual – (the very same) ”handler” (pimp) who was running the Enumclaw animal sex brothel where Pinyan died – to help narrate the documentary about mid production.  (I guess he couldn’t be prosecuted for animal cruelty – or so they said – or maybe the King County Prosecutor’s Office just didn’t want to prosecute him and draw anymore attention to Satterberg’s overt protection of the animal sex prostitution trade.  After all Satterberg hadn’t shown any interest it).

In the movie, sex with animals was depicted as just an expression of “loving” an animal the same way as one would “love” their human lovers.  AND that the animals liked it.  They were born to like it.

The movie was professionally produced and went to Sundance where it won some unknown awards in the face of nearly 100% abject recoil by the press.  A personal favorite was Danny Westneat’s “The spawn of horse sex” article.

Through the production of the documentary “ZOO” Pam Roach was clearly given credit for the entire legislation.  Nothing was mentioned about the starvation and dehydration with criminal negligence that Dan Satterberg led the charge on over the previous 13 years.

Whether intentional or not, this film served as a passive marketing device that cloaked Satterberg’s involvement with the animal cruelty with “criminal negligence” and spotlighted Pam Roach with the animal cruelty/bestiality legislation.  It appears to be an attempt to quell the public’s natural recoil.  He could then control the message any way he pleased later – and he does.

And curiously, Satterberg’s favorite animal cruelty witnesses, veterinarian Hannah Mueller Evergreen and Jenny Edwards from Hope for Horses were both featured in this film.  They must have thought they both would gain more business for it – except the public didn’t really see it that way.

The film also minimized the idea that the gathering of men who were involved in this were “johns” and depicted the groups as just a bunch of guys getting together like for a sports event.  This is far from the case.  This is a business model and a version of the prostitution trade using animals.  It is that simple.

It is doubtful if Satterberg would want the world to know that his prosecutions all employ animal rights extremist terrorists (and/or other associated individuals to them) who were involved in a documentary that advocated having sex with animals.  (Mainly Hannah Mueller Evergreen and Jenny Edwards of Hope for Horses – (who was later replaced by Jamie Taft/Bonnie Hammond of Save a Forgotten Equine)).

And although Satterberg mentions his involvement with lobbying for stricter animal abuse laws occasionally, he keeps his zero record on prosecuting bestiality invisible and even this message under the radar while the animal abuse talking point is the fourth prong of his campaign goals.

One has to really look for it – study the legislative notes – to find his true involvement with the animal rights extremist group, Pasado’s (who were committing fraud at the time, even then, with their claims to aid animal victims of the disasters like Hurricane Katrina).

How did the film happen?

When in 2007 Charles Mudede https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Mudede an associate editor of the weekly “The Stranger” suddenly came up with the idea to produce an animal sex advocacy film based on Pinyan’s death having sex with a horse at the animal sex brothel, the timing was surely serendipitous.

Given the messages within the film to soften the view of sex with animals to the public to “loving” the animal, the movie served to make Pam Roach the poster child of the bestiality animal cruelty legislation thus concealing Satterberg’s involvement in the base animal cruelty unconstitutional legislation he drove previously.

They called the movie “ZOO” and coined another name for bestiality – “zoophile.”  Then they took the film to Sundance – which anyone can do with $150 entry fee.

The movie documented that the 2005 death and the subsequent 2006 bestiality legislation was fueled with daily commentaries by pundits Bill O’Reily and Rush Limbaugh fueling a media circus until it was passed unanimously in both the senate and the house.  No one dared to vote against it and no one did.  [And it would pay to remember that O’Reily and Limbaugh don’t do anything like that for free.]

Satterberg has consistently used his lobbying on animal cruelty legislation as a campaign platform but his position on bestiality message is under the radar and remains blurred.

He also consistently leaves out, or rather “distances,”  his well documented long-term relationship with the defrocked Susan Michaels former director of Pasado’s Safe Haven while clearly they have been a team since at least 1994 – 22 years.

Susan Michaels was the founder and director of the “rescue” Pasado’s Safe Haven that would be charged in 2010 by the Attorney General’s office for fraud and misuse of donated funds.  No amount of recapitulation of that event located on Pasado’s website is going to change the fact that as a nonprofit, they fraudulently misdirected funds for their personal use.

Our “watershed moment” came when we got phone records that showed Snohomish County Emergency Director John Pennington (now terminated) pedophile who is responsible for 43 people dying in the Oso mudslide due to his spectacular incompetence – that moment exposed that Pennington, Jenny Edwards (Hope for Horses) and Charles Mudede (Editor for the Stranger) had each other on speed dial.  At least in August of 2015 they did and THAT is an interesting connection to Snohomish County and their band of unlawful prosecutions and illegal horse rustling following in Satterberg’s footsteps.

This all suggests that the film about Pinyan’s demise (as being an accidental unplanned event) was to serve as damage control for so as to not get people in the public too upset that there is a thriving market of animal sex brothels going on right under their noses – some within a 1,000 feet of some of their children’s schools.

“I took a leadership role in successfully lobbying the State Legislature to pass laws making animal cruelty a felony, punishable by up to five years in prison.  In 2005 I also support legislation that made it a crime to dehydrate or starve an animal to death.”

That is only part of what he did.  He fails to mention the part about “with criminal negligence,” (nor his lack of prosecuting animal sex prostitution).

The actual language of the RCW states:

Apparently Satterberg should have added to that claim, “I intend to persecute innocent good honest taxpaying citizens with no criminal record INSTEAD of pursuing the prosecutions of the people running the prostitutions involving animal sex brothels in the area.”

The numbers tell the tale, there is only one prosecution for animal sex in the entire state (that we could find) and it failed.  And it wasn’t Satterberg’s case.  He has zero.

What is that saying?   It would certainly appear he is protecting the animal sex trade.

 What has happened since?

“Satterberg said King County prosecutors try about 10 animal-cruelty cases a year.”

[Court records reveal that at that time, the King County Prosecutor’s office was consistently trying 3 – 4 cases a year.]

Satterberg also states that “Neglect cases are not expected to add an unmanageable burden.”

In hindsight, since Satterberg took the reins to replace Norm Maleng after Maleng’s untimely and sudden death May 4, 2007, the King County Prosecutor’s Office has accumulated well over 130 cases between 2007 and 2013.

That is triple/quadruple what Maleng prosecuted and an astronomical spike in prosecutions for animal cruelty.

Of those cases reviewed, it appears at least 23 cases were fraudulently prosecuted against completely innocent people with no criminal history using fabricated evidence.  [They were all, property owners.]

In addition, those cases were rife (nearly exclusively) with corrupted State experts from Satterberg’s lobbying efforts, and the law enforcement who testify are undisclosed criminals themselves.  (Brady officers, someone who can’t be trusted to tell the truth under oath).

Hannah Mueller and Jenny Edwards led that charge.

Satterberg has one of his chiefs, Dan Clark in charge of the “Brady Committee” where – apparently – Mr. Clark suppresses criminal employees from getting on the Brady list along with the assistance of his former personal assistant Ann Westberg, mother to the infamous Brady Officer, RASKC Animal Control Officer Jenee Westberg the career criminal herself.

What is Satterberg’s motivation here?  Empire building?  Having an excuse to employ more people?  Justify his existence?  Cover up incompetence of what it would take to go after the epidemic of real criminals who are sexually abusing animals?  Drugs?  Money?   Protecting the practice of bestiality in WA State?  More money?

One thing it isn’t – is advocacy for animal well-being.

We may never know the whole answer to that question but facts are facts.  The numbers don’t lie.  Just these 23 cases alone have cost King County many millions of tax dollars, it has cost those wrongly accused their reputations, their livelihoods, in some cases, their lives.  And these cases only serve as a diversionary cloak from the real thriving criminal money-making problem – having sex with animals instead of people.

In contrast to those non-criminals Satterberg has chosen to prosecute, State witnesses employed in these cases are individuals with criminal backgrounds, corrupted veterinarians and “rescues” who are gouging, embezzling and committing perjuries en masse and undisclosed “Brady Officers (those who cannot be trusted to tell the truth under oath).”  They are providing falsified evidence and perjury for the appearance of an easy win through cheating.  The “fix is in” or so they  say.

Only those vulnerable with NO criminal record who own property are chosen for prosecution.

Egregiously altered transcripts appear when a defendant has the audacity to seek justice in a higher court.  A leopard doesn’t change his spots… er… rather a snake doesn’t stop slithering.

This campaign is an animal rights extremist’s dream and keeps all the animal sex violations out of view through obfuscation.

There are definitively 23 innocent people in King County that Satterberg has wrongfully made criminals of who were law abiding, taxpaying citizens before him with no criminal history.  These are people who believed in the justice of the judicial system who do no longer.

Many people have reached out to Satterberg begging him to correct and vacate these cases. This would include the wrongfully accused, their lawyers and other elected officials.  He is certainly aware of it yet he has refused to do anything.  It would appear he has painted himself into the proverbial corner when he could have done the right thing years ago.

But if he is protecting a massive deviate sex prostitution organization with lots of revenue, why would he care?  He has the power to prosecute whoever he wants.

This is what Dan Satterberg is REALLY doing besides:

1. funding his friends at Pasados,
2. protecting Hannah Mueller Evergreen (whose credentials at the Dept. of Health Licensing leaves me to believe she should be investigated for fraud),
3. protecting Jenny Edwards (whose self-dealing with King County Animal Control leaves me to believe she’s running quite the little racket getting people charged with animal abuse and them collecting taxpayers money from government agencies to care for the animal bilking for hundreds of thousands),
4. protecting Ms. Michaels at  Pasado’s using taxpayer’s monies through the animal abuse scam to grab headlines news a hell of a lot of public and private donations between her and Save a Forgotten Equine’s  Jamie Taft and Bonnie Hammond.

Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe is playing the same animal abuse scam. More on those two cockroaches soon.

Snohomish County’s terminated political appointee, John E. Pennington, claims to have a log book of high ranking political officials, including judges, lawyers, and politicians writing down their “feelings” inside a log book after having sex with animals at Echo Lake.  For now, I’m going to hold off publishing their names but Pennington’s little extortion scheme is coming to end.  And if anyone is wondering, there are copies.

Snohomish County employee who killed 43 in Oso mudslides deposed

It was a beautiful day in Olympia today, sunny, and in the high 70s. I love Olympia, and always find the city quite calming, and disturbing all in the same emotion . I woke up around 5 am and started the two hour  drive to Olympia. My purpose was to retrieve public records from the Washington Attorney General’s Office  (AG) and Department of Natural Resources (DNR), two agencies that probably wish they never heard of John E. Pennington.

After a friend suggested that I sue Ron Fejfar and the Sky Valley Chronicle for “deceptive trade practices” the first step was to understand why and how he set up the Sky Valley Chronicle with the Secretary of State.

I’ve never been so eager to retrieve records of any other people on this planet. It’s been a long time coming for  John Pennington to be brought to justice not only for killing 43 people in the Oso mudslides, but also to face justice, and perhaps criminal charges for perjury ( WA Court Rules allows citizens to file criminal charges aside from our corrupt Sheriff’s Office), and for his crimes against humans. Humans a doctor in John Pennington’s King County divorce case ( Laughlin v Pennington) deemed  to be a   “sociopath with no empathy for humans.”

I drove my VW beetle, a light blue powder puffy looking dune buggy, just as powder blue as the sky lingering over the Port of Olympia today. Most days here are rainy, cold and dreary just like the politicians who allowed a sociopathic child molester and wife beater to harm so many before one honest politician named Dave Somers finally said  “You’re fired! ”

Most of the morning, we spent searching and sifting through Washington State records trying to understand why a man from Sultan Washington named Ron Fejfar would start an   “advertising sales” company, then commit deceptive trade violations and allow several Snohomish County employees, John Pennington, Crystal Hill Pennington, Joe Beavers, Aaron Reardon, Kevin Thomas Hulten to post attack pieces amounting to defamation and violations of Washington deceptive trade laws.

The way Ron Fejfar set up the Sky Valley Chronicle will allow us to sue him for defamation and deceptive trade practices and a complaint will be filed soon. But from Ron Fefjar’s filings in Olympia, its clear that he made false statements and loss any claim he may have thought he had for media shield.  Stupid is as stupid does.

The bigger news story came two weeks ago. A source inside the AG’s office called and said   “Pennington was deposed and Kathy Bodnar is chuckling that you had just asked for his deposition from AG’s Office and she claimed that’s she under no obligation to provide an update to you that he was deposed. So go ask for that record.”

Prior to John E. Pennington killing so many people here in Washington, I have spent ten years of my life trying to warn the public of just how dangerous John E. Pennington is, but only after my investigation unearthed  Pennington’s past criminal history, including molesting children, rape of a five year old Cowlitz County child, and consistent and continuous criminal harassment likened to Theodore Ted Bundy. A killer, a women hater, and a sociopath not worth housing.

For those of you who live inside the “Killing Fields of Highway 2″ know Ted Bundy well, since Baker National Forest was Bundy’s favorite dumping site for women he deemed  valueless. Bundy’s victims were not valueless, they were someone’s children, some were someone’s mother, and not put on this planet so a sociopath can masturbate over his sick fetish of harming women.

Next, I decided why not go see AG public records officer Ms. Bodnar and DNR records officer in person. Nothing like a little face to face conversation about big news stories up here in Snohomish County.

As I approached the DNR offices, I was shocked to see public offices ( offices paid for our tax monies) in “lock down” as though it was prison, not a government agency.  What’s happen to my America; a government agency whose primary purpose should be to serve “we the people” is operating more like a prison.

Badge check, first stop. Second stop, badge check on the elevator. Third stop, badge reader to the public door to reach the public desk. Forth stop, a helpful public servant who managed  to find someone who answers public records request. Finally, a public officer named Ann who looked stone cold and shaking like a tree during a hurricane.

The public records officer from DNR admitted that the AG’s had taken John Pennington’s deposition in March 2016, and did in fact have a copy of his deposition.  Since the DNR offices are right next door to the AG’s Office, I thought I’d pay a visit to our favorite agency public records officer, Kathy Bodnar.

Ms. Bodnar’s behavior is likened to a close Third Reich Officer’s allegiance to Adolf Hitler than that of a Washington State public servant. Her demeanor and arrogance of her position as a person entrusted to apply our sunshine laws was quite disgraceful.  A topic for another day.

On March 2, 2016, I requested a copy of any record relating to John E. Pennington’s deposition, which I hear also includes a video.   The public has a right to know that instead of doing his job ( mitigation),  John Pennington sat around hacking into others computer systems, spent many hours blogging defamatory stories about his opponents, criminal assaulting women and children, using county resources to advance his fraudulent online degrees from an online diploma mill Senator Harkin called fraud, and illegally used our resources to advance his private for profit company “Education Services” located in Duvall Washington ( a company Pennington made at least $175,000.00 from but has yet to pay a single cent of Washington Business tax on), the sole person responsible for the deaths of  43 people in the Oso mudslides, and illegally using his Homeland Security Clearance to criminally rape and harass citizens he didn’t like. Unfortunately for the DNR it ignored my records request for over one month.

Rule number one: when an agency refuses to provide a response to a very simple records request, you know the records they’re withholding must be worth seeing.  From what I hear the video deposition is worth a million bucks.

But its not for sale, its a public record, and I intend to post and disseminate far and wide, making sure this man never harms another woman or child without notice to the public.

John Pennington’s days of staying under the radar are gone, but sadly he killed 43 people before being tossed to the curb as the piece of trash he is.  RCW 42.56 ensures that the public are the checks and balances to a clean and honest government.

In November 2013, Everett Washington attorney Bob Ferguson defeated Regan Dunn.  Reagan Dunn is a drunk, a King County council member,  a hater of open government, and member with strong ties to the Republican party, while Bob Ferguson is a man who at least talked a good game about Open Government. A good game until he managed to obtain the seat.

Soon after duping the voters, Bob Fergusson began fighting with open government supporters in favor of assisting criminals like Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe and Gold Bar’s Mayor Linda “high as a kite” Leon.

Unlike his predecessor, the Honorable Rob McKenna, Bob Ferguson immediately snubbed open government by hiring an incompetent attorney to head the agency’s open government division, Nancy Krier, firing long term open government supporter and attorney Tim Ford.

Nancy Krier  “ no friend to open government, or the Democratic Party”

Under Our Supreme Court’s mandate, the attorney general office shall issue an open government opinion, to the public or an agency, if requested to do so. This is Ms. Krier’s only function, other than collecting her taxpayer funded welfare check of $150,000,00 per year.

The whole purpose of an open government attorney ( and why my tax dollars are being used) is to provide the public with opinions as they relate to issues that arise around public records cases, thus limiting liability to the agency. In other words, to help alleviate the cost of litigating public records cases verses complying with he public records act.

In 2015, the Gold Bar Reporter sent the  Washington State Attorney General’s office a public records request seeking all responses to agency employees verses responses given to the public, as it relates to open government questions and opinions.

With no surprises to those of us watching Attorney General Bob Fergusson’s blatant disrespect for open government supporters over the last 2.5 years,  Nancy Krier refused to provide a single response to a single open government supporter from the public, but provided continuous support to agency employees for years.

In 2014, the Gold Bar Reporter and several citizens filed a Recall Petition against  corrupt Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe.  Once filed, the Attorney General’s Office became the “Friend of the Court.”  In Recall Petitions the Friend of Court is suppose to construe laws in favor of the voters, not the public officials.

For me this was odd to say the least. Several citizens and I file a Recall Petition to oust corrupt Prosecutor Mark Roe and the Attorney General’s Office is somehow to suppose to be the Friend of Court in favor of the voters when it won’t even provide a public opinion on whether Gold Bar’s refusal to answer public records requests since 2009 is  “reasonable’ under the Public Records Act (RCW 42.56)?

Then in 2015, I saw additional public records between Mark Roe and Bob Ferguson as it relates to Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe trying to trump criminal charges on the Gold Bar Reporter for informing the public that Crystal Hill ( a woman we now know Mark Roe had an extramarital affair with, guilty of abusing kids, and convicted of bank fraud 2005) and a pedophile named John E. Pennington ( a man responsible for the rape of a 5 year old girl,  linked to missing children in at least 4 states, and man King County judge held was responsible for causing the deaths of 43 Oso Washington mudslide victims) for attempting to warn the public via First Amendment protected activity ( news reporting).

Over the last year, I’ve become a regretful supporter of Bob Ferguson. However,  the alternative was a drunk with strong an anti-government stance, Reagan Dunn, whose only claim to fame is his mommy’s political ties to the Republican Party.

In the next election, there’s going to be a candidate, and just like how we booted corrupt Snohomish County Executive John Lovick and Aaron Reardon, Bob Ferguson will be ousted and replaced by a person who understands that its  “ we the people” that voted him in and we will vote  his corrupt self out.

 

“Mark Roe, needs to go””

 

I made a decision to Recall Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe after a lawyer told me that Mark Roe is funding the Sky Valley Chronicle and its agent Ron Fejfar and former Mayors Joe Beavers and Linda Loen ( both resigned after public records implicated them in a racketeering complaint filed in US Federal District Court against both) in a federal racketeering suit I filed.

From public records, we know the following:

The Sky Valley Chronicle was started by a former Seattle Times reporter named Chris Schwartzen as a political action committee ( without registering it as such) on behalf of former Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon.

In July 2012, Governor Jay Inslee gave the Gold Bar Reporter a hand full of personal files on Executive Aaron Reardon extra-marital affairs with two women, Deanna Dawson,   Executive Director of the Sound Cities Association (formerly Suburban Cities Association), and Snohomish County Whistleblower Tamara Dutton.  The biggest problem for Reardon, he used taxpayer monies to fund his affairs, including, but not limited to, hotels rooms, porno movies, and sex toys.

Deanna Dawson accompanied Aaron Reardon to Paris, and Dutton accompanied him to Chicago.  Where his wife fit into this equation, one can only speculate, but when’s a pig always a pig.

When Aaron Reardon’s little racketeering gang in Snohomish County got caught by us, and then reported on by the Herald, Reardon was forced to resign, but not before the County Council transferred convicted criminal Kevin Thomas Hulten, Chris Schwartzen and Aaron Reardon’s computers to King County Major Crimes Unit.

Kevin Thomas Hulten ( now married to a California attorney named Krystal Tate Hulten), plead guilty to criminal evidence tampering in Block v Sno County  et al and served time for his crimes.  But the most important fact that came from the King County Major Crimes Unit’s investigation of Snohomish County Racketeering group was the Major Crimes Unit documented that Kevin Hulten was posting on an anonymous website titled ” The Sky Valley Chronicle.” A website where none of the “bloggers” post their names.

A website according to Gold Bar’s former Mayor Linda Loen with its clear purpose to ” harass, defame and discredit Anne Block.”

What I also learned from Gold Bar’s public records was that Joe Beavers was also allowed to post, using government resources and staff to support the Political Action Committee ( Sky Valley Chronicle PAC).

After receiving enough evidence to prosecute the Sky Valley Chronicle for racketeering, I filed suit against Ron Fejfar and the Sky Valley Chronicle in US Federal Court, Seattle.

But that’s not the orgasmic part of this story. A source told me that Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe had known for years that John Pennington owned the Sky Valley Chronicle and used Ron Fejfar as the front man to cover up his criminal harassment, using the Sky Valley Chronicle PAC.

Mark Roe is misappropriating public monies funding the Sky Valley Chronicle to fight a racketeering suit filed against Ron Fejfar ( and soon to be his wife Virginia, after she took a predicate act on behalf of the Enterprise late last week), and the Sky Valley Chronicle. Washington State’s Constitution prohibits such use of our money.

Furthermore, our source also stated that Mark Roe is also funding Gold Bar’s Mayor Linda Loen and Joe Beavers via Michael Kenyon and Bruce Disend ( Kenyon Disend, linked to Racketeering crimes and shady land deals all over Washington State).

For these reasons, as well as the malicious prosecution of Lori Shavlik ( below) Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe will be Recalled, regardless of how long its takes, Mark Roe will be joining pedophile and former Snohomish County political appointee John E. Pennington in the unemployment line, and then, even it takes me twenty more years, inside Walla Walla.

This past week, I’ve been covering a Snohomish County prosecution for arson in the 1st decree against Lori Shavlik.  But this wasn’t the first prosecution of Ms. Shavlik,  it’s Snohomish County Prosecutor’s second run. The first trial resulted in hung jury, with jurors stating “ the State failed to prove its case.”

While pedophiles are walking free, and baby killers are released because Mark Roe failed to file simple papers ( http://snocoreporter.com/3-month-old-babys-killers-walk-free-for-now/,) Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe and his political racketeering gangsters from the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office are maliciously prosecuting – for the second time- a forty-five year old mother of five for Arson I.

As of today, millions of taxpayer dollars have been misspent over a fire that started  behind a dryer unit at Ms. Shavlik’s place of business – a tanning salon- and while she’s embattled in a contract /lease dispute with the building’s owner who just happens to be a personal and dear friend to the lead investigator who is also the Fire Chief, and a former City of Snohomish Brady Cop David Fontenot ( exposed and terminated from another county for stealing, harassing women in the workplace, and lying on search warrants, etc).

Public emails from Snohomish County Washington document that while Krystal Tate Hulten was a law clerk in Snohomish County Washington, for Judge Downes, she engaged in illegal exparte contact with a Prosecutor prior to trial basically saying I hope you strip parental rights away from a mother accused of abuse.
