Recently, I deposed a law enforcement official from Duvall Washington who is entrusted to answer public records requests.  What I discovered is Ms Rowe apparently has a criminal history.

Imagine you’ve been accused of a crime, you request access to public records, and you have not only one Duvall police officer as an undisclosed Brady Cop, but you also have an undisclosed Brady Cop who answers your public records request.

In Brady v Maryland, our court held that any police officer with credibility problems are referred to as “Brady cops”.  Due to the Brady ruling, prosecutors and city attorneys ( civil or criminal) are required to notify defendants, and their attorneys, whenever a law enforcement officer involved in their case has a sustained record for knowingly lying or criminal history in their background that could likely lead to other discoverable evidence must be disclosed, regardless of whether its a criminal or civil case.

Welcome to Duvall Washington. King County Washington is such a lovely place to raise kids.

In 2015, We reported on Duvall Brady Officer Lori Batiot.  As a result of our investigation of Brady Officer Lori Batiot was constructively terminated from the City of Duvall last week (2/10/2017).  But not before she committed gross civil rights violations against several reporters, fabricated evidence, lied under oath, and filed false instruments in countless jurisdictions, against countless of defendants and residents all over the state, from Ferndale to Brier to Duvall Washington.

The number of people Brady Officer Lori Batiot falsified evidence against is unknown, but my investigation continues inside Duvall Washington, turning over every record request sent by or answered by two Brady cops.

So the question from a reader is: Did the City of Duvall pay her off to go away or in exchange for her testimony in your public records case?  An issue we’re investigating.

Now on the heels of riding our community of one Brady Cop, last week We learned that Shelley Rowe ( Olson) Duvall’s public records officer is also an undisclosed Brady Cop.  Perhaps the City of Duvall’s application says ” Criminals or those charged with criminal conduct need only apply”

As correctly reported below, Duvall Brady Cop Lori Batiot’s drug addiction and drunkenness, caused not only problems within the Duvall police department’s moral, but also for defendants who were wrongfully charged, and in one vehicular case from Grays Harbor, Lori Batiot rear-ended a man  while drunk causing permanent major life damage to a man’s spinal cord.

Thankfully for Lori Batiot, Gray’s Harbor police officers did what any good police officer does in Washington, they covered up that fact that Lori Batiot was on drugs and drunk when you caused irreparable damage to a citizen. The only reason we learned of Lori Batiot’s criminal conduct is because she was sued in Skagit County.

For over 15 years Duvall police officer Lori Batiot managed to stay under the radar, committing racketeering crimes of trumping up criminal charges on honest hard working citizens as political favors. However, when Ms. Batiot ( Hoffer) came after us for First Amendment protected speech on behalf of another Duvall criminal ( residents John Pennington, child rape Colwitz County 19992, and his bank frauding wife, Crystal Berg, bank fraud 2005 Snohomish County and 2000 North Carolina), she hit a road block, the First Amendment and one fantastic constitutional law scholar.

What we later learned from a whistleblower who released unredacted employment files iot is the Duvall Police department knew Lori Batiot was a Brady Copy, but they failed to disclose this fact to countless defendants she testified against and falsified evidence against.  One said resident told the Gold Bar Reporter ” she ( Batiot) planted drugs in my school locker. Why, because she didn’t like me sticking my middle finger up to her.Had we known that she was a Brady Cop, we would have used that to discredit her. Duvall Washington should be sued for the harm they caused so many. I recently told the Mayor I want her fired! ”

Lori Batiot’s employee file documented that she was an uneducated political appointee to John E. Pennington and Duvall’s Mayor Will Ibershoff.  The deal was this: John Pennington would get former Executive Aaron Reardon to contract with Will Ibershoof’s employer, Waste Management, for county services, and Mayor Ibershoff would hire John Pennington’s mistress Lori Batiot.  Why, because John Pennington had just been charged with beating up a 3rd trimester pregnant Duvall City Council Member Ann Laughlin.  See below.

In late June 2015, King County Prosecutors released public records documenting that corrupt Duvall police officer Lori Batiot’s criminal complaint was “unfounded.”  The Prosecutors reasoned what Judge Meyers reasoned in his opinion when the DISMISSED John and Crystal Hill Pennington’s complaint in March 2015, ” Protected Free Speech.”

Records released from the City of Shoreline and Duvall document that the records that corrupt police officer Lori Baiot placed inside the public record belong to another blogger, were altered by Crystal Hill Pennington ( who with no surprise plead guilty to bank fraud in 2005) and pedophile from Snohomish County named John E. Pennington.

John E. Pennington is Snohomish County’s former Director who caused 43 people in Oso Washington to suffocate to death in March 2014, because instead of doing his job, he was off operating his own company on the County’s dime, and according to an insider, he was criminal harassing Gold Bar Reporters, while blogging on his Sky Valley Chronicle blog spot.

Those of us who love and support open government, can rest a little easier tonight knowing that King County released public records from a Sheriff’s Officer Cary Coblantz documenting gross civil rights violations. See below. Illegal tracking of US citizens without a warrant overseas, in violation of the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution.  Shoreline Officer Cary Coblantz was notified that he is being sued under 42 USC 1983 and RICO for his illegal conduct.

Cary Coblantz’s phone records confirm beyond any shadow of doubt that Sandra Sullivan assisted John Pennington’s little Racketeering efforts attempting to have the Gold Bar Reporter charged with a crime.

A RICO suit has been filed noting the City of Duvall’s municipal law firm of Kenyon Disend for Racketeering.  Attorney Sandra Sullivan  was informed on Thursday that she will be added to the next RICO suit after text messages and phone records from King County link her to the RICO Enterprise. We tried contacting attorney Sandra Sullivan ( Meadowcraft) for comment but she refused.

A little hint about what’s behind the curtain up here in Gold Bar Washington, hence why the City of Gold Bar has misappropriated over $1,000,000.00 hiding Kenyon Disend’s Racketeering crimes. All for a pedophile named John E. Pennington and a bank frauder named Crystal Hill Pennington ( nee Berg) . 

According to Redmond District Court records, Sandra Sullivan (Meadowcraft) was employed by Kenyon Disend when she was assigned to prosecute Snohomish County’s number one political scum/appointee John E. Pennington for kicking and punching Duvall council member Anne Laughlin during her 3rd trimester and just three weeks before delivery of her daughter.

Instead of Sandra Sullivan prosecuting violent John Pennington, she quashed criminal assault charges from 2008-2009 against him.  ( Snohomish County pay stubs document Pennington has been on paid administrative leave since Oso).

I spoke to attorney Sandra Sullivan seeking comment regarding her lack of objecting to John Pennington’s template motion to dismiss he filed in May 2009.  Sandra Sullivan (Meadowcraft)  and I spoke for sometime, and as soon as she realized that we were onto her predicate acts in violation of RICO, she hung up.

Last month, King County Prosecutor’s released a statement stating that Duvall police officer Lori Batiot’s and Crystal Hill Pennington and John Pennington’s complaints based solely on issues of free speech, protected First Amendment activity were “unfounded.”

In March 2015, King County Judge Meyers “DENIED” Lori Batiot’s friends, Crystal Hill Pennington and John Pennington’s request to “restrain” the Gold Bar Reporters as a “prior restraint on free speech.”

Public emails released from King County confirms that King County Sheriff’s Officer Cary Coblantz issued a false statement inferring that Gold Bar Reporter Anne Block and her partner were wanted for “felony warrants” thus luring the Department of Justice Interpol ( DOJ) into their little RICo gang.

Cary Coblantz then illegally tracked Block and her partner coming from London Heathrow Airport to Seattle as well las Block’s private investigator and his wife. And now thanks to King County, we know that John Pennington is directly linked to the illegal tracking of the Gold Bar Reporter and her partner coming back from London Heathrow Airport.

As of now, John Pennington is being sued in US Federal Court for Racketeering, and a new suit is on its way just in time for 2016.

A Internal affairs complaint has been substantiated against King County Officer/scum Cary Coblantz, and he was notifed that he will be named in a RICO suit coming soon.

All over assisting a corrupt police officer who has a long history of conduct hardly becoming of any person let alone a police officer.

Duvall Mayor Will Ibershoff Hired John Pennington’s Mistress, a drunk pill popper

The City of Duvall released Lori Batiot’s Washington State Patrol record documenting that she was drunk at the time of a car accident; she blew a blood alcohol content (BAC) of  .129 (between 6- 7 drinks), lied to Whatcom County Sheriff’s Officer, and she was on mental health pills Zoloft and Valium at the same time she was driving drunk.

Above are copies of Lori Batiot’s police report verifying everything we’ve written about her conduct being ” unbecoming” of any police officer.

Better question those of us involved in exposing corrupt public officers like Lori Batiot is whether she had a legally issued prescription for the anti-depressant and valium’s she was using at the time she was arrested for DUI.

According to Batiot’s police report, she was using valium to “relax” herself because of a dentist appointment. We’re not sure about our readers but we don’t know too many dentists who are open at 0145 am ( time of Batiot’s arrest).

This police report is also at least the 3rd public record where Batiot accuses a person of “stalking.”  Seems like any time someone starts to uncover her crimes, she alleges “stalking.”

In the above record, it’s clear just based on Batiot’s BaC at the time of the her DUI arrest, she lied about the amount of alcohol she had just before driving and causing a major accident along  I-5 ( Bellingham).  She is  “unfit” for public duty.

Our readers should note that Lori Batiot managed to get hired as a police officer from the City of Duvall  after being fired for misconduct from the City of Ferndale and from the City of Brier.  We have ample reason to believe that Lori Batiot managed to get hired in Duvall because that’s where her very very very good friend John E. Pennington lives.

According to the below public record, John Pennington enjoys taking naked showers with little girls.  There is no evidence that John Pennington ever tried to Motion to Strike out this declaration, which would be pretty hard to do since the truth is an affirmative defense.

Further, public records from Duvall documents that John E. Pennington’s friend and Mayor Will Ibershoff hired Lori Batiot.  Emails from John Pennington’s divorce files confirms that Mayor Ibershoff assisted John Pennington in removing his wife Anne as a duly elected council member ( which is alleged in a RICO suit to amount to extortion), after she fled Duvall for her life when John Pennington kicked and punched her just three weeks before the delivery of her daughter.

John Pennington, a source inside Snohomish County, used by several newspapers, managed to get news story in the Seattle Times about Anne Laughlin not being a resident of Duvall thus she had to resign.  What the Times did not report was that John E. Pennington had just been charged with criminal assault of 3rd trimester pregnant woman and that was the reason Anne fled from Duvall ( temporarily seeking battered women’s shelter).

 The Bellingham WA State Patrol DUI police report confirms our worst fears; the City of Duvall knew about Lori Batiot’s criminal history before she was hired, and we believe that this makes her unfit for public service. Popping pills while drunk driving at minimum should speak for itself.

Before Lori Batiot managed to obtain a job as a police officer, her work experience was that of a coffee Barista!

The City of Duvall’s employee file of Lori Batiot also supports that she has no college degree and was fired from the City of Ferndale and City of Brier.

We feel that her days as a coffee Barista and her affair ( as stated in her DUI arrest record) lead to her obtaining a job with the City of Ferndale. A job she was unqualified for but managed to obtain.

We have ample evidence to state that Lori Batiot was hired by the City of Duvall as a political favor to Snohomish County’s number one welfare recipient  John E. Pennington.More that issue soon.

John Pennington often brags that he set up little RICO members inside government agencies to protect him from being charged with crimes.  Police reports from the City of Duvall confirms that Lori Batiot ran criminal obstruction for John Pennington anytime someone filed a criminal complaint against him.

Thus, the Gold Bar Reporters add one more cockroach to our list of public officials who need a hell of a lot of sunshine. As such, we will continue to post records relating to Lori Batiot’s misconduct so long as she’s a public official.

As former Washington State attorney general Rob McKenna nicely argued in Referendum 71, all public officers are subject to public scrutiny, or as Justice Scalia said “the fact is that running a democracy takes a certain amount of civic courage. And the First Amendment does not protect you from criticism or even nasty phone calls when you exercise your political rights to legislate, or to take part in the legislative process.”

Whether it’s a police officer, public official, politician, or a former Mayor of Gold Bar who is responsible for over $200,000 missing from Gold Bar’s water fund, to allow a person in a position of power to retaliate against a well respected news source  would mean that I condone such criminal behavior from our public officials. Simply put, I do not and will not.

Citizens are the checks and balances to a clean government. It’s our responsibly to expose corrupt public officials regardless of the personal cost to one’s self. Justice has no borders, has no price tag. Corruption harms all of us and must be exposed regardless of the personal cost to one’s self.

Thomas Jefferson said ” the highest form of patriotism is dissent.” This doesn’t mean that I believe our entire system is corrupt.  I do not.

As an idealist who believes that our courts are simply one prong to a healthy democracy. But lately they are failing to uphold the laws instead are hiding public officials crimes. So it’s up to  “we the people” to be the guarders of public agency employees we created and who are paid with the public’s trust.  It’s we the people that must protect the First Amendment from all invaders.  Police officers are no exception, and yesterday, the Washington State Supreme Court agreed with us.  Requesting access to public records, especially emails, is our statutory right.

After reviewing some of King County Detective Coblantz’s records as well as Kenyon Disend’s contract attorney Sandra Sullivan (Meadowcraft) records. I believe we unearthed another dirty cop and attorney who spit on basic constitutional principles that I love more than life itself. Thus, I cannot turn a blind eye, especially after Coblantz caused an honest taxpaying citizen to be physically raped for a dirty cop from Duvall.

To turn a blind eye when a wrong has been committed against any person for simply exercising First Amendment rights is not something that I can do.

One must wonder whether or not police departments are hiring officers with a high school diploma or high school dropouts.  The City of Duvall not only hired uneducated cops but also corrupt cops convicted of DUI who have been fired from two other City’s for misconduct.

What’s most interesting about the above public records is that the above reports documents that anytime corrupt Duvall police officer Lori Batiot gets caught committing crimes, she alleges ” stalking.”  Or as we correctly report ” The little damsel in distress ploy.”

Terminated Snohomish County Director John E. Pennington, wife beater, child abuser, forgery; racketeering exposed in Pierce and Redmond District Court WA

UPDATE:  In April 2015, the Gold Bar Reporter reviewed email communication from the City of Duvall documenting that Michael Kenyon’s Office was giving a non-city employee resident John E Pennington legal advice. The Reporter requested these records after records between corrupt Duvall police officer Lori Batiot documented racketeering and gross 1983 civil rights violations.  Lori Batiot took predicate acts on behalf of John and Crystal Hill Pennington trying to trump criminal charges on the Gold Bar Reporter, because Ms. Batiot was concerned that her very personal relationship with the Penningtons would become public.  What happened next should never happen to any news reporter, ever, for simply reporting the news on corrupt acts of public officials.

Since 2009, Lori Batiot, Crystal Hill Pennington and John E. Pennington ( The Enterprise) have made at least 8 attempts to have the Gold Bar Reporters charged with crimes for simply reporting on their criminal conduct. All are public officials misusing federal and state monies, but they didn’t do it alone.  The Enterprise were given full access to government resources, and staff, specifically Snohomish County Prosecutors Sean Reay, Sara Di Vittorio, Miquel Tempski, and Mark Roe, City of Redmond Officers, King County Sheriff’s Officer Cary Coblantz, and City of Duvall public officials including Kenyon Disend’s legal staff, and Shelly Rowe to further the Enterprise’s efforts  to trump up criminal charges on the Gold Bar Reporter for simply reporting on their corrupt acts.

As of October 23, 2016, four judges have dismissed Batiot, and Crystal Hill and John E Pennington attempts to racket up criminal charges on the Gold Bar Reporter.  A source tipped us off last week that immediately following a Pierce County Judge’s favorable ruling for the Gold Bar Reporter- stanch respect for the First Amendment- Crystal Hill, John Pennington and Lori Batiot are once again trying to trump up criminal charges on the Gold Bar Reporter, and with no surprise once again trying to drag yet another Redmond City Official into their little RICO.

When I first reported on this story I had no idea on how deep the City of Redmond’s involvement was in assisting John E. Pennington with fraudulently closing out his criminal assault case, until now.

In 2009, when John E. Pennington filed a template motion dismissing his criminal assault of a 3rd trimester pregnant woman, he had the assistance of a Redmond District Court Prosecutor , clerk inside Redmond District Court and Kenyon Disend. This is also during the twelve year reign of King County Deputy Prosecutor Maggie Nave ( “The Fixer”) who was then the Chair of Distrcit Court Criminal Unit for King County District system. Nave was reprimanded in 2011, by King County Deputy Prosecutor Chief of Criminal Division Mark Larsen who seized 117 case files backing back as far as 1999 from her office. Mr Larsen stated Nave’s was guilty of legal malpractice- an understatement for those maliciously prosecuted as result. Once the Gold Bar Reporter started reporting on Ms. Nave, she resigned.

Had not been for the political deal John Pennington and Aaron Reardon made with Michael Kenyon ( in exchange for fixing cases in Snohomish County) to throw the criminal case against John E. Pennington, he would be behind bars where he belongs, and his countless victims would be out of harm’s way.  Possibility that 43 people in Oso Washington wouldn’t have suffocated to death.

Instead Prosecutor Mark Roe, Duvall’s corrupt officials,  and the City of Redmond decided to assist a wife/child abuser in exchange for political favors.  ” If anyone really understood that no one even likes John Pennington no one would have lifted a finger on behalf of the Enterprise.”

If someone asked me to commit a crime, I’d tell them to kiss my ass and then file a criminal complaint. Sadly not one public official reported their criminal conduct.

Sadly, Kenyon Disend, Lori Batiot, the City of Duvall, the City of Gold Bar, Joe Beavers, Crystal Hill Pennington, Diana Rose ( who assisted Pennington with tampering with public records ) , Ron Fejfar, all took predicate acts and all are being sued for RICO with depositions against Batiot, Crystal Hill, City of Duvall and Joe Beavers beginning this week.

After Crystal Hill and Lori Batiot were notified of court depositions,  a source tipped us off that we might ask for records from the City of Duvall and City of Redmond. Of course . . . once we have more, an update will follow.

One thing I am thankful for is that the Washington State Bar Association will finally be exposed as the criminal organization it is, and the wrongfully accused may find effective assistance of counsel. Counsel not threatened by the criminals who are illegally serving in a duel role as Bar disciplinary member and a statement/county prosecutor even though RCW prohibits it.

Crystal Hill Pennington’s deposition is Dec6, 2016, but in Joe Beavers’s deposition he admitted he conspired to harm the Gold Bar Reporter and was writing and publishing articles on the Sky Valley Chronicle while he was a Gold Bar public official.

John Pennington is being sued for racketeering and a new law suit against Gold Bar Reporter is coming next, but this time out of state.

On February 22, 2017, Pierce College public official and man responsible for killing of 43 people in the Oso mudslides, John E. Pennington, verbally assaulted a Pierce County Sheriff’s Officer caught on camera.  He also verbally threatened the Gold Bar Reporter’s process server who served John Pennington with more complaints and a subpoena.

Unfortunately, John Pennington’s criminal conduct was caught on camera and witnessed by several onlookers at the Piece County Courthouse, including three Sherriff’s Officers.

The Gold Bar Reporters recently learned that John Pennington has been treated for major mental health problems, and was kicked out of Vanderbilt College as a result.

Imagine a man with mental health problems sat as a Director of Emergency Management of Snohomish County.  A major breach to health and welfare to the taxpayers of Washington State.

John Pennington is being sued for his latest racketeering crimes and posting defamatory and untrue statements on a website he and his bank frauding wife Crystal Hill Pennington run titled  ” The Sky Valley Chronicle.”  Both were served with new complaints on Thursday, and by John Pennington’s threats and tactics to intimidate court officers were witnessed on camera.

“Lunatic on the loose” John E Pennington has been trying for over eight years to obtain a prior restraint on free speech against the Gold Bar Reporter’s reports on his and our former bank frauding Mayor Crystal Hill Pennington ( nee Berg, bank fraud Snohomish County, Washington 2005).    Why, to hide their criminal racketeering conduct the Gold Bar Reporter have been exposing for over the last ten years, including a foe online website the Penningtons set up to cyber-stalk their opponents.

Gold Bar’s Mayor Joe Beavers was deposed in November 2016, and he too admitted he was a anonymous cyber-stalker on the Penningtons’ website while he was a Gold Bar public official. Beavers and the City are being sued for gross civil rights violations.

As both reports unmistakably confirms the IRS found that California Coastal sold degrees at flat rates.  As such,  Mark Lindquist, please consider this letter and supporting evidence in support on my criminal complaint against John E. Pennington as he produced his fraudulent online degree to obtain a benefit in violation of

False academic credentials—Unlawful issuance or use—Definitions—Penalties.

(1) A person is guilty of issuing a false academic credential if the person knowingly:

(a) Grants or awards a false academic credential or offers to grant or award a false academic credential in violation of this section;

(b) Represents that a credit earned or granted by the person in violation of this section can be applied toward a credential offered by another person;

(c) Grants or offers to grant a credit for which a representation as described in (b) of this subsection is made; or

(d) Solicits another person to seek a credential or to earn a credit the person knows is offered in violation of this section.

(2) A person is guilty of knowingly using a false academic credential if the person knowingly uses a false academic credential or falsely claims to have a credential issued by an institution of higher education that is accredited by an accrediting association recognized as such by rule of the student achievement council:

(a) In a written or oral advertisement or other promotion of a business; or

(b) With the intent to:

(i) Obtain employment;

(ii) Obtain a license or certificate to practice a trade, profession, or occupation;

(iii) Obtain a promotion, compensation or other benefit, or an increase in compensation or other benefit, in employment or in the practice of a trade, profession, or occupation;

(iv) Obtain admission to an educational program in this state; or

(v) Gain a position in government with authority over another person, regardless of whether the person receives compensation for the position.

(3) The definitions in this subsection apply throughout this section and RCW 28B.85.220.

(a) “False academic credential” means a document that provides evidence or demonstrates completion of an academic or professional course of instruction beyond the secondary level that results in the attainment of an academic certificate, degree, or rank, and that is not issued by a person or entity that: (i) Is an entity accredited by an agency recognized as such by rule of the student achievement council or has the international equivalents of such accreditation; or (ii) is an entity authorized as a degree-granting institution by the student achievement council; or (iii) is an entity exempt from the requirements of authorization as a degree-granting institution by the student achievement council; or (iv) is an entity that has been granted a waiver by the student achievement council from the requirements of authorization by the council. Such documents include, but are not limited to, academic certificates, degrees, coursework, degree credits, transcripts, or certification of completion of a degree.

(b) “Grant” means award, bestow, confer, convey, sell, or give.

(c) “Offer,” in addition to its usual meanings, means advertise, publicize, or solicit.

(d) “Operate” includes but is not limited to the following:

(i) Offering courses in person, by correspondence, or by electronic media at or to any Washington location for degree credit;

(ii) Granting or offering to grant degrees in Washington;

(iii) Maintaining or advertising a Washington location, mailing address, computer server, or telephone number, for any purpose, other than for contact with the institution’s former students for any legitimate purpose related to the students having attended the institution.

(4) Issuing a false academic credential is a class C felony.

(5) Knowingly using a false academic credential is a gross misdemeanor.

 

As for Pierce College, I’d like some comment from the Dean of Students and/or  Board of Trustees Chair Ms. Roseblatt on why Pierce College approved employment of John E. Pennington with such fraudulent degrees.

As a taxpayer, I have standing to bring not only a criminal complaint for John Pennington false filings, but also a civil charge for state ethics violations.

Our children deserve better from us.

John E. Pennington, an instructor with Pierce College,  caught forging a court record last week in Tacoma, Washington.

It all started when the Gold Bar Reporter did what we’re supposed to do as a journalist, contacted him for comment about an upcoming article involving his false academic credentials.  Credentials John Pennington placed into public records at Pierce College, fraudulently obtaining a teaching position, a crime in Washington State.

According to Pierce College, Tacoma,  John E. Pennington did fraudulently use false Academic credentials to obtain a position at the College by falsely submitting that he has accredited college degrees.

John E. Pennington did knowingly falsify his academic credentials to Pierce College to obtain a employment, and is guilty of this crime as well.

This  contributed to the deaths (Black’s law dictionary, negligent homicide equates to killing) of 43 people in the Oso mudslides disaster. Had Snohomish County had an educated person at the helm of Emergency Management, 43 people would more than likely be alive today.

King County’s Major Crimes Unit public records document that Aaron Reardon’s executive officers had so much time on their hands to post defamatory articles on a website the trio set up titled ” The Sky Valley Chronicle” – a website to control the political message in the Sky Valley ( Monroe to Index).

John E. Pennington’s wife Crystal Hill Pennington was anonymously cyber-stalking anyone who dared question Aaron Reardon’s gang of thieves. Gold Bar’s Mayor Joe Beavers admitted under oath a deposition two weeks ago that he too was cyber-stalking people on the Sky Valley Chronicle.

Crystal Hill Pennington’s deposition is scheduled for December 6, 2016, and an update will follow.

Now this, Pierce College Trustees hired a man with fake credentials who killed 43 people, beats on women and abuses our kids?  What the hell  is going on inside Washington State that a man who has harmed so many people is allowed to fraud our future leaders?

Our kids deserve much more, as such, the Gold Bar Reporter filed a complaint against Pierce College, Tacoma, with the U.S. Department of Education as this is fraud.

In 2013, John E. Pennington, a resident of Duvall, Washington, applied for a position on the Duvall Washington Library Board. Pennington’s application was rejected, the basis according to the Board Chair  ” he had no respect for the First Amendment.”

So its no surprise that once we started investigating John E. Pennington false credentials by requesting access to public records at Pierce College ( RCW 42.56), John E. Pennington committed more fraud, but this time on Pierce College’s dime.

On October 24, 2016, a forged Snohomish County Process of Service paper was filed by Penningtons whiting it out ( forgery)  knowingly falsely filing an instrument with a public office.

On October 27, 2016, John E. Pennington appeared in front of Pierce County District Court ( where he nor his wife resides), sworn in captured on video camera, falsely certifying under oath that he served the Gold Bar Reporter with his petition for restraining order  ( prior restraint on free speech prohibited in the U.S.), attempting to SLAPP down the Gold Bar Reporter’s message.

A First Amendment lawyer stated ” Prior Restraints on free speech in America are considered a violation of my civil rights.”

According to the Snohomish County Sherriff’s Office, John E. Pennington forged the original document, and the unforged document delivered to John Pennington is this one:

SLAPP suits carry a $10, 0000.00per offense penalty.  An issue we suspect John E. Pennington could care less about as public records document that he cant pay his mortgage, so what’s a judgment for $50K?

Congrads to Pierce College, Tacoma, Washington, not only did the Board of Trustees hire a child/wife abuser, they also hired a man now guilty of perjury and forgery.

The Gold Bar Reporter filed a new complaint in King County seeking damages, and a Writ and Injunction ordering Pierce County off this case as not one person John Pennington fraudulently obtained a restraining order against lives in Pierce County.

The Gold Bar Reporter is seeking an additional $50,000.00 from the marital community of the Crystal Hill and John E. Pennington’s for severe emotional distress.

Late yesterday, we learned that Pierce County District  ” vacated” the restraining order and there is a criminal felony investigation under way against John E. Pennington and Crystal Hill Pennington (convicted of bank fraud,2005, 2000) and the case will be transferred to King County ( where according to the documents below, John E. Pennington has had countless criminal harassment complaints against him in King County).

John E. Pennington is the same political appointee who the Seattle Times quoted as saying Washington State’s largest slide area was “Considered very safe.”

As the Seattle Times reporter Mike Cater ( also the reporter who reported on Pennington fake academic credentials) wrote “It was considered very safe,” Pennington said. “This was a completely unforeseen slide. This came out of nowhere.”

John Pennington’s statements about the Oso mudslides were in complete contrast Daniel Miller, a geomorph­ologist, who wrote about Oso landslide conditions in his 1997 report for the Washington Department of Ecology and the Tulalip Tribes. Miller used reports and memos from the 1950s, 1960s, 1980s and 1990s, to support his 1997 report that the Oso area was unstable and should be evacuated.

Miller also stated that he was stunned and troubled to return to the area in 2006, to see new homes being built instead of  seeing homes being vacated.

Miller said “Frankly, I was shocked that the county permitted any building across from the river. . . It’s not unknown that this hazard exists.”

Miller contracted with the Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Forest Service in 1997.

Immediately following the Oso mudslide disaster, the Gold Bar Reporter contacted Miller asking him ” if John E. Pennington’s email showed that he ( Pennington) approved building on the Oso mudslide area, do you think he should be charged with negligent homicide?   He said ” if you have that kind of email, then Jay Inslee should order an outside agency to investigate John Pennington’s background.”  We said ” we already did… and Snohomish County was aware that John Pennington had falsified his academic  credentials and had countless abuse charges filed against him for criminal harassment and beating women. ” Miller’s voice crackled, and he sounded scared or tearful and hung up.

Obviously, Pierce College ( Tacoma) is a public agency subject to RCW 42.56, the Public Records Act.  Too bad, John Pennington’s conduct is subject to public scrutiny.

Perhaps Pennington’s next job will actually require working, preferably in private industry, so several investigative reporters and I can sleep at night.  Our children are  worthy of our efforts to protect their future to be educated by people who have real college degrees.

Once the Department of Education issues its findings in this matter, it will be posted.  Fraud like this harms all of us, and dummies down the U.S. educational system and will not go unchecked by the Gold Bar Reporter.

From FEMA to Snohomish County Washington and now to Pierce College ( Tacoma Washington diploma mill), dark  secrets unearthed. Gold Bar Reporters were the first to report on John E. Pennington’s criminal conduct, a small portion of our report is outlined below

MEET JOHN ‘ THEODORE TED BUNDY” PENNINGTON

John Pennington was a troubled youth who, according to one source “had a major drug problem by the age of 16.”  So it’s no surprise that in the late 1980’s, after being kicked out of Vanderbilt College in Tennessee after raping a female college student, John Pennington moved to a small suburban city just outside of San Diego California.

While in the San Diego area,  John Pennington meets his new victim, who believe he legally married, so are calling her ex-wife # 1, Carla M.

Two years later, John Pennington fled from Southern California, again heading home to Nashville, only after two small boys made allegations of sexual abuse against him while on a church camping trip.

While in Tennessee, John Pennington made an unsuccessful run for an open State Rep. seat.  After a landslide loss for Pennington, he again headed west. This time to Oregon where Pennington meets his next victim.

Mr. Pennington plead guilty to criminal assault 1 and harassment  ( His ex filed suit for damages Washington County Case # D911027SC) after he hospitalized his fiancé in Oregon and stole items from the community.

As a result, John Pennington fled from Oregon to Vancouver Washington. While in Vancouver Washington, John Pennington meets his next victim. Sadly, they soon married.

While working in a coffee delivery business, John Pennington stole coffee grinding equipment from his previous employer and used this equipment to start-up a coffee shop in Kelso. Purpose was to make it look like he was an entrepreneur ( but he is really a sociopath) as to grab an uncontested Republican seat in Cowlitz County.

It worked, the uneducated college dropout John Pennington managed to get elected to an uncontested WA House of Representatives seat. Unfortunately for residents in New Orleans and Oso Washington, he met a powerful Washington State Republican leader, Jennifer Dunn.

In 1992, a 5-year-old girl was kidnapped, raped, and then tossed along a Cowlitz County road like a piece of trash.  We sent our private investigators to Cowlitz County to talk with the lead Detective who confirmed the following facts:

John Pennington became one of two prime suspects for the following reasons:

(1) Pennington operated a coffee delivery route within six blocks of where the child was dumped after being raped; (2) he drove the same car; (3) he was in the area at the time of the child rape and could not explain his whereabouts; (4)  his picture from 1992 is a complete match to the child and witness sketch drawing of the pedophile; (5) he relentlessly convinced his ex-wife to call the police attempting to divert attention away from himself and onto another man; and ( 6) He has continuous and countless charges of child and spousal abuse, a man who cannot keep his hands to himself.

Unfortunately for the 5 year child, John Pennington meets a Kelso Washington city attorney named Michael Kenyon.

According to John Pennington’s divorce files he is also an abuser of prescription pills, and was detained at the US Mexico  for having narcotics ( non-prescription pain pills) on his person while coming back into the US. Pennington has never denied this allegation.

In 1995, John Pennington was also a member of the Washington State Militia, a group dedicated to over throwing the United States government. ” John sat around for years obsessed about getting even with the Longview Washington news reporter for reporting that John was a member of the State militia.”

From 1992 to 2005, John Pennington’s violence grew with his ex-wife. # 2, Valerie. From pushing her down a flight of stairs as well as constant physical harassment,  John Pennington never learned to keep his hands to himself.

But the case that raised our eyebrows is Mr. Pennington’s abuse on his ex-wife # 2 ( who is really ex-wife # 3) Anne Laughlin. Ms. Laughlin was a City of Duvall city council member at the time of Pennington’s assault of Anne. Anne was three weeks away from giving birth to her daughter when Pennington violently assaulted, kicked and punched Anne in the stomach and uterus. A real salt of the earth kind of man.

Since Ms. Laughlin was a Duvall city council member at the time, the City of Duvall sought a Special Prosecutor. The prosecutor assigned to prosecute wife beater John Pennington came from the law firm where Pennington’s buddy Michael Kenyon was employed.

In 2009 when Pennington assaulted Laughlin, this was his third domestic violence charge. This should have amounted to jail time for Pennington.

A close review of John Pennington’s Snohomish County travel records warrant a closer look into missing children in Washington, Alaska, Maryland.  Public monies allowed us to review his credit card receipts, telephone records, etc. information that another blogger turned over to authorities.

Any grown man that takes a shower with a six year old little girl is a pedophile.

In 2011, Kenyon Disend’s junior attorney, Ann Marie Soto, received an email from John Pennington via Snohomish County computers demanding that Kenyon Disend redact police reports involving John Pennington criminal harassment and assault that we requested under RCW 42.56.   There’s only one problem, at the time Pennington was communicating with Kenyon Disend’s attorney, he was not a City of Duvall employee thus no attorney client relationship existed.

We sought the advice of an expert in records issues who is of the opinion that Kenyon Disend’s redaction of police reports was not permissible under the Public Records Act.

Then a source close to ex # 2 ( or # 3 depending on what public records you believe as it relates to Pennington’s aliases) provided us with thousands of records relating to John Pennington, and those records included Pennington’s email communication with Duvall’s Mayor about how to get Pennington’s soon to be ex-wife Anne Laughlin off the City Council.

In 2009, Pennington then used Aaron Reardon’s connection to the Seattle Times reporter ( who then became Reardon’s aide) to post a story about Anne Laughlin, pretty much the same way he did to Gold Bar Reporters in February 2012. Former Seattle Times reporter Emily Heffner was contacted for comment but all she would say is ” you need to move because they are coming after you.” She never did state who “they” were, but as we stated to Ms. Heffner before, “We have only one live to give and it shall be for the betterment of our society as a whole.”

As of today, Attorney Michael Kenyon and Ann Marie Soto have bilked the taxpayers of Gold Bar over $1,350,000.00 hidng former Mayor Crystal Hill’s public records ( emails) documenting that she was practicing law without a license, and had lied on her F 1 form stating that she had never pled guilty to fraud when in fact she had plead guilty twice, one in 2000 in North Carolina and a second time in Snohomish County Washington; and John Pennington making racist comments about President Obama and running illegal ACCESS background checks in violation of RCW 10.97.

Both Penningtons are being sued for gross 1983 and RICO charges with depositions expected to start early next year.

The bigger question that Michael Kenyon refused to answer was what he gained for quashing John Pennington’s criminal charges for beating up his pregnant wife Anne, hiding John Pennington’s racist comments and his illegal background checks.

According to former Mayor Joe Beavers, John Pennington and Aaron Reardon “fixed” cases in Snohomish County Superior Court.

As a result of our six-year investigation, we are confident to report that attorney Michael Kenyon assisted John Pennington is committing felonies. Attorney Michael Kenyon and John Pennington will be sharing a prison cell together and we intend to make that happen even it takes me another 30 years, and I will continue to request access to public records and file suits against any agency that renders assistance to a pedophile and wife beater.

Our request for access to public records regarding this issue has already started.  The public, especially Pierce College students, have a legal right to know why Pierce College Board of Trustees would hire a child rapist and wife beater.

In 2000, John Pennington was George Bush Jr’s campaign manager here in Washington State.  Soon after George Bush Jr. was elected ( or stole the election with his brother’s assistance depending what you believe), George Jr. appointed John E Pennington and Michael Browne to positions inside FEMA. Sadly for America, not one FEMA Director was qualified for such positions.

As a result of Michael Browne and John Pennington’s inability to read, write and think effectively caused thousands of minority deaths in Hurricane Katrina.

Hurricane Katrina was an eye opener for those of us who actually earned accredited degrees and whose parents taught us to think critically. George W Bush Jr.’s decision to appoint friends instead of educated and skilled people resulted in massive human loss of life In New Orleans.

Had this story ended in New Orleans, we wouldn’t be exposing John E.Pennington today. But it didn’t, why is simple, because Washington State Senator Jennifer Dunn decided to use her political clout to appoint an uneducated bum to FEMA Region 10 ( Pacific Northwest).

What is even crazier is that George W Bush made an executive appointment without ever running a single background check on John Pennington prior to appointing him.

All that changed when America started calling for Michael Brownie’s head for causing  so many deaths in New Orleans. Perhaps Michael Browne might have survived press scrutiny had he not put in his email that was heading to Nordstroms to purchase new clothes for the cameras, while at the same time thousands of African Americans were floating down the street or in lock down inside an unsafe convention center.

African Americans were drowning in the streets of New Orleans, because FEMA Directors lacked basic college skills to handle such a disaster. In the case of Michael Browne, an unaccredited undergraduate degree as well as unaccredited law school diploma. In the case of John Pennington, an online diploma mill degree from an online school the U.S. Dept of Education said sold online diplomas at a flat rate, California Coastal College.

Hurricane Katrina, good bye Brownie, Hello Penny

After Michael Browne and Bernard Kerik made a laughing stock out of the George W and America, George Jr was quoted as saying ‘ Penny will make a great director of FEMA.”This was November 2005. But this time, the feds actually ran an extensive background on John Pennington, and discovered what we learned through years of sifting through public records. John Pennington is a dangerous sociopath with real anger management issues; anger he often takes out on women and children.

I never really thought much of George W Bush Jr. other than he’s a spolied little rich kid who never worked for a living. For the same reason, I couldn’t vote for Al Gore in 2000. Thus, I became one of Ralph Nader’s Raiders in 2000.

Fact is that I probably ran into John Pennington at the Republican National Convention that year in Philadelphia. I, and 1,000,000. Americans blocked the entrance to the Republican National Convention Center preventing many of George Jr’s delegates from accessing the convention center that year.

I was a proud member of Massachusettes ACT UP from UMASS, and had traveled all over the U.S. protesting what I believed to be unequal treatment of economically disadvantaged Americans in favor of corporations. I’m a strong believer that America should place “ people over profits.”

Strangely, I always had respect for George Bush Sr. Why is simple: George Sr is a well educated savey free thinker who listens to his opponents. Unlike his son, George Jr. , who was given a little too much growing up without working for it.  Hard work goes along way in molding one’s self esteem.

In 2005, Michael Browne was blamed for the deaths of thousands, because he was appointed to a position that he wasn’t qualified for.  So when George Jr. had to make a new appointment to FEMA Director, he looked to a devil wrapping himself with pages of the Bible, while at the same time molesting children and violently assaulting a pregnant woman in her third trimester, John E. Pennington.

For those reporting the news in Washington D.C just after George Bush Jr’s FEMA Directors caused so much misery to so many residents and their survivors in New Orleans, Bush Jr. was quoted as saying ” Penny would make a great Director.”

Because the feds didn’t want George Jr. to go through yet another scathing news story like he did when he chose Kerik to head Homeland Security (who ended up being prime suspect in a murder case and had direct ties to organized crime) and Michael Browne and his fake degrees with extensive skills in horse breeding debacles, any appointment would go through extensive background checks prior to Congressional Hearings.

As a result of the feds extensive background check on John Pennington, he was forced to resign from FEMA or be exposed in a very public way. John Pennington lied about his termination from FEMA stating that he and Tamara Doherty were caught misusing the FEMA credit cards.

This was simply a smoke screen to cover up what we just learned from a federal source over Labor Day Weekend.

John Pennington was terminated from FEMA because the feds learned what we reported on over the last seven years; pedophilia deviant uneducated child abuser who has sick fetish for kids, John Pennington. A sociopath who reminds me of Ted Bundy.

Unfortunately for Oso Washington residents,  George W Bush Jr.’s  administration thought it was ok to set him loose on Snohomish County residents just so George Jr didn’t have to suffer public press embarassment again.

On March 24, 2014, John Pennington caused 43 residents in Oso Washington to suffocate to death in Washington State’s most preventable loss of life natural disaster. Washington State Bar Racketeering Caught on Camera

 

On October 4, 2015, we posted the following true story about John Pennington’s “fixer” Washington State Bar Hearing Officer attorney Lin O’Dell.  Ms. O’Dell was caught accepting financial bribes from John E. Pennington from April to September 2014.

John Pennington was a troubled youth who, according to one source “had a major drug problem by the age of 16.”  So it’s no surprise that in the late 1980’s, after being kicked out of Vanderbilt College in Tennessee after raping a female college student, John Pennington moved to a small suburban city just outside of San Diego California.

While in the San Diego area,  John Pennington meets his new victim, who believe he legally married, so are calling her ex-wife # 1, Carla M.

Two years later, John Pennington fled from Southern California, again heading home to Nashville, only after two small boys made allegations of sexual abuse against him while on a church camping trip.

While in Tennessee, John Pennington made an unsuccessful run for an open State Rep. seat.  After a landslide loss for Pennington, he again headed west. This time to Oregon where Pennington meets his next victim.

Mr. Pennington plead guilty to criminal assault 1 and harassment  ( Washington County Case # D911027SC documents property penalties as a result of his assault) after he hospitalized his fiancé in Oregon. A felony that has somehow vanished, partly, except for the property judgment. **

As a result, John Pennington fled from Oregon to Vancouver Washington. While in Vancouver Washington, John Pennington meets his next victim. Sadly, they soon married.

While working in a coffee delivery business, John Pennington stole coffee grinding equipment from his previous employer and used this equipment to start-up a coffee shop in Kelso. Purpose was to make it look like he was an entrepreneur ( but he is really a sociopath) as to grab an uncontested Republican seat in Cowlitz County.

It worked, the uneducated college dropout John Pennington managed to get elected to an uncontested WA House of Representatives seat. Unfortunately for residents in New Orleans and Oso Washington, he met a powerful Washington State Republican leader, Jennifer Dunn.

In 1992, a 5-year-old girl was kidnapped, raped, and then tossed along a Cowlitz County road like a piece of trash.  We sent our private investigators to Cowlitz County to talk with the lead Detective who confirmed the following facts:

John Pennington became one of two prime suspects for the following reasons:

(1) Pennington operated a coffee delivery route within six blocks of where the child was dumped after being raped; (2) he drove the same car; (3) he was in the area at the time of the child rape and could not explain his whereabouts; (4)  his picture from 1992 is a complete match to the child and witness sketch drawing of the pedophile; (5) he relentlessly convinced his ex-wife to call the police attempting to divert attention away from himself and onto another man; and ( 6) He has continuous and countless charges of child and spousal abuse, a man who cannot keep his hands to himself.

According to John Pennington’s divorce files he is also an abuser of prescription pills, and was detained at the US Mexico  for having narcotics ( non-prescription pain pills) on his person while coming back into the US. Pennington has never denied this allegation.

In 1995, John Pennington was also a member of the Washington State Militia, a group dedicated to over throwing the United States government. ” John sat around for years obsessed about getting even with the Longview Washington news reporter for reporting that John was a member of the State militia.”

From 1992 to 2005, John Pennington’s violence grew with his ex-wife. # 2, Valerie. From pushing her down a flight of stairs as well as constant physical harassment,  John Pennington never learned to keep his hands to himself.

But the case that raised our eyebrows is Mr. Pennington’s abuse on his ex-wife # 2 ( who is really ex-wife # 3) Anne Laughlin. Ms. Laughlin was a City of Duvall city council member at the time of Pennington’s assault of Anne. Anne was three weeks away from giving birth to her daughter when Pennington violently assaulted, kicked and punched Anne in the stomach and uterus. A real salt of the earth kind of man.

Since Ms. Laughlin was a Duvall city council member at the time, the City of Duvall sought a Special Prosecutor. The prosecutor assigned to prosecute wife beater John Pennington came from the law firm where Pennington’s buddy Michael Kenyon was employed.

In 2009 when Pennington assaulted Laughlin, this was his third domestic violence charge. This should have amounted to jail time for Pennington.

A close review of John Pennington’s Snohomish County travel records warrant a closer look into missing children in Washington, Alaska, Maryland.  Public monies allowed us to review his credit card receipts, telephone records, etc. information that another blogger turned over to authorities.

Any grown man that takes a shower with a six year old little girl is a pedophile.

In 2011, Kenyon Disend’s junior attorney, Ann Marie Soto, received an email from John Pennington via Snohomish County computers demanding that Kenyon Disend redact police reports involving John Pennington criminal harassment and assault that we requested under RCW 42.56.   There’s only one problem, at the time Pennington was communicating with Kenyon Disend’s attorney, he was not a City of Duvall employee thus no attorney client relationship existed.

We sought the advice of an expert in records issues who is of the opinion that Kenyon Disend’s redaction of police reports was not permissible under the Public Records Act.

Then a source close to ex # 2 ( or # 3 depending on what public records you believe as it relates to Pennington’s aliases) provided us with thousands of records relating to John Pennington, and those records included Pennington’s email communication with Duvall’s Mayor about how to get Pennington’s soon to be ex-wife Anne Laughlin off the City Council.

In 2009, Pennington then used Aaron Reardon’s connection to the Seattle Times reporter ( who then became Reardon’s aide) to post a story about Anne Laughlin, pretty much the same way he did to Gold Bar Reporters in February 2012. Former Seattle Times reporter Emily Heffner was contacted for comment but all she would say is ” you need to move because they are coming after you.” She never did state who “they” were, but as we stated to Ms. Heffner before, “We have only one live to give and it shall be for the betterment of our society as a whole.”

As of today, Attorney Michael Kenyon and Ann Marie Soto have bilked the taxpayers of Gold Bar over $1,350,000.00 hidng former Mayor Crystal Hill’s public records ( emails) documenting that she was practicing law without a license, and had lied on her F 1 form stating that she had never pled guilty to fraud when in fact she had plead guilty twice, one in 2000 in North Carolina and a second time in Snohomish County Washington; and John Pennington making racist comments about President Obama and running illegal ACCESS background checks in violation of RCW 10.97.

Both Penningtons are being sued for gross 1983 and RICO charges with depositions expected to start early next year.

The bigger question that Michael Kenyon refused to answer was what he gained for quashing John Pennington’s criminal charges for beating up his pregnant wife Anne, hiding John Pennington’s racist comments and his illegal background checks.

According to former Mayor Joe Beavers, John Pennington and Aaron Reardon “fixed” cases in Snohomish County Superior Court.

As a result of our six-year investigation, we are confident to report that attorney Michael Kenyon assisted John Pennington is committing felonies. Attorney Michael Kenyon and John Pennington will be sharing a prison cell together and we intend to make that happen even it takes me another 30 years, and I will continue to request access to public records and file suits against any agency that renders assistance to a pedophile and wife beater.

After Michael Browne and Bernard Kerik made a laughing stock out of the George W and America, George Jr was quoted as saying ‘ Penny will make a great director of FEMA.”This was November 2005. According to Washington State Attorney General Nancy Krier such agreements are not permissible under the Public Records Act. A fact that we are not sure that she shared with Kenyon. In 2008 one of Kenyon Disend’s lawyers ( Special Prosecutor) managed to quash John Pennington’s domestic violence charges. Soon thereafter, the Law Firm of Kenyon Disend received two lucrative contracts, one with the City of Duvall and the other with the City of Gold Bar.

Then in 2011, Kenyon Disend’s junior attorney, Ann Marie Soto, received an email from John Pennington via Snohomish County computers demanding that Kenyon Disend redact police reports involving John Pennington’s that we requested under RCW 42.56. We sought the advice of an expert in records issues who is of the opinion that Kenyon Disend’s redaction of police reports was not permissible under the Public Records Act.

Then a source close to ex # 2 ( or # 3 depending on what public records you believe as it relates to Pennington’s aliases) provided us with thousands of records relating to John Pennington, and those records included Pennington’s email communication with Duvall’s Mayor about how to get Pennington’s soon to be ex-wife Anne Laughlin off the City Council.

In 2009, Pennington then used Aaron Reardon’s connection to the Seattle Times reporter ( who then became Reardon’s aide) to post a story about Anne Laughlin, pretty much the same way he did to Gold Bar Reporters in February 2012. Former Seattle Times reporter Emily Heffner was contacted for comment but all she would say is ” you need to move because they are coming after you.” She never did state who “they” were, but as we stated to Ms. Heffner before, “We have only one live to give and it shall be for the betterment of our society as a whole.”

As of today, Attorney Michael Kenyon and Ann Marie Soto have bilked the taxpayers of Gold Bar over $920,000.00 hiding former Mayor Crystal Hill’s public records ( emails) documenting that she was practicing law without a license, and John Pennington making racist comments about President Obama and running illegal ACCESS background checks in violation of RCW 10.97.

The bigger question that Michael Kenyon refused to answer was what he gained for quashing John Pennington’s criminal charges for beating up his pregnant wife Anne, hiding John Pennington’s racist comments and his illegal background checks. Pennington has countless child abuse and spousal abuse complaints against him; Mr. Pennington is a racist according to people close to him he said ” I only support abortion when a white woman is raped by a black man” Just like Hitler, John E. Pennington has a real disdain for minorities

As a result of our six-year investigation, we are confident to report that attorney Michael Kenyon assisted John Pennington is committing felonies. Attorney Michael Kenyon and John Pennington should be sharing a prison cell together and we intend to make that happen even it takes me another 30 years.

Both attorney Michael Kenyon and Snohomish County’s number political welfare recipient are being sued under RICO.

In May 2015, immediately following a lawful article I wrote about corrupt Duvall police officer, Lori Batiot filed a petition for restraining order, written by John E. Pennington, terminated Director of Emergency Management ( only after he killed 43 people in the Oso mudslides), and his bank frauding wife Crystal Hill Pennington ( nee. Berg, convicted of bank fraud in Snohomish County, WA, 2005, bank fraud in North Carolina using an alias of Chris Hill, 2000).

About one month ago, a source inside the City of Brier called to inform us that Lori Batiot and John Pennington’s relationship was sexual while John Pennington was appointed to FEMA Region X in 2001. Batiot and Pennington met while she worked as coffee barista in Bellingham Washington,  and when John Pennington owned a coffee delivery company , a source said.

As one source inside the City of Brier said ” if Batiot’s personal relationship to John Pennington was exposed, their both guilty of racketeering as outlined herein. After Batiot had been constructively terminated from the City of Brier, she was penniless and wanted to collect child support.   Instead,  Batiot received a job with the City of Duvall in exchange .. Duval’s Mayor works for Waste Management and John Pennington misused his political influence to help him gets contracts with Snohomish County in exchange.”

We have a lot more on their personal relationship, but since a child is involved, we’re not going to post what we know.  But let’s just say, over 1.5 years later, we now know why the City of Duvall hired a corrupt police officer. Remember, Lori Batiot was fired for drunk driving, fired from two police departments for conduct unbecoming of a police officer, failed a state mental health evaluation, and is guilty of countless episodes of unlawful and unbecoming police conduct, in the same town where John E. Pennington resides, Duvall Washington.

Lori Batiot is now on Washington State’s Brady Cop list. Brady cops are known liars.

Below is a story published by another news reporter here in Snohomish County about corrupt Duvall police officer Lori Batiot’s little racketeering crimes against us for reporting the news on John Pennington, Crystal Hill Pennington ( nee Berg) criminal racketeering conduct.

Knowing what we know 1.5 years later, this article below, now makes sense why a corrupt cop from Duvall and John Pennington tired so desperately to SLAPP down our messages. Their little racketeering crimes of trying to SLAPP down messages have now lead to at least six prosecutors being sued for racketeering and five government officers being tossed by the voters in the last five years.

Thankfully, two judges tossed their corrupt acts as a prior restraints on free speech, the Honorable Judge Smith, King County Shoreline District, basically called Lori Batiot a liar and corrupt. At least someone attorneys are honorable.

Free speech is never criminal, if it were, America would be renamed  ” The Communist States of America.”  In fact, it’s the only tangible item that separates other countries from America.  The First Amendment is what makes America great.

My right to redress a government official, who is being paid with our tax monies, it’s called ” redress” and our RCW makes it clear that any such attempts to SLAPP down our messages holds a $10,000.00 per offense penalty, not to the government but to the corrupt person who tried to attack our message.

Sadly for John Pennington, he just can’t seem to find a job that doesn’t require a political appointment outside of government, because if he did, he’d actually have to work. Something, according to at least two sources, he has no work ethic or as one former employee said ”  Pennington is lazy son of a bitch! He’s also as stupid as a post and borderline illiterate. ”

John Pennington’s conduct in the Oso mudslide disaster speaks for itself as does his diploma mill online flat fee degrees Senator Tom Harkin called fraud. Pennington’s conduct herein speaks for itself.

A person who communicates a complaint or information to any branch or agency of federal, state, or local government, or to any self-regulatory organization that regulates persons involved in the securities or futures business and that has been delegated authority by a federal, state, or local government agency and is subject to oversight by the delegating agency, is immune from civil liability for claims based upon the communication to the agency or organization regarding any matter reasonably of concern to that agency or organization. A person prevailing upon the defense provided for in this section is entitled to recover expenses and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in establishing the defense and in addition shall receive statutory damages of ten thousand dollars.

I don’t know why but in reading the new public records I keep hearing the theme song from the Pink Panther and seeing the bumbling Inspector Clousteau, the only difference is that this is real, not some silly movie or cartoon.

I’m not sure if King County Sheriff Cary Coblantz has been watching too many spy movies or if he was trying to get a little something with Sgt Batiot. He has taken far more then any professional interest in Batiot and this case, to the point of being absolutely inappropriate.

Why is he driving Ms Batiot to court? Does she not know how to drive (sober) or is he using this as a way to get a little too close.

Evidently he also hasn’t done much investigating of anything, he just take Batiot’s word about anything she says and what officer doesn’t know what a SLAPP suit is? Maybe if he would’ve actually read further he could’ve figured it out.

As for his assertion that he is going to meet with a King County District Court DPA to see if this case can be considered for “Global Prosecution” it would almost be funny if he wouldn’t have taken the predicate act to try to accomplish this end…

 

Domestic spying on a US Citizen, a law abiding, tax paying citizen should scare the crap out of everyone.
This also explains why the DOJ has never stepped in to combat or control the corruption in Snohomish County. They are just as guilty if not more of abuse of authority against it’s very own citizens.

This was not a matter of National Security, this was a civil, not criminal matter, this is against the law.

This sadly is our own Government abusing it’s authority. With the recent hackings of so many companies and govt branches what if someone else got a hold of Ms Block and Mr Frederick’s personal info? Info they had no legal authority to share.

I believe it was Mike Carter from the Seattle Times who called Anne Block delusional, said she was making up the fact that her personal info was being shared by Interpol and that she was being tracked, said she was just plain wrong because stuff like that didn’t happen….

I’d think he might like to issue an apology to Ms Block because as the saying goes “Crow pie is a lot easier to eat while it’s warm” but this is not the first time that these reporters have discounted Ms Block’s assertions and been 110% absolutely wrong.

Inspector Clousau, King County Sheriff’s Officer, Cary Coblantz,  you might look harder on my site because it’s clear that the Gold Bar Reporter has a section published titled “about me.” Now, I’ve investigated your criminal racketeering enough to know Mr. Coblantz that you don’t have a college degree, and from the looks of the police report you either failed “Police Civil Liability” or King County failed in its training, because First Amendment protected speech is NEVER criminal especially when it’s matters of public concern involving public officials, unless you threaten someone’s life.

In case my readers aren’t clear on why Sno County Reporter posted the emails, it’s because soon after I started requesting Lori Batiot’s email communication, she panicked and attempted to obtain a restraining order against me for reporting on her little racket of not pressing criminal charges against Pennington ( noting she was engaged in an affair with him for years and had no business investigating a single complaint made against him by anyone, but we discovered five complaints in Duvall that had Batiot’s signature is on the bottom of the incident report and in each case she found that there was insufficient evidence to pursue her dear friend John Pennington for criminal harassment, and in one complaint Crystal Hill threatens us with a gun and throws a Blackberry device at a Duvall police officer).

In May 2015, while traveling with my partner from London Heathrow Airport to Seattle Tacoma International Airport, corrupt police officer Lori Batiot and King County Sheriff Cary Coblantz lied to the Department of Justice Interpol claiming I was wanted back in the US for a felony warrant with extradition back to the US.  No such warrant ever existed and both Lori Batiot and Cary Coblantz are being sued for gross 1983 violations, and violating my right to be free from illegal search and seizures in violation of the 4th and 14th Amendments.

What should be noted is that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals may have a lot of wiggle room on the racketeering complaint,  but since the government criminals above put their 1983 violations inside public records (emails), my 1983 Complaint and state defamation suit will come back from the 9th Circuit, and when it does, Ron Fejfar is the first person I’m going to depose, and new Director of Emergency Management Director Jason Bierman.   ( note that Jason Bierman is an honorable man, and by no way should my desire to depose him imply that he was in any way involved in John Pennington’s criminal conduct as noted herein. But he, just like two other DEM employees, heard a lot while working around a sociopath  like John Pennington, and that’s what we’re going to discuss with him.”

Bloggers protected under Washington State’s Media Shield Laws

I don’t have much respect for or confidence in Washington State Courts’ these days, but in the case of what constitutes illegal subpoenas, the Washington Court of Appeals Division One got it  right on Media Shield laws.

According to the Washington Court of Appeals ruling in The Republic of Kazakhstan v. DOES 100 LLC, the Court of Appeals held, “We decline to read the statute so narrowly. The plain language of RCW 5.68.010 (1)(a) is very broad. It protects against disclosure of the identity of a source of any news or information. It also protects against the disclosure of any information that would tend to identify a source.”

In November 2013, Washington State Bar Association’s lead counsel Linda Eide sent an illegal subpoena to the Gold Bar Reporters seeking media files and the testimony of a news reporter, the Gold Bar Reporter. Basically, the Gold Bar Reporter told Linda Eide to “ go pound sand, go get a court order. ”

I always knew the subpoena the Washington State Bar Association sent to the Gold Bar Reporter seeking media files and the deposition testimony of a news reporter was not only illegal but also unconstitutional on its face.

The Gold Bar Reporter views her First Amendment rights as “ non-negotiable, not for sale, and not subject to the Washington State Bar Association’s approval or disapproval, so we objected on First Amendment and Media Shield grounds.”

The Washington State Bar believing themselves to be above the Constitutional protections afforded to all citizens here in Washington State  ignored and spit on the First Amendment and Media Shield laws, RCW 5.68.010.

Why is simple, Washington State Bar lead counsel Linda Eide is a personal friend to a corrupt political appointee named John E. Pennington, a man who killed 43 people in the Oso Washington mudslides.  John Pennington is the man responsible for the Oso mudslides here in Snohomish County Washington.  Just one issue I was reporting on, who some say, will bankrupt Snohomish County. Welcome to capitalism.

In March 2016, a source from the Attorney General’s Office in Olympia called to let us know that John Pennington, the man who caused 43 people to suffocate to death in the Oso mudslides, was finally deposed in the Oso cases, and it didn’t go well.

No surprise to those us who investigated John Pennington’s criminal conduct over the last thirty years.

Now for those of my readers who know me, know beyond any shadow of doubt that my God is not the all mighty dollar, she’s a non-tangible item, and her name is “ Justice.”

Justice is not something one can purchase nor is it something that can be described by people who view the all mighty dollar as proving one’s accomplishments in this World.

Justice is something that I hold heavy on my heart, especially when I see government officials spiting and trampling on the rights of the accused or citizens who have little or no resources to fight back.  Sad for the powers that be, my publishers made sure that I don’t have to think about money for some time.

Justice means holding the criminals accountable, and not abusing the power granted to you by the State.  Justice requires sacrifice and doesn’t come without sweat, hard work, years and years of demands, hardships, and has no price tag.

When I think of  Justice I think of John F. Kennedy’s speech “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”

The United States has entered a dark and gloomy time in its history, which I hope is never repeated by the next generation.  Martin Luther King, Alice Paul, and Elizabeth Cady Stanton would be quite ashamed of where America is today. On the other hand, Adolf Hitler would be quite proud.

When we fight back saying “ hell no, were not going to take it anyone.” They come after you.  Perhaps  the powers to be had no idea that I was raised by five older siblings who taught me to fight when pushed by a bully, or that my parents taught me that the most patriotic duty an American has is to question government officials.  This attribute, I see in everyone of my parent’s children, and almost all of my close friends.

When I think of my mother, I think of a phrase she said often “this World isn’t about you or me!” As a child, I had no idea what she meant, but today I couldn’t agree with her more.

Activism is slowly evaporating, and I fear America will soon become a 3rd World country if the average middle class American doesn’t start pushing back against corrupt government officials.

Judge Ricardo Martinez, a Washington State Bar member, refuses to recuse himself from Block v. Washington State Bar Association, et al, filed in US Federal District Court, even though public records document that Martinez has a personal and pecuniary interest ( public speaker) with the Washington State Bar and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals already held in four cases that anytime the Bar is listed as a Defendant, all Washington Bar members must recuse themselves and assign an out of state judge.  Ethics complaints against Martinez followed.

Judge Ricardo Martinez’s unconstitutional Order in Block v WSBA et al (Seattle Federal District) from filing lawsuits is an unconstitutional order, amounts to a Strategic Suit Against Public Participation ( SLAPP), and violates the First Amendment to the US Constitution.

Perhaps Judge Ricardo Martinez failed or skipped constitutional law, but I didn’t. I ate, slept, and dreamed constitutional law before, during and after law school.

My First Amendment protected activity is not subject to Judge Martinez’s approval or disapproval and in my opinion Judge Martinez should be removed from the bench for breaching judicial ethics.

By violating my First Amendment rights forcing his blatant disregard for the rule of law,  Judge Martinez  strengthened my resolve to make sure every law school and every constitutional law professor understands just how dangerous Judge Martinez  and the Washington State Bar’s blatant disrespect of free speech and our right to report on the news are to a free and open society.

A Special Thanks to Washington State Court of Appeals, Division One.

On February 22, 2016, the Court of Appeals, Division One, agreed with us confirming what we already knew – the subpoena Washington State Bar Association’s counsel Linda Eide issued to the Gold Bar Reporter was illegal and non-enforceable on its face.

For us, this makes the Washington State Bar Association’s subpoena a per se infringement on our First Amendment rights to engage in lawful news reporting and blogging free from government interference.

Hence why I filed an Interlocutory Appeal to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.   The day I stand by idle while anyone, including his Majesty Ricardo Martinez tramples on my First Amendment rights is the day I take my last breath on this planet.

Linda Eide soiled my feelings about the Washington State Bar beyond reconciliation, and I am now a member of the Reformed Washington State Bar Association.  We promise, the next chapter will be a thriller and forever change the Bar.

The American Bar Association called the Washington State Bar Office of Disciplinary Counsel  “the fox in the hen house.”  Last year alone, the Washington State Bar was sued for racketeering and Sherman Anti-Trust six times.  All but one case is still pending in the US Federal Courts, and my hope is to file a class action lawsuit soon.

Most the Washington State Bar members I know are ready for change and believe that I am the Rose Parks to the movement. I’m not sure about being the Rose Parks to abolishing the corrupt Washington State Bar, but I’m ok if people believe that I can help lead America away from fascism and toward my God, “ Justice.”

As a citizen and a journalist, I decided enough is enough after reviewing public emails from Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe’s Office, which clearly amount to criminal racketeering. As a result, I filed suit against Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe, and several officers from King and Snohomish County Washington, and several criminals from the Washington State Bar Association.

Public records released from King and Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Offices confirm that Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe elicited the assistance of King County Prosecutor Mark Larsen trying to trump up criminal charges against the Gold Bar Reporter simply for reporting on criminal conduct of government officials here in Washington State.

Our U.S. Supreme Court prohibits punishing free speech; and I’d like our readers to know that the Gold Bar Reporters have never been sued for defamation.

All protected free speech issues, and protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  Perhaps Mark Roe failed or skipped constitutional law?

Mark Roe’s attempts to use King County Prosecutor Mark Larsen to trump up criminal charges on the Gold Bar Reporter failed, and his criminal racketeering group ( posted pictures above) attempts to maliciously prosecute the Gold Bar Reporter solely based on “free speech”, false statements and altered documents filed inside King County Courts by Lori Baiot and John and Crystal Hill Pennington only seals the civil rights complaints.

Washington State’s Public Records Act, a powerful tool to expose the cockroaches where they hide – inside the wall of government agencies.

Snohomish County taxpayers should be happy to know that corrupt Duvall Washington police officer named Lori Batiot had a direct line to Snohomish County Prosecutor Marie Gallagher, only after she was notified she was being sued for gross civil rights violations and racketeering. Public records confirm beyond any shadow of a doubt that Lori Batiot  continued her racketeering/criminal conduct for months after she was notified that she was being sued for gross civil rights violations, and she was stupid enough to disseminate her criminal activity inside public records.

When I think of Lori Batiot, John Pennington, and Crystal Hill Pennington ( nee Berg, convicted of bank fraud 2005)   I think of the Wizard of Oz song   “If I only had a brain” John Pennington playing the cowardly Lion; Batiot as the Scarecrow; Crystal Hill as the Tin Man ( using a little too much oil); and Linda Loen ( high and stupid) as Dorothy.

Judge Applewick had no business on any case involving John Pennington at all whatsoever yet there he was, sweeping it all away for his dear friend.

Crystal Pennington and Laura Kelly are clearly both thieves, yet Applewick acted as if they could tell no lies. Applewick knew there was a clear conflict as soon as he seen the name Pennington and he should’ve immediately recused himself.

This is a violation, a crystal clear violation of Judicial Conduct but since the head of the Commission of Judicial Conduct is a former minion of Anderson Hunter I doubt anything will be done. I have forwarded this info to Ms Block and I can only pray that she nails this corrupt slug to a wall.

King County released records confirming beyond any shadow of a doubt that Duvall Prosecutor Sandra Sullivan ( Meadowcraft) who works for Kenyon Disend ( also city attorney for Gold Bar and City of Duvall) on a contractual basis quashed criminal assault charges as political favors for then Executive Aaron Reardon, on behalf of Snohomish County’s number one political bum, John E. Pennington.

The City of Shoreline also turned over public records confirming that Ms. Sullivan ( Meadowcraft)  is at it again, but this time with her friend and former City of Gold Bar/ Snohomish County Prosecutor Margaret King ( who now works for the City of Shoreline).

Attorney Margaret King is the attorney created the City of Gold Bar’s public records debacle by hiding public records involving attorneys Michael Kenyon and Sandra Sullivan ( Meadowcraft) quashing criminal assault charges against John E. Pennington after he violently assaulted a pregnant woman just three weeks before the delivery of her daughter.  Public Records Michael Kenyon unlawfully billed the City of Gold Bar to hide his law firms crimes.

Luckily, Gold Bar had a clerk, Laura Kelly, who was terminated for stealing from the City that was far from the sharpest tool in shed. Records released from the City of Shoreline and Duvall document that the records that corrupt police officer Lori Baiot placed inside the public record belong to another blogger, were altered by Crystal Hill Pennington ( who with no surprise plead guilty to bank fraud in 2005) and pedophile from Snohomish County named John E. Pennington.

John E. Pennington is Snohomish County’s former Director who caused 43 people in Oso Washington to suffocate to death in March 2014, because instead of doing his job, he was off operating his own company on the County’s dime, and according to an insider, he was criminal harassing Gold Bar Reporters, while blogging on his Sky Valley Chronicle blog spot.

See below. Illegal tracking of US citizens without a warrant overseas, in violation of the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution.  Shoreline Officer Cary Coblantz was notified that he is being sued under 42 USC 1983 and RICO for his illegal conduct.

Cary Coblantz’s phone records confirm beyond any shadow of doubt that Sandra Sullivan assisted John Pennington’s little Racketeering efforts attempting to have the Gold Bar Reporter charged with a crime.

A RICO suit has been filed noting the City of Duvall’s municipal law firm of Kenyon Disend for Racketeering.  Attorney Sandra Sullivan  was informed on Thursday that she will be added to the next RICO suit after text messages and phone records from King County link her to the RICO Enterprise. Last month, King County Prosecutor’s released a statement stating that Duvall police officer Lori Batiot’s and Crystal Hill Pennington and John Pennington’s complaints based solely on issues of free speech, protected First Amendment activity were “unfounded.”

In March 2015, King County Judge Meyers “DENIED” Lori Batiot’s friends, Crystal Hill Pennington and John Pennington’s request to “restrain” the Gold Bar Reporters as a “prior restraint on free speech.”

Public emails released from King County confirms that King County Sheriff’s Officer Cary Coblantz issued a false statement inferring that Gold Bar Reporter Anne Block and her partner were wanted for “felony warrants” thus luring the Department of Justice Interpol ( DOJ) into their little RICo gang.

Cary Coblantz then illegally tracked Block and her partner coming from London Heathrow Airport to Seattle as well las Block’s private investigator and his wife. And now thanks to King County, we know that John Pennington is directly linked to the illegal tracking of the Gold Bar Reporter and her partner coming back from London Heathrow Airport.

As of now, John Pennington is being sued in US Federal Court for Racketeering, and a new suit is on its way just in time for 2016.

A Internal affairs complaint has been substantiated against King County Officer/scum Cary Coblantz, and he was notifed that he will be named in a RICO suit coming soon.

All over assisting a corrupt police officer who has a long history of conduct hardly becoming of any person let alone a police officer.

Duvall Mayor Will Ibershoff Hired John Pennington’s Mistress, a drunk pill popper

The City of Duvall released Lori Batiot’s Washington State Patrol record documenting that she was drunk at the time of a car accident; she blew a blood alcohol content (BAC) of  .129 (between 6- 7 drinks), lied to Whatcom County Sheriff’s Officer, and she was on mental health pills Zoloft and Valium at the same time she was driving drunk.

Above are copies of Lori Batiot’s police report verifying everything we’ve written about her conduct being ” unbecoming” of any police officer.

Better question those of us involved in exposing corrupt public officers like Lori Batiot is whether she had a legally issued prescription for the anti-depressant and valium’s she was using at the time she was arrested for DUI.

According to Batiot’s police report, she was using valium to “relax” herself because of a dentist appointment. We’re not sure about our readers but we don’t know too many dentists who are open at 0145 am ( time of Batiot’s arrest).

This police report is also at least the 3rd public record where Batiot accuses a person of “stalking.”  Seems like any time someone starts to uncover her crimes, she alleges “stalking.”

In the above record, it’s clear just based on Batiot’s BaC at the time of the her DUI arrest, she lied about the amount of alcohol she had just before driving and causing a major accident along  I-5 ( Bellingham).  She is  “unfit” for public duty.

Our readers should note that Lori Batiot managed to get hired as a police officer from the City of Duvall  after being fired for misconduct from the City of Ferndale and from the City of Brier.  We have ample reason to believe that Lori Batiot managed to get hired in Duvall because that’s where her very very very good friend John E. Pennington lives.

According to the below public record, John Pennington enjoys taking naked showers with little girls.  There is no evidence that John Pennington ever tried to Motion to Strike out this declaration, which would be pretty hard to do since the truth is an affirmative defense.

Further, public records from Duvall documents that John E. Pennington’s friend and Mayor Will Ibershoff hired Lori Batiot.  Emails from John Pennington’s divorce files confirms that Mayor Ibershoff assisted John Pennington in removing his wife Anne as a duly elected council member ( which is alleged in a RICO suit to amount to extortion), after she fled Duvall for her life when John Pennington kicked and punched her just three weeks before the delivery of her daughter.

John Pennington, a source inside Snohomish County, used by several newspapers, managed to get news story in the Seattle Times about Anne Laughlin not being a resident of Duvall thus she had to resign.  What the Times did not report was that John E. Pennington had just been charged with criminal assault of 3rd trimester pregnant woman and that was the reason Anne fled from Duvall ( temporarily seeking battered women’s shelter).

 The Bellingham WA State Patrol DUI police report confirms our worst fears; the City of Duvall knew about Lori Batiot’s criminal history before she was hired, and we believe that this makes her unfit for public service. Popping pills while drunk driving at minimum should speak for itself.

Before Lori Batiot managed to obtain a job as a police officer, her work experience was that of a coffee Barista!

The City of Duvall’s employee file of Lori Batiot also supports that she has no college degree and was fired from the City of Ferndale and City of Brier.

We feel that her days as a coffee Barista and her affair ( as stated in her DUI arrest record) lead to her obtaining a job with the City of Ferndale. A job she was unqualified for but managed to obtain.

We have ample evidence to state that Lori Batiot was hired by the City of Duvall as a political favor to Snohomish County’s number one welfare recipient  John E. Pennington.More that issue soon.

John Pennington often brags that he set up little RICO members inside government agencies to protect him from being charged with crimes.  Police reports from the City of Duvall confirms that Lori Batiot ran criminal obstruction for John Pennington anytime someone filed a criminal complaint against him.

Thus, the Gold Bar Reporters add one more cockroach to our list of public officials who need a hell of a lot of sunshine. As such, we will continue to post records relating to Lori Batiot’s misconduct so long as she’s a public official.

As former Washington State attorney general Rob McKenna nicely argued in Referendum 71, all public officers are subject to public scrutiny, or as Justice Scalia said “the fact is that running a democracy takes a certain amount of civic courage. And the First Amendment does not protect you from criticism or even nasty phone calls when you exercise your political rights to legislate, or to take part in the legislative process.”

Whether it’s a police officer, public official, politician, or a former Mayor of Gold Bar who is responsible for over $200,000 missing from Gold Bar’s water fund, to allow a person in a position of power to retaliate against a well respected news source  would mean that I condone such criminal behavior from our public officials. Simply put, I do not and will not.

Citizens are the checks and balances to a clean government. It’s our responsibly to expose corrupt public officials regardless of the personal cost to one’s self. Justice has no borders, has no price tag. Corruption harms all of us and must be exposed regardless of the personal cost to one’s self.

Thomas Jefferson said ” the highest form of patriotism is dissent.” This doesn’t mean that I believe our entire system is corrupt.  I do not.

As an idealist who believes that our courts are simply one prong to a healthy democracy. But lately they are failing to uphold the laws instead are hiding public officials crimes. So it’s up to  “we the people” to be the guarders of public agency employees we created and who are paid with the public’s trust.  It’s we the people that must protect the First Amendment from all invaders.  Police officers are no exception, and yesterday, the Washington State Supreme Court agreed with us.  Requesting access to public records, especially emails, is our statutory right.

After reviewing some of King County Detective Coblantz’s records as well as Kenyon Disend’s contract attorney Sandra Sullivan (Meadowcraft) records. I believe we unearthed another dirty cop and attorney who spit on basic constitutional principles that I love more than life itself. Thus, I cannot turn a blind eye, especially after Coblantz caused an honest taxpaying citizen to be physically raped for a dirty cop from Duvall.

To turn a blind eye when a wrong has been committed against any person for simply exercising First Amendment rights is not something that I can do.

One must wonder whether or not police departments are hiring officers with a high school diploma or high school dropouts.  The City of Duvall not only hired uneducated cops but also corrupt cops convicted of DUI who have been fired from two other City’s for misconduct.

WE STAND BY OUR STORY AND POSTINGS, FACTS THAT JOHN E. PENNINGTON HAS NEVER DENIED

In late March 2015, we learned that Mr. Pennington finally realized what documents we have in our possession as it relates to our stories accusing him of being a pedophile.

1. Molesting two boys during a church camping trip in San Diego.
2. He is a prime suspect in the rape of a five year old child from Cowlitz County.
3. A drawing provided by one of John Pennington’s under age victims, we do not feel comfortable posting the eight year child’s drawings. But in a nutshell, the drawings are a picture of John Pennington in front of his home ( very big oversized man around fifty), a small female ( could be a mistress or one of his four wives) , and two minor children, one with her clothes on, and the eight year old little girl stark naked with her private areas drawn exposed.
4. A court declaration submitted to King County also affirms that John Pennington was caught taking stark naked showers with a six year old little girl. The witness statement affirms that as John Pennington exited the shower, the witness affirms that Pennington’s penis was hung at eye length with the little girl.
5. Out of fear for the minor child, who have ample reason to believe John Pennington has isolated in her own bedroom to gain access to her, we will not post the drawings.  However, since John Pennington is being sued for RICO violations, we may ask the court to “seal the records” to protect the minor the child.

Fleck ( convicted by FBI for stolen cars and drug trafficking)  via his attorney Susan Embre who tried to drive me off Ben Howard Road in Monroe in October 2014.

Also, from US postal records, we also have reason to believe that attorney Lin O’Dell was also accepting bribes from John E. Pennington ( former FEMA and Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management political appointee) and his child abusing bank frauding wife Crystal Hill Pennington ( who also used an alias of Berg).

My life changed when I requested access to public records ( 2008) from Gold Bar’s then Mayor Crystal Hill ( who at the time had plead to bank fraud for passing bad checks).  At the time I had no idea that Crystal Hill was engaged several extramarital affairs with several public officials in Snohomish County, Washington.

Crystal Hill’s extramarital affairs were so plentiful that Gold Bar’s new Mayor Joe Beavers screamed three times in Executive meetings ( after Crystal Hill threatened to sue the City of Gold Bar if they released public emails) ” Crystal Hill is whore! Crystal Hill is whore! Crystal Hill is whore! ”

I seldom agree with Joe Beavers on any issue, but after reading Crystal Hill’s emails pursuant to RCW 42.56 ( Public Records Act), I do on this one. 100 % for certain.   I also believe Mark Roe was also sleeping with Hill, as was Gold Bar’s former police chief, former Executive Aaron Reardon, and John Pennington all were.

All married men. I take no position about extramarital affairs other than to say ” they are unfit for public service.”   With Mark Roe’s internal extramarital affair with Snohomish County Prosecutor  Lisa Paul still causing political problems inside Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office, I consider Mark Roe to be a pig.

Hence why I titled chapter 7 of my book ” No sunshine where the cockroaches roam” , ” Who let the pigs out? Welcome to Snohomish County, Washington!”

If a person can’t hold true to marriage vows, I have no use nor trust for them, and I correctly labeled Mark Roe a pig also known as unclean meat.

I make no distinction between a male whore and a female whore, I despise and have zero respect for conduct I consider to be disgraceful and unfit for public service.

In 2006, I led the campaign to Elect John Edwards for US President. However, once I learned that he too had engaged in extramarital affairs, I became a delegate for Hillary Clinton.  John Edwards is no less a pig as is Mark Roe, Aaron Reardon, John Pennington, and Crystal Hill.

Before I start detailing what I know from gaining access to public records, I’d first I’d like to say for the record, ” I have never been sued for libel, slander, or defamation.”

Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Officers agreement to quash the criminal charges against Gold Bar’s Mayor Crystal Hill for abusing a six year old child, leaving extensive bruises on the child

There’s only problem for little GP, John Pennington’s friend from Special Investigations was assigned to investigate Crystal Hill’s child abuse, because the police chief in Gold Bar was engaged in an extramarital affair with Crystal Hill at the time.  Ah those pesky public emails. . . .

In November 2008, a physician’s report confirmed beyond any shadow of a doubt that Gold Bar’s Mayor Crystal Hill ( who used an alias of Berg) violently assaulted, leaving extensive bruises on the arms of a six year old child.

The events took place at the home of Crystal Hill ( nee Berg) located on First Ave in Gold Bar, Washington.  Instead of prosecuting Crystal Hill for child abuse, as he should have, Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe entered in an bribery ( correction, originally posted extortion, accidentally) scheme to quash the criminal charges against Crystal Hill as a favor to former Executive Aaron Reardon and John E. Pennington.  Again, In 2008, Mark Roe wanted to be Prosecutor so bad, he was doing political favors for political bums like Aaron Reardon and John Pennington.

So why is Mark Roe protecting a child abuser and brank frauder named Crystal Hill Pennington  (nee Berg) and a pedophile named John E. Pennington?

We believe the answer is simple: Mark Roe wanted to be prosecutor (2008) and felt that he needed the political backing of then Executive Aaron Reardon.  At the same time one source said “John E. Pennington and Aaron were passing around Mayor Crystal Hill like a door mat. She was sleeping her way to the top as any whore would and does.”

Some of my readers have suggested that exposing this is nothing more than vindictiveness, but I say ” this conduct causes corruption and must be exposed regardless of the cost to one’s self.”

We have read over 20,000 records involving Crystal Hill and do not disagree with the above statements, and even Gold Bar’s former Mayor Joe Beavers said when discussing Crystal Hill’s emails ” Crystal Hill is whore! Crystal Hill is whore! Crystal Hill is whore!”

When hearing Gold Bar’s Mayor Joe Beavers believed that Crystal Hill was whore, I knew that he ( Beavers) must have reviewed some pretty good emails to make a public statement that Crystal Hill was whore.  To the best of knowledge, Joe Beavers has never been sued for calling Crystal Hill a whore, as we have not.

In 2013, Gold Bar’s new Mayor Linda Loen also stated after reading emails ” Crystal Hill is a slim ball!”

Joe Beavers admission that Crystal Hill is whore prompted more public records and interviews with county employees confirming that Crystal Hill was sleeping with Aaron Reardon, John Pennington, Gold Bar’s former police chief, and it appears Mark Roe.

And had the City of Gold Bar simply complied with some very simple records requests, I wouldn’t be exposing Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office and its officers for what I believe ( and have evidence of)  is criminal racketeering.

At the center of the Racketeering (RICO) is not only Snohomish County Prosecutors, but also the Washington State Bar Office of Disciplinary Counsel members ( Linda Eide, Lin O’Dell, Joseph Nappi Jr., Geoffrey Gibbs, and Seth Fine).

The ” Little RICO gang ” didn’t do it without the assistance of Snohomish County attorneys affiliated with Gibbs.

Washington State attorney General’s Office said that Attorney Geoffrey Gibbs’s conduct amounted to fraud.  See http://www.snocoreporter.com. but then manages to receive the largest contract with Snohomish County.

More on Gibbs later, but I will say  Geoffrey Gibbs is a Washington State Board member involved in a lot of shady shit up here in Snohomish County and the main reason why Snohomish County yields about 44 % of all disbarred lawyers in Washington State. Almost all minorities.

I have read enough public records to know the corruption runs through the Washington Court of Appeals, and I had the courage to affirmatively place their names in my previous posts. As I will continue to do from afar.

City of Duvall Officer Lori Batoit “Dumber than a post”

One of my best friends is a Professor at an east coast university who said ”  there’s only one major of students I hate to have in my classes, criminal justice students. They are dumber than posts.”

     

Meet Duvall ” Dumb as a post” Police Officer Lori Batoit, a dear and personal friend to former Snohomish County former Director John E. Pennington. Federal FEMA records show that Lori Batoit attended John E. Pennington’s FEMA classes ( taught on our dime here in Snohomish County) in Emmitsburg Maryland.

A former FEMA insider said ” its pretty well know that Batoit and Pennington have been friends since her days as a City of Brier cop; and Pennington got her the job in Duvall.’

Batoit even attended John E. Pennington’s FEMA EMI Classes but then falsified in recent court filings inferring that she was not a personal friend of John Pennington.

Pretty interesting stuff since Lori Batoit was on every single criminal compliant filed against her dear pedophile and wife beater friend John E. Pennington over the last four years that we were able to retrieve records for, but failed to recuse herself from investigating at least four criminal complaints filed against John E. Pennington.

The City of Duvall also admits to destroying 911 phone calls involving John E. Pennington’s violent assault against his pregnant wife even after receiving a litigation hold.  With no surprise, the City of Duvall’s law firm is Kenyon Disend. The name may ring a bell, because Kenyon Disend is the law firm responsible for the largest public records debacle in Washington State history.

Under the totality of the evidence, we label Lori Batoit a corrupt police officer, and we are getting ready to file suit seeking access to her private emails and cell phone records, and soon thereafter she will be deposed under the Public Records Act.

But as stupid gets stupider, dumber than a post Lori Batoit had one shot to perfect service on a SLAPP motion she falsely certified in King County Court, but she mistakenly only served 16 pages of the almost 271 pages filed against the Gold Bar Reporter.  According to our legal counsel, ALL documents filed with King County must be served.

If Batoit’s actions are clear indicators of her corrupt behavior as a police officer, it could be inferred that Batoit either failed or skipped her class in “Police Civil Liability”.  Lori Batoit’s civil rights violations will prove costly to the Port of Seattle and to the City of Duvall.

On April 18, 2015, Ms. Batoit was notified that she is being sued under RICO and 1983 Retaliation provision of 42 USC 1983. Within hours after being notified she was being sued under RICO, Lori Batoit filed a retaliatory restraining order that was written by John Pennington and Crystal Hill Pennington.

But when’s a liar always a liar; Ms. Batoit also filed a false statement with King County that she was “indigent”. Public records reveal she and her husband make over $100,000.00 per year. Court rules allow a citizen to write and file a criminal complaint in District Court and one will be filed on five issues Batoit perjure herself on.

The 9th Circuit held that any actions taken by an officer within a short temporal proximately to a person exercising their First Amendment rights are void and retaliation is presumed and the issue automatically goes to a jury ( the trier of facts).

Block said ” I will shine much needed light on at least one corrupt police officer in Duvall by using every permissible law I can to expose Batoit, but if I am right, the Chief and Mayor are also involved in assisting criminal John E. Pennington.” Block  plans to file a Motion to Compel all records including exhibits that Lori Batoit filed in King County to be provided in compliance with O’Neil v Shoreline, in native format with metadata.  Metadata is to electronic Word and PDF documents as DNA evidence is to forensic science and unlocking human genetics.

Batoit refuses to produce the 168 pages of exhibits in native format with metadata she falsified with the Courts, which may lead Block to file a Motion for Contempt for her refusal to comply with basic court rules. Block has already objected to lack of personal and subject matter jurisdiction over any issues relating to Block’s journalistic approach.  Houston v. Hill.

Batoit will also named as defendant under 42 USC 1983 and just dragged two more public officials into the Enterprise.  The Port of Seattle will be sued for illegal search and seizures in violation of the 4th Amendment to the Unites States Constitution’s  limitations of unreasonable searches and seizures by police officers.

Batoit and her good friends John and Crystal Pennington just managed to cost another public agency a hell of a lot of resources seeking access to public records involving an invasion of privacy complaint and public records suit to be filed against the Port of Seattle. The two officers may have unwittingly aided and abetted RICO defendants Lori Batoit and John Pennington committing compensable predicate acts under RICO.

The Port of Seattle corrupt police officers are Julia Tanga and Kali Matusha. A request for access to our public records has been sent and it will give Me orgasmic pleasure to shine a hell of a lot of light on two more corrupt public officials who have reason to believe are guilty of gross civil rights and RICO violations.

We are still waiting for the name of the federal officer who will be sued for false imprisonment, invassion of privacy, domestic spying, civil rights and RICO violations. Once we get his name and employee files, they will be posted.

Like Lori Batoit, one must wonder if any of the above officers have past criminal felony issues they are hiding too.
